Lightning is one of the basic nature transformation techniques. The user generates lightning by increasing the vibrations of their chakra. Once Lightning hits the target, it paralyzes them leaving them vulnerable. ​

Lightning is weak against wind but strong against earth. Using water with Lightning would also increase the damage of the Lightning technique. An example of a Lightning jutsu would be Chidori. Its used by Sasuke Uchiha and Hatake Kakashi. You need to channel a large amount of Lightning chakra to your hand. You can tell that you need a large amount of lightning chakra because you can see it becomes visible. Once the technique is completed, the user dashes forward and thrusts it towards the target. ​

Okay, good as now you know how lightning feels like and works, try to channel your chakra thus creating crackes around your hands, and send these little lightning bolts into that dumy infront of you

When your done, fire a wave of lightning bolts at the dummy.
