This jutsu allows you to merge all the cells in your body with water chakra and then you can rearannge your body at a molecular level and turn yourself into water. While in the water state, you can't really do anything and are susceptible to lightning attacks but you are basically immune to most physical attacks. I want you to do this jutsu and then turn back >_O

~I begin by using state manipulation and changing all the chakra throughout my body similar to the characteristics water possess~
~I then use chakra control and begin to merge my water chakra with my cells~

~The Dragon then stands tall next to me, I then move my hand and start to control dragon and sends it towards your clone~
~The dragon begins to move with its mouth open, at high speeds~
~It then goes through your clone, destroying it on contact~

Descripton: A large sphere of rotating water that is spit out of the users mouth that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked.

This jutsu allows you to form a large amount of water in your mouth similar to the water fang bullet technique but instead of seperating them into mulitple spheres, it's one large blast of water and the water should be rotating this time as well. It should be incredibly like the water fang bullet but with spin and one large sphere of water rather then multiple.

It should be incredibly like the water fang bullet but with spin and one large sphere of water rather then multiple.

It should also mask your presence in the water by not disrupting the water so that way someone wouldn't be able to see the water move as you do.
