I apologise for the late reply...
Technique 1
Stringing together 5 handseals in quick succession, I mould my chakra and send it straight into the system of the Pein that is walking towards me. As the chakra I sent into the Pein starts to interfere with his brain's wavelengths, the Pein would see my figure dissolve into cherry blossom petals. The petals would then surround him, clouding his vision as a result...or so he would think. In reality, it is just an illusion. Jumping into a position behind him, I draw my sword and walk towards him. Once behind him and within arm's reach, I thrust the sword in my hand through his heart.
Technique 2
I perform 2 hand-seals, proceeding to mould my chakra straight after completing the formation of the hand-seals. Sending my now moulded chakra directly into the Pein, the chakra would then start to interfere with the wavelengths that his brain produces. To his eyes, a massive amount of leaves would begin to gather and swirl around him. A few moments later, the leaves would then fall to the ground, revealing a mountain of food, packets of potato chips and other confectionery. Suddenly, a fire erupts in front of the massive pile of food. The packets are set alight, and burn to ashes. These events are just the product of Genjutsu however, and aren't actually happening. The Pein faints from desperation and hunger.
Sorry if I didn't get the illusion for the 2nd technique right. I had a few ideas in mind, but I chose the one that I thought made the most sense and abided by the description of the technique most.
