Oonoki at the very top is understandable. But once you go further down the list, there are some inaccuracies eg. ino.

Its about the game it has nothing to do with their strengths in the manga\anime

It's to do with how they perform in the game. KM naruto is definitely not better than Sage. Ten Ten is a complete wh*re to play against. She is probably the worst character in the show (debatably) and yet she is better than Pain, The Masked Man, Minato, Hashirama etc. It's a joke.

The game is a let down overall. Some nice refinements in the game mechanics, but as a package. It's more like an expansive DLC installment.
