Alright, lets start off with basic water manipulation. Make a wave using your chakra. Infuse your chakra into the water, change the chakra nature (what you have been doing), and use that chakra to move around the pre-existing water around you to make waves.

Using Chakra Manipulation, I begin to take control over my Chakra and start to Mold it. I then release the moulded chakra though my hands, and throughout the water creating a small wave that begins to pick up speed. I then use chakra manipulation to channel my Chakra throughout the wave to keep the Speed, and Size constant.*

The water shield should be done similarly to the wave but is stationary in position.

Now I want you to use the same idea of using your chakra in the water and using your chakra to move it around to create a small amount of water to emerge and form a makeshift shield out of water. The blast of water is a sudden uplifting of water in a certain location, the water should come up to about waist level and be able to knock the wind out of someone. The water should also move quickly and be enough to lift up a full-sized person. You can use this jutsu on yourself by moving the water below your feet upwards and blasting it to cause you to be uplifted into the air.

I want you to use the same principle with forming water droplets into a mist to do this next jutsu but instead of forming a dense mist, you will form a full amount of water that will take shape in a sword. The sword should be hardened and sharpened with your chakra to the point where its cutting and blocking abilities mirror that of an actual sword.

You will touch the surface of the water with your hand and release water chakra through the water. The shark itself will then moving using the water as a medium and then erupt out of the water and go into the air and then adjust it self so that it bolts towards the opponent.
