Well, their greatest fear is losing to Midorima and Shutoku, but that's none of my business ;)

C-ranks! This first one is a nice trolling technique. What can you combine it with to make it harder to reason out of?

( Kori Shinchū no Jutsu ) - Sly Mind Affect Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion on the opponent that makes them believe they are travelling in a straight line, when instead they are moving in circles. This is only effective on moving opponents. If the opponent travels in the circle for hours, they will be exhausted.

Right... I have no idea tbvh. I mean...they run in circles....but they think they run in a straight line.. But they arent reaching their targeted area so i suppose that is what would trigger a detection...how to prevent this though?....im drawing a blank tbh .-.

Combine it with a False Surroundings Genjutsu to make it seem like nothing is amiss, and that they're still running in a straight line towards you ;)

Last two C-ranks... I think they're easy to understand. What senses would they affect, and if you were caught in either of these, how would you break out of them?

( Genjutsu: Jigoku Gouka ) - Illusion Technique: Hell Fire
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points:N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion where the opponent sees a huge ball of fire descending from the sky and enveloping its target.
( Genjutsu: Kasumi no Jutsu ) - Illusion Technique: Mist Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates an illusionary clone that charges towards the enemy, jumps, then explodes in a cloud of cherry blossom petals which results in confusing the opponent and obscuring their vision, leaving them open for attack.

Both of these affects the vision, the first one making you see a large ball of fire falling down upon you and the second one even blocking the vision.

It's quite easy to detect that they're genjutsus, first one for example, do you feel the heat of the flame when it closes in on you? Does it have any effects on the surroundings? Is there a shadow of it in the ground?

Second one is quite simple too. Does the clone cast a shadow? Do you hear footsteps when it runs towards you? Is the hair affected by the wind?

Once you figure it out, it's just a matter of piercing through it with the Emperor Eye, if you dont have EE, then a minor cut or stab would do the trick.

Perfect. That's the way things are based on rulings, that these illusions only manipulate one sense and do not account for things i.e. heat emitted or affecting other physical aspects of your body. Whether that will change in the future, I don't know as of now.

B-ranks, finally! *plays a trumpet*

First, False Surroundings 2x; note how you might only release one of the layered illusions if you don't apply enough strength. Can you think of a good way to combo this for maximum effect?

Second, Willow is a visual illusion that can compliment kenjutsu and clone-type ninjutsu techniques.

(Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu) Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique
Type: Supplmentary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/A
Description:
The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals, putting his opponents under a double layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create false surroundings to fool his targets, much like the simpler version of the technique. However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one, he will then feel the effects of the second illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is that of a desert and the second that of a forest, upon releasing the first one, the opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him think he dispelled the illusion while in essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted at the same time. While normal releases will release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra can dispel both at the same time.
( Konoha-Ryū: Yanagi ) - Leaf Ninja Art: Willow
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 35
Description: The user waves their sword back and forth, which when seen by the target locks them in a genjutsu which causes them to hallucinate multiple waving arms. The movement resembles that of a willow tree blowing in the wind. With the enemy off guard, the user is free to cut them down.

Im sorry fam. Im sorry ;__;

Yeah, so basically this technique fools the oponent twice, What you can do here is really mess with their head, making this change of terrain feel endless, so say the first layer is a desert and he breaks it, then the second layer is a forrest, here you can use an actual ninjutu technique that alters the field like the Wheel of Fortune, and when the oponent breaks out of the 2nd layer, he wont recognise this field either, thinking its a third layer. Whilst he tries to break out of "the 3rd layer" you STRIKE!

Second one, basically you swing your sword back and forth whilst casting the illusion, making the oponent believe that this swinging sword is actually multiple arms that're waving. Whilst his guard is down, you strike them down with your sword. Basically wave, wave, genjutsu, CUT!.. I think.

Now to break free from any of these techniques you need to use low level taijutsu attacks on yourself unless you have Kai/chakra surge techniques or the Emperor Eye. These can be done freestyle so you dont waste a move.

These two are plant-based genjutsus. Which of the five senses might you use in order to figure out the 'plants' are fake and break the illusion? I'd like to request you write this out as if it were a combat scenario, please.

( Genjutsu: Ingemame Ketsugō Sakkaku ) - Illusion Technique String Bean Binding Illusion
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: Similar to Illusion Technique: Tree Binding Death, the user will do the Dog → Hare → Snake → Ram hand seals and trigger an illusion where the user first disappears, while the target sees several bean vines growing from the ground around and beneath him. These vines bind the target body, lifting them into the air. Then a bean pod rises from the ground to reveal the user, ready to strike. In reality, the opponent is immobilized by the illusion, allowing the user to strike.
( Magen: Hanarasui ) - Demonic Illusion: Flower Head Death
Rank: B
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short- Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40 due to stress on the mind
Description: The user will trap the target within an illusion where the opponent appears to be trapped in a large flower bud which then explodes. The opponent is made to believe that an explosion actually occurred and collapses, believing himself to be injured. The resulting stress on his mind causes damage.

Standing where he was, Akashi could see his oponent waving a string of 4 handseals before dissapearing. Looking around, he couldnt spot the enemy anywhere on the field. Whilst searching for the enemy, he saw vines starting to grown from the ground beneath and around him, moving towards his body, binding him into one place. There was something strange about these vines though. Erupting from the ground right beneath him, yet Akashi didnt hear any noise. No ground cracking up, no sound of anything erupting. And the vines themselves casted no shadow. Finally the beanpod erupted with the oponent inside it but yet again there was no sound. And nor did he smell anything from the pod. No earth, no dirt, no... nothing. Everything pointed towards this being a genjutsu. Blinking his eyes, once he'd opened them the pupil was surrounded by 3 tomoes. With no effort at all he pierced through the illusion with the Emperor Eye.

Immediately afterwards, he was now trapped inside what seemed like a flowerbud. The flower had appeared from out of nowhere and had no particular smell too it nor did it make any sound. It had just.... appeared. Touching the walls of the bud, expecting a soft, moist touch, he didnt feel any of that. Annother illusion? Yet again he'd focus his gaze with the red eyes glowing, piercing through the genjutsu.

Great! Having a 3T Sharingan doesn't hurt at all, either ;)

The first three in this set rely on the same principle on which you just learned; it's figuring out which of your senses is unaffected by the genjutsu and being able to make the connection between that anomaly and the fact that what your character is experiencing is indeed an illusion. The last one is a new genjutsu that was recently added, and you can combine it with Earth jutsus to further fool your targets. For maximum effect, when would you cast the genjutsu, before or after an earth technique... and why?
( Magen: Jubaku Satsu ) - Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes five handseals, and appears to dissolve into a mist. Once they stealthily approach the target and get within short-range, the opponent feels completely immobilized, and believes they have been bound by a fast-growing tree and are unable to move. The user then appears as if they emerge from the tree to attack the target. In reality, the target is immobilized, allowing the user to strike or interrogate them.
( Genjutsu: Oshitsubusu Hebi Kubire ) - Illusion Technique: Crushing Snake Constriction
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user puts the opponent into a genjutsu which has snakes appear beneath the opponent to constrict them and with the users command, they crush the opponent. In reality, the opponent is immobilized and takes damage due to the stress on his mind.
( Genjutsu: Hanaoka ) - Illusion Technique: Flower Hill
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user summons up illusionary purple flowers from the ground in front of them, damaging enemies with a chance to paralyze them.
Note: Paralysis lasts one turn.
( Genjutsu: Iwa Kōka Genjutsu ) - Illusionary Arts: Rockslide Genjutsu
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage: N/A
Description: This is a technique that can be cast on multiple targets. The user creates an illusion where their target(s) experience several explosions going off near and around them. The ground around and beneath the target(s) will begin to collapse and cause panic and mental damage from the perceived reality of the explosions. The technique, however, is weak when cast upon multiple targets as it only takes one individual to release the technique for large groups of people.
Note: This technique can be cast on multiple targets but when done it only takes one person to release the technique for all parties involved with genjutsu kai. However all members need to be within short range distance.

Alright, the first one obviously affects ones vision and also paralyzes you. The one sense it doesnt affect however, is the hearing. A fast growing tree, erupting from the ground obviously has to make a few sounds. The sound of the ground erupting, the sound of the tree rapidly growing and the branches trapping you, you should be able to hear it, as well as any sounds the leaves would normally make. This, along with your opponents mysterious dissolvement would be an indication that the technique itself is a genjutsu and then its just a matter of piercing through it, most likely with the sharingan. ^^

For the next one, i think the vision is key to figuring it out. The sneks appear beneath my feet, but how? Did they erupt from the ground? See if you can see any holes in the ground, and once they start slithering up your legs, can you really feel them against your skin? Im a bit un-sure about this one tbh but i think those are enough indications to figure out you're in a genjutsu and then break it.

The 3rd one is quite simple, purple flowers erupting from the ground for no reason is a warning sign of its own, next up, are the flowers affected by the wind? If they've just erupted from the ground, are they covered in dirt? is the ground beneath them whole? Flowers usually have a scent, can you smell these flowers? All these indicates that this indeed is a genjutsu and then you just break it.

And for the final one, to answer your question, i'd use this technique after I've performed an earth technique. Cause once you perform an earth technique, you confirm to the opponent that earth is an element you possess and as they avoid your initial earth attack, once you cast this genjutsu, they will think its part of your earth combination so instead of breaking out of the genjutsu, they'll try countering the illusion that is cast.
