Also no it wouldn't Gentle fist wouldn't be able to get passed the 3rds lightning armor.

gentle fist would definitely work on the third, the only problem would be trying to touch his chakra points or his body. Sasuke needed chidori to get through A's raiton armor, so we can assume that the strikes would have powerful physical force behind them, something that the Gentle fist is known not to use.

The rasenshuriken completely destroyed the third's lightning shroud and damaged his body, and the issue is not scratching him, it is touching him/getting through his lightning shroud. I believe sasuke's chidori will be able to at least touch him, but no definitely not gentle fist.

neji/ hinata wouldnt be able to peirce raikages armour and i dont think they can touch him, and 1-hit from raikage spells out homicide for neji and hinata...if the gentle fist couldnt get pass kidomaru's secreted armour than i doubt gentle fist would work, maybe rotation might protect him but thats all

Neji wins,he can surround himself with 360 ranged chakra,as soon as Raikage enters the chakra range,Neji uses rotation to catch raikage off guard.Raikage's body is very strong,but aginst the gentle fist it doesn't matter,neji is targetting your internal organs without the need to pass through Raikage's ultimate body.

When Edos take damage their skins cracks, Like it did when the 3rd pierced himself with his own jutsu, If you look after the Rs blast the 3rd had no "cracks" on his body and didn't even need to regenerate

When the edo gets damaged, cracks and smoke appears as the wounds heal.

we can clearly see that the raikage's body has cracks and is smoking. Of course the cracks are uniformly distributed since the rasenshuriken equally damaged him all over. You can see here:

before he gets hit, he has no cracks on his body, and it is not smoking.
Of course the damage wasn't as noticeable since his defenses are so strong.

Also it kind of makes sense for him to get damaged from a rasenshuriken, unless you are saying that temari's wind net:
