Is it possible to put genjutsu on a perfect Jinchuriki? The answer to this question will be extremely relevant to the fight of Naruto vs Sasuke.
We saw with the fourth Mizukage that he was controlled by Obito and he was able to control the 3 tails. If he was just able to control its chakra then it makes sense that a genjutsu could be put on him. But if, like Bee and Naruto, he was working together with his tailed beast, and a genjutsu could still be placed on him, that means a genjutsu could be put on Naruto also.

Well the sharingan can place genjutsu on tailed beasts anyway. So I see it happening to jinchuriki as well, perfect or not. The genjutsu user has to be really strong to surpress a perfect jinchuriki though. It's highly possible.

The three tails wasnt a jinjhuriki it was a biju so it was easy to minipulate, gen doesnt work a Mastered jinchuriki like naruto
The fourth mizukage was the three tails Jinchuriki. He was a perfect jinchuriki and a genjutsu was placed on him by Obito. In the anime, the three tails didn't have a jinchuriki but that means nothing.

No it is not. No one has placed B in a genjutsu, hell they haven't even tried. They have chakra entering their bodies from their Bijuu constantly which nullifies genjutsu as revealed by Jaraiya in part 1. The Mizukage wasn't a perfect Jinchuriki he just had his Bijuu's power making it his power, it's not the same thing.

Its really subjective but you are right, a perfect jinjuriki like yagura can be put under genjutsu, We just dont know the circumstances behind it so maybe there's something we're missing?

You can capture them in genjutsu for a few seconds at least, like we saw with Bee. But then they switch out. So in those few seconds, the genjutsu user just needs to do a follow up attack immediately after the genjutsu.
