ok O^O... now lets see.. genjutsu >.< genjutsu...ok first off
Genjutsu: Kokohin (Illusion Technique: False surrounding)

Description: The user controls creates a false surrounding which can change the way an object or small area looks(if used double then its a layer of false surroundings not easy noticed by the enemy).
ok O^O so to actually catch the enemy in a genjutsu, the user needs to extend your chakra flow through the cerebral nervous system of the opponent...now its hard to explain how to use it but, here is an example

well in definition you can do genjutsu with only your mind :/...
because genjutsu is just an illusion, your mind controls everything...just try it..
