Hold on. How could she turn into the juubi? The juubi's original form was a tree of worship. Kaguya ate the forbidden fruit on th tree. She got chakra and people started to worship her instead of the tree. Thus the tree transformed into the juubi which wanted the chakra back. Kaguyas son hogoromo then defeated the juubi. That's all that was revealed to us so far.
