Honestly, if there's a need for those specialist then fine. I just hope they won't be wasting their money and time because they can't manage to find a job afterward. (Which is what I think will happen)

i think its great
all the well-known manga artists today(kishi , tite kubo, arina tanemaru, etc.)
have been to college to learn manga art
now they have a phd for manga artists
if i went to that university and got the doctor's degree i would be call Dr. chibi
