For Guardiola not coaching a team who had more average players before may be a huge problem because as far as I can see the guy thinks that hes still coaching Bayern or Barcelona.

What I like from Mou is the fact that he has learned to lower his expectations based on the team he coachs and based on those expectations he makes the game plan and its completely different here for Guardiola hes playing the total football style in Man City with the system of Barca and Bayern, honestly just lower ur expectations for ****s sake not every team has Robben, Messi, Neuer, Iniesta etc...

Its painful to watch how stubborn he is and how hes constantly paying the price for it, hes not coaching Barcelona anymore but I still love to see him have success but he aint having it this way.
