Very interesting... Grievous wins though. While they have more or less the same combat prowess, Grievous has far more physical power and extra limbs for maneuverability.
As well as heightened senses and indefinite stamina.

Grievous wins mid diff. Killer Bee's unique and random style will be useless before the never ending assults equally if not more so randomized[Not all Jedi were able to predict.] in the end, Bee will be unable to effectively defend himself against Grievous unless he forsakes his sword style for something simpler
But even then Grievous can win. He took on three Jefi masters at once in one of the early cartoons and left alive.

Bee takes this. The hell are you people smokin' saying Grievious has more limbs than Bee? Last I checked, Grevious couldn't grow 8 tentacles that are capable of holding swords.
Also, can Bee even hurt Grievous? Or enough to kill him? Even if does decent damage, Grievous had received a few crushed portions of his mechanical being courtesy of Mace And still fought for weeks before he could be repaired
