What about now? .-.Haha! Okay, this technique was supposed to be a ninjutsu tech. but some people decided to put it as a ligthning jutsu. You'll channel your chakra under the dummy, to make a random puddle, thus electrfying that puddle simotaneously. Got it?

Okay, next one up iiiis..
You'll basically channel ligthning chakra into your hands and you'll emit a nice hound, which you have to keep streaming.

Its advantage is that it can be controlled during an attack and is handy when your opponent is standing far away from you.
The disadvantage is that it is attached your arm while moving it leaving you vulnerable for attacks.

The next one is gather your raiton chakra in your mouth, and when your ready to emit a spear, you'll emit a spear of lightning from your mouth, thus split it apart, thus hitting multiple dummies over there! *points*
*I start to focus on channeling my chakra towards my mouth. Lightning bolts appear outside as the chakra gathers at one place. I then make sure I have balance to not fall over when performing the jutsu. After gathering the required amount of lightning chakra, I spit it and splitting the spear hitting multiple dummies towards the direction Doc had pointed.*
*I spread out my legs out evenly so that it is aligned with my shoulders. I then bring my hands together and start focusing my chakra to create a replica of myself. I focus on creating a perfect replica from the head to toe so that you couldn't tell which is which. I then perform the jutsu to create a clone of myself standing next to me who then poofs out*
