Another question:
If in a battle, I am using a Genjutsu do i have to post the details of the GEnjutsu there??/ Wont that make Genjutsus useless if they KNOW you are using a Genjutsu and how it works?

Instead, if for example, I am using a Sharingan Genjutsu, can I just say * I look a you in the eye * and so on ? And if they turn away it doesnt work, else if they dont say anything it works.
Or do I have to say I use
Tsukuyomi
Rank: Supplementary
Range: Long
etc. etc.

Answer plz.

From what I know you can be vague just like you do in traps. Your example of "Look them in the eyes" works, but not for Tsukuyomi as it has an immediate effect. But take the scenerio:

Player 1:
I attack with Dokugiri (Poison Mist Technique), and while obstructed behind the mist I preform a series of hand signs. I then use Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)

Dokugiri (Poison Mist Technique)
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 25
Damage Points: 40
Description: This technique allows the user to expel poison gas from their body. This can serve as cover to escape, and as an offensive technique against her opponent.

Magen, Kokoni Arazu No Jutsu (Demonic Illusion, False Surroundings Technique)
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10(+5 if you use it double)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user controls creates a false surrounding which can change the way an object or small area looks(if used double the its a layer of false surroundings not easy noticed by the enemy).

Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 0
Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja’s chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Notice that I added the description of the genjutsu afterwards but I didn't specify it in the scenerio message I put. The reason I do this is because, if the opponent tries to block the technique then they are god-modding which is against the rules. But, they user also knows the effects they are under so they can adjust their chakra/damage accordingly.
