I got into an argument with a friend of mine today because of this. I would love your opinions on this if you actually know these characters.

I'm all for the Ghost Rider winning.

But Ghostrider's ability to stop Spawn would depend on Spawn's own Guilt, to be punished, Spawn would just kill him before he is guilty.
