Gin's Bankai allows him to destroy a person on a cellular level by impaling them with his sword then retracting it, leaving a bit of his sword in his opponent which results in them being completely destroyed from the inside out. Yamamoto's bankai just has to touch something and there completely destroyed. I'd have to go with Gin's bankai to have in real life though, Yamamotos would just get too hot all the damn time
