The cause of death was monoxide poising or something he was in his car.....the guy at one point had walked out of his but the biitch told him to get back in to his car(this was through call not text btw).....also on the day he did kill himself she asked him if he had deleted all the messages

Absolutely, if she truly cared about him she should have gotten him some help, she was obviously a very stupid and silly to do what she did but again what she did was not all her fault. She assisted him and most people think she did something very wrong however, regardless of how angry we may be at her, we have to be fair and just. We can not let our emotions cloud our judgment or the opinion.

At the end of the day, when it comes to suicide, It's YOUR decision. Whether you are forced into it or persuaded, it's all on you.Everyone seems to look at this boy and say "poor guy, he had it bad and this ***** made it worse", but the thing at the end it was his decision.

Everything is your decision whether you are forced into it or not.

I think you are severely misunderstanding her situation. She pushed the guy to kill himself so people would feel pity for her afterwards. If it were true that he was somehow annoying her, she would have either ignored him or left him, not ****ing convince him to kill himself.

Albeit a nasty situation, she did not commit a crime here. The boy had balls though going through with it. Sometimes I wish I had balls big enough to end it xd

Anywho, that girl needs to be blacked good and tossed away like a half finished popcicle.

Edit: Her puppy eyes' tactics to try and look like the victim is just repulsive. In the end; he is free now and she will live a long troubled life, hopefully.

Honestly this kinda sounds like it was particually the guy's fault. I think he is one of those sucidal types that can be annoying. The girl seemed sick of him saying that.

Depends on the law of the land and how the court sees it.( A person who aids, abets, counsels or procures the suicide of another, or attempt by another to commit suicide... )

This can be easily classed as an abetment to commit suicide, This is covered in criminal law here. So if you tell someone to kill themselves or harass them so that they do it themselves, and they do kill themselves, you can go to jail for 10 years and get fined too.

A similar law stands in UK too - suicide act 1961.

Yeah I read it. I am just assuming the guy was sucidal. Had said he wants to commit sucide many times for attention. She got sick of it and ended up forcing him to do it.
