Plus, you just said another fail. You remember the fight, on the roof, Sarutobi vs. Orochimaru? Well, I clearly saw a river of earth appear out of the roof, so this probably means, your statement is not true, because I assume you are not blind, and see a difference between an earth ground, and a not-earth ground.
