I split into two halves. The white half uses

making 4 clones as soon as they are formed the lightning hits the ceiling breaking through it as your second half starts to release the fire(U gotta be more specific cause it sounded like u meant to do them at the same time but it said after the ceiling is busted into so I went on that theory) as soon as I see the fire being released I use

creating an orb above you before you can get it anywhere close to the ceiling creating an orb of constant high frequency going from you to long range on each side and to the ceiling high thats not only dispersing the fire instantly but also creating the effects of high frequency(deafness causing damage and torture of the ears) on you and your other half as the orb comes up my first clone uses

Assuming your orb was created as soon as my fire was released, the fire will get dispersed. Now I looked at your CE description, and it says constant high frequency causes deafness.
It doesn't say anything about me being dizzy or unable to concentrate ( though I will admit however that it will be disorienting to fight )
So, let's get down to it now.
Attempting to block off the sound, my black half throws senbon into my white half's ears, making it deaf, before the black half then collapses to the frequency ( it won't work instantly on me, I should have about four-five seconds atleast, of which I'll take only two at maximum to do this )
The white half now immune to the sound, is able to see you ( obviously, since you didn't hide ) and as you begin pulling out all your weapons, and attaching them to strings, casts

on you. The sudden agonising pain disorients you, making you drop all your weapons, and you lose the concentration to maintain the orb. Unable to do anything, you roll around on the ground like a pitiful wreck, leaving me with the victory U_U

Btw, this is just a simple explanation to ensure you fully understand.
Timeframe: Zero hour - Orb created and fire dissipates
Timeframe: +2 seconds - Black half deafens white half and collapses - you begin attaching strings with chakra
Timeframe: +4 seconds - White half gets Genjutsu on you - your weapons which are now ready collapse as you fall and writhe.
What makes you think that time frame would actually be true? Sound travels fast not as fast as lightning per say but fast so in MSN ima need you to explain your move for me. Cause not only when the fire gets disperse u get hit because the sound is coming from all over which would put a huge destraction on both you and your white half. Once the sound orb comes up its a matter of a split second to reach him since its coming all over by the time it reaches the fire itll already reach him stopping his focus and causing damage before he can even think of releasing senbon and same goes for the white half since hes in the same dome at the same time.
And also your confusing the weapon jutsu that I used with sharingan wind mill this has nothing to do with strings just basic weapon throwing all at once. That you did not block.

Look, I'm not arguing that the technique was slow, lol.
I'm saying there will be a distraction, yes, it is a powerful jutsu, yes, but considering I'm the highest ranked ninja possible ( a Sage ) it should take at least 4-5 seconds to start affecting me to the point of collapse, because otherwise its a one shot kill for sure lol
Also I wasnt even doing jutsu under the influence of sound, I was just moving my hands and using a weapon, I should be able to focus enough for that lol
And yeah, I understand, but when you "hover" the weapons, how do you think they do that ? They hover because of strings lol
