( Genjutsu: Hanaoka ) - Illusion Technique: Flower Hill
Dean starts by focusing his chakra into Kakuzu's clone, which is positioned short range from him. As he is induced with the Genjutsu, the clone would see purple flowers emerge from the ground before him. These flowers would then paralyze the clone as it emerges, allowing Dean countless combinations to use whilst the clone is caught under the Genjutsu.
Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
-Since it paralyses the opponent, it allows you to use techniques like Swamp of the Underworld, Moving Core to quickly drop the opponent into an abyss or even something like Stone Spikes which requires minimal effort to perform but could easily be used to kill the opponent who wouldn't be able to move. A useful technique, though it is feminine z.z
Your reasoning on why you would deduce it to be a Genjutsu:
-The purple flowers seem to emerge from no where, no handseals were performed to make these purple flowers and there is no shift in the earth as they emerge. Also, why would these flowers paralyse you, your opponent can't control flowers nor toxins, so that's pretty much the reasoning as to why I would decide it is a Genjutsu. A pretty easy Genjutsu to break out of.
Your preferred method of release:
-Since it paralyses you, you can't use Kai technique as it requires the Seal of Confrontation, and you can't use it when you are paralysed. So basically, I'd use Chidori Nagashi as it can be used as an offense if the opponent is close to me when I release the lightning from my body.

( Magen: Chō Shinka ) - Demonic Illusion: Butterfly Evolution
Dean starts out the technique by performing a single handseal, which places Kakuzu's clone into a Genjutsu. Dean would then throw several explosive tags towards the clone, who would see the tags as countless butterflies which come towards him. The clone would also see himself sinking into the ground as the countless butterflies approach. In reality, the clone is immobilized, so Dean rushes towards the clone with great speed and places a single explosive tag on his forehead. Then after gaining some distance from the clone, Dean would then detonate the tags simultaneously, which would cause a chain explosion, destroying the clone in the process.
Combinations you could make with this jutsu:
-Since it constricts the opponent, there are various techniques which one can use. Whilst learning Rain, there were a few techniques I saw that could work great with this like Rain Spear which creates a condensed spear to fall from the sky onto the opponent. Mostly Earth techniques would work well, especially ones without handseals. One can also send a clone to place a tag onto the opponent, if the opponent manages to break the Genjutsu, you can just cause the tags to blow up before hand z.z
Your reasoning on why you would deduce it to be a Genjutsu:
-Firstly, the butterflies, where did they come from, can my opponent manipulate butterflies, why are there countless numbers of them. They weren't summoned with the summoning technique, they just appeared. Then, the single handseal formed can also be a hint that it could be a Genjutsu. Also, why am I sinking into the ground if the opponent didn't do anything, and the earth did not even change in density or appearance. These are basically the signs that it could be a Genjutsu.
Your preferred method of release:
-It also constricts you, so basically, the Hardening technique could be useful and also Chidori Nagashi. Both could serve as an offense and defense if the opponent were close to you.
