Geralt is a lean built man of average height, The most noticeable feature of Geralt is his complete lack of pigmentation this was caused due to the experiments on his body that caused him to lose all color, This includes his sharingan that lost partial pigmentation even though it was activated years after the experiments, It now has a more orange tint when activated.

Background info
Geralt was the son of Anbu member Visenna and (presumably) a Uchiha Jounin called Korin. Shortly after being born, Geralt was taken by his mother to the labs of orochimaru, Geralt survived numerous experiments during the Trial of the Grasses. He was one of the few who was selected for additional experiments, and of the few he was the only one that survived. His white hair, completely lacking pigment, is a side effect of these experiments. After finishing the Uchiha clans training, he was sent on many secret missions for Orochimaru, He was viewed as a failure in some aspects by orochimaru who despite many experiments was unable to activate his sharingan, This lead Orochimaru to believe his original experiments had made Geralt unable to use the clans KG.
Although Geralt was loyal to his family and Orochimaru secretly for quite some time, Upon hearing of orochimaru's escape from the village and discovery he realised he had been abandoned on a mission and left to die, he began his journey back to the leaf village and was trained along the way by various people, Even at his young age he picked up the basics of ninjutsu quite quickly.
While journeying and adventuring on his way back to Konoha he heard of the destruction of the uchiha clan and the death of his family, Geralt sank in to a deep depression realizing he had lost everything he ever had, He spent great amounts of time meditating and pondering his life, Deciding he would avenge his family and destroy Orochimaru for twisting him and using him for his will.
Around this time he met a lady called Akiza who was a survivor of the uchiha massacre and through great time and effort managed to finally help Geralt awake his Sharingan which was thought lost to him, Although it was noted that despite awakening the sharingan it appeared to have lost some of its deep crimson color instead becoming more of a strange orange color, Around this time he came across many other ninja such as the prescription abusing Dr. House, The kind albeit drugged up doctor taught Geralt the element of water the first element geralt mastered and subsequently went on to become his favored element.
Akiza continued to teach Geralt tirelessly in the way's of the sharingan that eventually progressed to his unlocking of the 2 tomoe in both eyes, Training concluded with the doctor around the same time Geralt met the pervy sage who has helped him ever since and become his most well known friend, While he also met Leaf who taught him in the art of Earth release.
He began journeying around the various villages of the ninja world in search of information on Orochimaru, He lived in the villages for small amounts of time and although he spend as much time searching as possibile he only found time to live in Kirigakure and Kumogakure for short periods of time, He never revisited Konohagakure again, Finding the memories to painful to deal with.
During his training and journeying he met many other ninja some of who instructed him and some of who i cant remember and cant be bothered to mention at this stage of the journey, Although safe to say i mastered the other elements and stuff, Then i joined Sunagakure which is where this story picks up now.
After Joining Suna Geralt met the Kazekage of the time who was known as Kawagiri, Geralt is still unsure to this day if the kazekage was a male or female he didnt really want to find out the hard way.
He also met many members during this time, Who had been in suna for quite a large period of time such as Jacob Moore the swordmaster who furthered Geralts sworsmanship, Along with the extremely metaphorical Keotsu Eclipse the famous samurai legend who had been living in suna for quite a considerable time.
Some younger members of the village included Zoro a very fast learner and prodigy of the new generation in his own right, Someone geralt was proud to teach and to learn from, Also Gaara son of a former kazekage and a very powerful ninja with a unique kekkei genkai that allowed him to control the very sand, Geralt was unsuprised to hear he had been nicknamed Gaara of the desert.
He spent quite some time in sunagakure watching the village slowly decline after the disseapearance of Kawagiri, Fights broke out arguements raged until Kawagiri's will was uncovered leaving Geralt in temporary command while a new leader was waited on, Then one solemm day thunder raged in the sky as bolts of lightning struck the ground, The sands of the desert soared across the village battered along by the incredible speeds of the wind, Then he arose from the ground....Emperor the man eating petunia of doom, Fuelled by nothing other then all the weird stuff in the world...and penguins he took control of the village ushering in an era of fear and destruction, This coincided with the return of the pervy sage from his akatsuki stint, Joining Geralt in sunagakure he continued to help and train him, Even taking Geralt on a trip to amegakure and promising to teach him the rain element, For cookies and sexual favours of course.
Working hard in suna as always Geralt began to feel restless, After noticing his former sempai the drug addled Dr. House joining suna along with the turd loving Fuuin master Wesobi Geralt smiled, Thinking to himself how nice it was to see the village so lively now, He then journeyed outside the village oncemore with the pervy sage to visit Amegakure along the way he met the members of taka such as yard and howard who taught him some valuable lessons and blew some stuff up.
After returning from Amegakure after learning the secrets of rain and the amegakure brand of fuuinjutsu and some other top secret stuff with the pervy sage, Emperor welcomed them back with open vines, Now they sit planning to do what they plan to do every day.....Try and take over the ninja world!! Abilities
Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is, but the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster.
He is very proficient with illusionary techniques being able to make any genjutsu technique active with only a single handseal.
He also seems to have a natural affinity for water release unlike all members of the uchiha clan, Also before battle he snaps in to a trance or berserkers rage, Making him like a feral beast in combat he is unable to feel fear remorse or any negative emotion instead simply revelling in the bloodrage.
