My point was that female jinchurikis never went berserk like how Gaara or Naruto did under normal conditions. None were failed experiments. Kushina was a super success as she was hot-blooded and yet never lost control of Kurama
I think the labor-weakening-justu is a lot better than unpredictable-berserk-jutsu as the village can make preparations to manage the situation in the former scenario (how they did with Kushina)
ok, for starters kushina is directly from the uzumaki clan that we know about, which they're great at sealing jutsus, it isn't because she's female, it's because she was an pure uzumaki who was born with special sealing power or whatever, she doesn't represent every female jinchuriki.
and second we haven't seen any other females put in conditions like you just specified, i'm sure they would have the same if not worse reaction, since women can get more easily emotional than men can.
