( Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu ) - Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique

Description: The user casts an illusion over an area that allows him to manipulate the way an area looks to fool an opponent. He can only change the way the terrain looks, and not any other feature

Imagine a different terrain then this, it can be a single difference such as trees growing/disappearing, or the entire field changing from a forest to a desert or tundra of some kind. Take that image in your mind. A quick explanation on how genjutsu actually changes controls ones senses.

Genjutsu, or Illusionary Arts, unlike ninjutsu, don't produce a real, palpable, feasible effect; it produces an illusionary effect. With a specific KG however, the illusions can become so strong that the body will be fooled into mimicking in real life the fake effects its perceiving through the illusion. There exists two types of Genjutsu: the passive, non chakra fueled ones (basically illusions to our senses like visual paradoxes and such which have little use in the RP and can be easily overcome through experience and logic) and the active, chakra fueled ones. Within the active chakra fueled ones two subtypes exist: Dojutsu fueled Genjutsu and Normal Genjutsu.

Genjutsu works by using chakra to disturb the chakra flow of the opponent, specially in the brain, altering his senses. By doing this you can make him perceive any thing his senses are capable of: pain, heat, cold, tickles, iching, etc etc. A ninja can make the opponent taste, smell, feel, see or hear anything he wants. However, because this is done by using your chakra to manipulate his chakra flow, the ninja needs to be close or, many times, have direct eye contact or even physical contact. This is the main limitation of Genjutsu: range. The further you are away from your opponent, the harder it is to induce the fluctuation on his chakra flow to produce the genjutsu.

How exactly does it work? Well, every one has a balanced chakra flow. The chakra flows in a balanced combination of both physical and spiritual energies. The ratio between them vary from person to person (that is how each person has a different chakra signature) but its always calm and balanced. To produce a genjutsu, a ninja uses his chakra to disturb that balance in a controlled way. A fluctuation is created in the persons chakra "wave length" and makes it fluctuate in a given way. This produces the illusion by scrambling the users link between his Spirit and his Body which effectively is the link between his mind and his senses. To make your chakra be capable of doing the correct fluctuation, you need to use, most of the times, handseals. These help you mold and shape and focus your chakra to the correct wave length you want to induce, thus enabling you to use it to disturb the targets chakra flow.

Target the section of the brain that controls sight, and send your chakra into their mind to disrupt the link between their perception of the land around them and their mind and cause it to see what you imagined instead of the real landscape.

as I stand by your clone I send some of my chakra and insert it into his chakra circulation system, to the chakra vessels controlling the brain. by using my chakra I disturb the chakra flow in the parts of his brain responsible of sight, feeling and hearing and i make him see the area around us as a plain desert instead of a green forest and I make him hear the sound of the wind blowing hard and feel the wind touching his body

• can be used to fool the water specialists making them think that there's a big source of water while there's not. the opponent will fail using the jutsu
• up to mid range while some strong genjutsu like tsukyoumi are limited to short range
• no handseals or eye contact required

• you easily recognize being in genjutsu

I use this jutsu to change the terrain into a sea shore with tsunami waves hitting everywhere and me standing on the surface of the sea while the opponent is standing on the shore. as the opponent makes a wall of earth to protect himself from the tsunami I perform the snake handseal and release a spear of lightning towards the wall to penetrate it and kill the opponent with a shock

Description: The user will first perform the Tiger → Hare → Boar → Dog and then creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defence. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water. Hizuren Sarutobi spits mud from his mouth to perform the jutsu whilst Kakashi creates a wall composed of bulldog sculptures to box-in Pain.

(Raiton: Gian) - Lightning Style: False Darkness

Descripton: The user after performing the hand seal snake emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands whilst kakuzu lightning mask emits it from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Ways to counter:

by simply using the Kai technique to stop the genjutsu, biting my lips or telling a friend/ally to insert his chakra into my body since this genjutsu is D-ranked

Good, yes little things like biting your thumb for a summoning breaks D ranks.

Next one, form 5 seals *demonstrates* and send chakra to the vision center of the brain to cause the target to see you dissolve into a storm of cherry blossom petals that swirl around them and block their vision.

( Genjutsu: Kahen Tonsou ) - Illusion Technique: Flower Petal Escape

as I stand near to the opponent I perform 5 handseals while sending my chakra to his brain's chakra vessels. I use my chakra to adjust his vision and make him see many sakura petals to rise from the ground forming a pink hurricane of cherry blossom petals. the sakura petals rotate quickly around him and blocking his vision during this I start channeling my doton chakra into the ground and turn the rocks into fine sand to make me able to dig quickly in it.

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.

• can be casted on mid-ranged opponents
• completely blocking the vision of the opponent allowing me to either attack or hide
• only 5 handseals required. it can be performed quickly and doesn't require a lot of time like Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

after digging underground I start digging till I became beneath the opponent then I go to the surface of the earth behind him while performing the tiger handseals then I stab him in his butt with it and send him flying

after realizing that I'm trapped in a genjutsu breaking out of it is very easy by biting my thumb as if I'm doing the blood sacrifice

Form a single seal (Tiger) and induce the target into an illusion in combination with your movements, while you throw a bomb tag at them they'll see you form a clone that runs at them in the same place as the bomb. Once the "clone"/tag reaches them it blows up.

Description: This illusion creates numerous illusionary clones of the user that appear to emerge from the ground, trees, rocks, etc. If these clones are attacked, they appear to multiply. The user can co-ordinate his attacks with the clones to make it appear as if they are real.

induce the illusion that makes it look like multiple clones emerge from the surroundings and if they are struck they appear to split apart into even more clones. If you can, weave in your own attacks with the clones.

I start gathering my chakra and send it towards your clone's chakra vessels of his brain while performing the tiger handseal I then take out an explosive tag while manipulating your clone's brain to make him see the explosive tag as a clone of me. as the tag moves swiftly towards the clone he sees my clone running towards him and as my clone (the tag) reaches him it explodes to make him disappear

• fast jutsu since it requires performing one handseal only

• can be easily predicted since he didn't see handseals required for performing shadow clone jutsu

as i make the explosive tag/clone go towards the clone I many clones that goes towards him. the clone then will be confused and he won't know what should he do before it's too late

I start sending my chakra into your clone's chakra vessels of his brain and make him see a lot of clones of me emerging from the rocks, trees and ground and I make the clones run towards him to attack him. as one of the clones get near him he takes out his sword and cuts him vertically, I manipulate his brain to make him see that the clone that was hit splits into 2 clones and attack him more and more till he is exhausted then I throw a lightning enhanced kunai t him to kill him

• reaches mid range
• if they are struck they appear to split apart into even more clones

• the user will have to attack with the genjutsu clones to make the opponent feel that it's reality not genjutsu

after making the opponent see my clones emerging out rocks, trees and the ground I perform the tiger handseal and put him in other genjutsu. I then throw an explosive tag towards him but he will see it as other clone of me running towards him and once the explosive tag/clone becomes at very short range from him it explodes

Ways to counter:

most of the clones techniques requires at least one handseal while this jutsu doesn't require performing handseals also the clones will split into two clones after being hit while no clone jutsu can do this so I can simply figure that it's a genjutsu and break out of it with the simple known methods

Description: The user performs two handseals causing it to appear as if a swirl of leaves surrounds the opponent. The swirl eventually falls away, and after a few seconds, the opponent sees the image of whatever they fear the most, shocking them and potentially causing them to faint.

Form two seals and make it appear as if a whirlwind of leaves surrounds the target, as the winds die down and the leaves clear out they'll see something shocking and horrible that can cause emotional trauma and (if you're Sakura at least) can cause you to faint.

I start gathering my chakra and send into your clone's mind as I perform 2 handseals. by manipulating the chakra inside the clone's mind I make him see tree leaves spinning around him forming a swirl and feels the wind hitting his skin. in the same time I make him see his biggest fear (which differs from an opponent to another)

• the greatest fear appearing in front of you won't leave you any time to think how this can be a genjutsu

Weak points

• short ranged jutsu
• requires handseals
• using it in a terrain that doesn't have any trees in it would be stupidity itself -_-

Combinations-strategies

the user should use a fuuton jutsu so the opponent would think that the leaves swirl isn't part of the genjutsu but resulted from the air current made the jutsu thus blocking the opening that can let think the opponent think he felt under a genjutsu
Ways to counter this technique

by simply using the Kai technique to stop the genjutsu, biting my lips or telling a friend/ally to insert his chakra into my body since this genjutsu is D-ranked but this can be done I realize that I felt under a genjutsu

( Genjutsu: Kai ) - Illusion Technique: Release
Rank: C-S
Type: Supplementary

Chakra Cost: 15-40

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

After discovering you are trapped in an illusion, form your hands into the tiger seal and then concentrate on your chakra flow and force it to fully stop for just a moment and then release a spike of chakra to restart it and flush out any foreign chakra disrupting your chakra balance. Your chakra then resets back to its natural flow.
Since you are a Kage currently and not yet Sage you can only dispel A ranks. This can also be used on teammates/clones by forming one hand into a Seal of Confirmation (one half of the tiger seal) while placing your hand/body part on your teammate to inject your chakra into their system and perform the flush yourself.
