Yea, you are write but you have to make your argument clear.
we have types:
-Normal Genjutsu, Sound-based Genjutsu, Doujutsu genjutsu, Elemental Genjustsu
we have categories, what you fashion you genjutsu to be:
-Torture, Deception, Misdirection, Nightmare, Subduing,
-Normal Genjutsu: Genjutsu casted normally using your chakra only. This genjutsu can take any of the category but can not determine the exact action the victim will do outside of the illusion
-Sound Based Illusion: Usually requires you to learn sound or mostly but there are some different cases, With this you propagate your chakra using sound as a medium and affect the victim once they hear the sound. The drawback to this is that they can't be affected by the illusion if they can't hear.
-Doujutsu Genjutsu: Otherwise known as sharingan based genjutsu. This are illusion that requires the user to have sharingan, some needs eye contact while some don't but having the sharingan gives you access to most powerful genjutsu ever been. Unlike other genjutsu, this genjutsu can control the victims real life actions.
-Elemental Gen: Seeint the word elemental doesn't make this bogous, it just mean, you use elemental jutsu as a medium just like using sound. Don't think this is accepted again in our RP but i have to let you know what it is. Most water or wind expecially mist, you infuse you chakra into them then through them when an opponent comes in contact with the element, they are lured in the genjutsu.
Categories: what you design your genjutsu to be.
-Torture: this is when you induce pain and grieve to your opponent in a genjutsu, maybe you want to make them submit or rather kill their will to live or fight or to get information from them.
-Decpetion: Changing the way your opponent view, hear, smell, feel things in a genjutsu, this is decpetion. Example is the false surrounding.
-Misdirection: Almost like the deception but this goes deeper, on a normal day, in a genjutsu, we know things changes but you may decide not to change anything in the genjutsu and let your opponent see everything as normal, but blind to what happens outside the genjutsu. I've seen a similar genjutsu like that made by scorps.
-Nightmare: Trying to cause mental damage to your opponent through what they see in your genjutsu. Making them see something horrible happen though you don't determine how they react except its a doujutsu-genjutsu
-Subduing: Restricting your opponents mobility in a genjutsu using diverse methods, or limiting what they see, or what they hear.
And now I want you to put effort in what you do again.
