Those texts are rather condemning. Now, I'm not sure how serious his depression was on file, or if it was even officially documented, but what we can gather is that something was obviously off about him since he did kill himself. I'd imagine taking advantage of a mentally disordered person can be very criminal (depending on what you're getting them to do).

Okay to put my bit in this girl did something that was wrong YES.However she can't be fully blamed like that, it's very unlikely to persuade someone to suicide if something is already not wrong in their life.

This girl played a part in it but people treat it as if she did EVERYTHING, he obviously was feeling a certain way which made him want to suicide at times.Furthermore all she did was give her opinions on it, she didn't force him to do it but she just asked him about and suggested ways.

I don't know why she did that but she isn't to blame fully, there are people that say this stuff in real life but you have to learn to move on.

Today he may have been okay, this year he may have been okay, next year he may have been okay but when you are in that kind of state of mind, all you need is just one atrocious day and all reason is fogged and you say "screw this, I can't take it anymore".

There is plenty of time and all he needed was one slip up to say I am done.
