Both of the jutsus I have taught you so far are instantaneous. They don't require handseals and are super fast, so you can easily use them in battle to shock an opponent. But you have to keep distance in mind.
This next jutsu is more unique and says a lot about the Lightning element itself.
This time, instead of focusing your Raiton chakra into your hand, I want you to focus on letting it surround and blanket your body. Push it out from the pores of your skin and let it cover you like a shield.
* i focus my Raiton chakra and then i channel it towards my body and once i have gathered the required amount of chakra i focus my chakra and push it out from the pores of my skin and the Raiton covers my body acting like a shield *
* with my shield active i run towards your clone and as i approach your clone while still running my Raiton shield when coming in contact with your clone shocks your clone since i am close to it and it paralyzes your clone rendering it useless*
the lightning when it comes in contact with your clone well since its lots of lightning chakra surrounding my body and i come close enough to my opponent with the shield i figured i could paralyze ur clone because of the lightning touching it and also sending some lightning at your clone to shock it because im right infront of your clone because when the lightning comes in contact with the clone it shocks the whole body and you feel some pain though this is a D-rank jutsu so not really that much pain

Excellent. Even D-rank jutsus are helpful though, so don't underestimate them.
Now, how would that Lightning Shield over your body protect you? There are two major things it can protect you from.

Okay, so it basically acts a weak shield around you. It can definitely protect you from weak spikes from the earth.
I don't think they could reflect kunai, but they could probably shock Shurikens off.
One more important thing. If a Taijutsu user came to battle you, and is about to punch you, using this jutsu would shock them as soon as they make contact with your body.
Keep this in mind the next time you use it.

*I run at your clone and concentrate my Raiton Chakra and channel it towards my hands once i have done that i release the Raiton chakra from btoh my hands and shoot out 3 lightning bolts one aimed at your chest and the other two just above your clones chest which damages your clone on several areas and also shocks your clone*
i dont think you can aim the bolts i thought it was just several bolts coming out of my hands
