Sand releases from my gourd with me then making a total of 10 blunt sand shurikens come at you. Right as the sand shurikens were released , i multiply each of them causing a total of a 100 blunt sand shurikens. I then make 3 shadow clones in a triangle formation, C1 in front of me but not completely blocking my vision of what's happening as he stands a little bit to the left with C2 behind me on my right while C3 behind me on my left.

The moment you send the sand shurikens at me, I release wave of electricity at you which destroys the shurikens, hits you and stops your heartbeating.

I notice how quickly my lightning is fading and release a stream of fire out of my mouth which burns the remains of your first wave, leaving a little electricity left and it burns the second wave completely. That equals A - Fire + A - Wind combination and C - ranked lightning sent at you.
The moment i notice the dim colour of red from the fire starting to appear, i release a huge wind/water combo at it. The lightning is then absorbed into the water as it clashes with your fire/wind combo, although since the water/wind combo neutralises with that fire/wind combo. The electricity has no where to be conducted thus just falls down in the centre of no where beneath us. It then starts raining sand cylinders above you.
But i don't really get how to lightning follows up with your fire/wind combo o_o. It's not like they can conduct electricity. Moving on ~_~

I use a wrong word. The lightning isn't actually mixed with the fire + wind. The rest of the chidori's electricity continuing its way to you.
To solve this problem, I went and checked the shippuuden episode 210. Your wind move requires more than one handseal ( Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog ) so imo you couldn't have avoided my chidori in the first place. I also doubt that you can make your Typhoon water vortex before the fire that's faster due the wind reaches you.
But since I got my groove back on, I'll give up and say that you won
o_o, Sorry bout that wind jutsu...Never did really pay attention to anime, i just followed the description in the wind jutsu ><...Didn't know about fire's over-whelming speed sorry
