That's the thing you can only talk about history.Let's talk how you haven't been in CL for long time and how you became one season wonder and then same story again.
DD haven't retired yet.
Yeah, let's talk how it took you lot 44 years to qualify to the CL, and not even a one season wonder within the phase. Football is past, present and future. I'm not stuck in the past still a 100-****ing-% proud of it, you're betting on your present and future, let's see if you can win 4 CLs in the space of 10 years in we did in our golden era.

bwahahaha good one mate XD
Granted you're good, but who's king ?

But you experieced just few trophies...all you can do is just talk about it...at least I experienced all 11-13 trophies Chelsea won after 2004.What was in past is in past...Nott.Forest was a superb team and now they are just average nothing else, same with Liverpool.

Chelsea was not lucky to have a rich owner before. Not as lucky as L'pool and United and now when they finally get money everyone calls Chelsea plastic. But no one talks how United spent more than Chelsea in last 3 seasons...on how United spent more than 200 mil on this current team now.

Even without money Chelsea was able to attract players like Weah,Zola and others...

Is pathetic.

We had rich owners before ? Nah fam not even to this day.
For me Utd can spend all they want, they earned it. All the trophies they won in the SAF days... I don't like it a bit though.

Weah, Zola, Gullit they all joined Chelskii in their 30's to get some paychecks eh, not that they love the club plus Weah joined Man city as well, no big deal here.

Chelsea will never be as big as Liverpool. The club sacking Mourinho just 7 months after winning a double sums up the heart of the club.

In that time they were rich and you can say whatever you want. The fact that Chelsea was sold for 1 pound speaks for itself.

I don't like either how club resolved the situation with Mourinho. But that just proves how much club cares about results.

Just look at Arsenal...........

Our success in the 70's and 80's wasn't built on money, it was built by legendary mangers first in Bill Shankly who took us from second division to winning multiple league titles and domestic cups.

He was one of our own, he made the people happy.

You thought SAF brought the intensity ? Say hello to Shankly.. The statue, the gate and the beginnings. His body ashes are scattered all over the Kop end FFS!

Just when you thought we were done, up came Bob Paisley... From the best team in England to arguably the best team in history.

3 CLs in 5 years, who does that ? Liverpool.

You must be registered for see images
SAF, Bill and Bob, all are absolutely gods of managers they were and when you finally got a manager of potential to **** with them on the same level, you go on and do what ? sack him not once, but twice. How much the club cares ? You, I and everyone knows if anybody is capable of bringing titles and a long term plan for this pretty inconsistent club it's Jose! he was capable of a true transition.

While you're club was getting sold for a pound, we were winning titles, dominating everyone.

Sums it up really

You must be registered for see images

Arsenal ? I'm surprised they are still a top side in English football, they would of fell down real quick like Leeds and Notts if it wasn't for Wenger with the shit board selling world class players and not replacing them, **** that board I tell you and still they might end up winning the league this year.

Honestly, you come across as a delusional Liverpool fan who is shamelessly clinging onto past glory. Almost embarrassing how you allowed Manchester United to waltz past you in the early 90s considering the foundations you built in the 80s. What’s it now, 13-0? Shocking.

Stop banging on about the 70s and 80s. Those days are gone. They are not reflective of the modern game. The reality is you are a team which hasn't won the domestic championship in 26 years. That is an appalling statistic. Blackburn facking Rovers managed it in that period. I would say Chelsea are certainly the bigger club in the modern era.

Your net spend in the last 10 years exceeds that of Arsenal, but despite that, your team is no better than the 06 squad or Arsenal’s current batch. You didn’t need to consistently sell your top players like Arsenal were forced to, but managed to lose them anyway. You’ve actually gone backwards in the last decade. Just the one capital one cup I make it in that time. On the other hand, Arsenal can boast a new stadium, two FA cups and a squad with bags of potential right now. In contrast, Liverpool have a poor squad which Klopp will need to improve significantly if you are to challenge for the highest honours. You’ve blasted Chelsea for being a money club but that is exactly what Liverpool will need to become if they are to escape the cycle of mediocrity.

Of the big 6 teams, Liverpool have certainly been the most poorly run in recent years. Frankly, you are no better than Spurs these days. I’d be embarrassed to talk about how good my team was 35 years ago in a discussion about today’s game.

Oh a newcomer, welcome to the page that is run by me.

This is football mate, ruling Europe at one stage then getting in the dark in another.
Waltz ? I don't think so, we're 2 League titles behind them and 2 CL ahead. What you on about ?

Why is a guy like me sitting here on the internet debating with almost every other fan despite experiencing little to no trophies ? Do you really think the glory days and figures aren't reflective ? Read between the lines.

What did the Arsenal squad do in 2006 ? Miss out on the only time they had a genuine chance of winning a CL, could of hold on for 12 minutes.
We won the FA cup coming back from behind 2-0 to winning on penalties in a cup that is nicknamed after our captain's name.

Now guess who was a part of the 2 finals prior and after the 2006 final ? The greatest comeback ? Us.

On the other hand, Arsenal can boast a new stadium, two FA cups and a squad with bags of potential right now. Bags of potential to be developed then sold. Arsenal for you.

Klopp doesn't need money he develop players. Ask Gotze, Reus, Hummels and Lewa.

Of the big 6 teams, Liverpool have certainly been the most poorly run in recent years. Frankly, you are no better than Spurs these days. I’d be embarrassed to talk about how good my team was 35 years ago in a discussion about today’s game.
You sure ? with the exception of 2013-14 which we fully deserved to win the league after spending a net of just 15mil, we have been bad for the last 5 years. If we're talking 10 years then check out Rafa La Bamba. Finals and Semi finals almost every year.

Now the stage is yours.

You really don't think so? They've won 13 league titles since you last won it. It was 18-7 at one point. Yes, they've waltzed past you domestically. It isn't debatable.

The glory days are gone. Get over it. Football has changed. Teams like Steaua București won the European cup in the 80s. Means nothing these days. It's why you couldn't even keep hold of a player like Sterling - you're just not as big as you'd like to think.

In the last decade Liverpool have been beneath Arsenal. 06-16. Your team has gone backwards. Backwards. And you have nothing to show for it. No stadium, no squad, nothing. Arsenal no longer need to finance the Emirates so the days of their hand being forced are gone. They won't be selling players to the likes of Man City. Liverpool will. You seem to forget that your best player of the last 10 years actually wanted to join Arsenal before the £40,000,001 bid was rejected.

Who are you planning on developing? Henderson? Ibe? Origi? You think these players are good enough for a top 4 finish even? Delusional.

Congratulations on this biggest bottle job in premier league history against Crystal Palace (3-3). Your team got exactly what it deserved. Nothing. You won the league cup under Dalglish. You've a couple of second place finishes. And then some pathetic 6th/7th place finishes in the last 10 years. Hardly the marks of a top club. Your club net worth, league finishes and trophy haul over the past 10 years certainly put you below the likes of Manchester United/City, Chelsea and Arsenal. That really isn't up for discussion.

No-one rates Liverpool other than Liverpool fans.

I dont think anyone should live with the mentality that u can be a top team continuously every year without spending, football has changed u wont be able to win trophies with players that cost 15-20m anymore, and even if by some chance a team is able to do that it will be just one season wonder and then next season sell their top-players because they wont be able to hold onto them due to the amount of money given by top-teams, the big spending teams are the ones who rule football basically.

U wont ever see Real Madrid flopping as much as Milan or Liverpool nor u will ever see Arsenal becoming a top-dog with that retarded transfer policy and their program for each season, u can have a rewind of their last 6-7 seasons and I doubt you would find any differences.

If the old legendary clubs want to step up their game then they should spend on youth academies and buying quality players unless by 10 or 20 years latter they dont want to become a Nottingham Forest or Ajax.

The **** do you mean domestically, we waltzed them 30 years ago when they had more League cups and CL cups. Like I said this is football, ups and downs. Look at them now, boring their own fans to sleep.

**** a money grabbing ****.
We can't keep hold of a player, True. Unlike you lot how you managed to keep RvP, cheers. Could of went to Manutd and celebrated against his former team where he was captain like a maniac.

Football has changed indeed, still poor old Arseanal can't win a CL trophy.

A DECADE without trophies, numerous 4th places, always getting knocked out of the R16 in CL and bidding an extra pound. I'd keep silent if I were you.
Man City ? I recall Nasri.

Yeah, where is Suarez now ? I treble winner, best striker in the world, you never had a player of Suarez's magnitude in the last 10 years. Even RvP he spat right into your faces. Now Lets see if one of your team's "talents'' can ever say no to Barcelona

Who are you planning on developing? Henderson? Ibe? Origi? You think these players are good enough for a top 4 finish even? Delusional.
It's been 3 months only for Kloppo now, just give him time and watch! Rome wasn't built in a day.

Nothing you say ? 100+ goals in a season, something you never managed to do, 5-1 absolute thrashing in Anfield could of been 7 or 8 if it wasn't for the keeper.

2009, 2 losses kept us from winning the league and being invincibles.

I'd take these 2 over being 4th every season.

No-one rates Liverpool other than Liverpool fans.
Who rates other teams ? I only rate Barcelona because they are undoubtedly the best team right now.

Don't front ? I did.

lel what's with these blocks of words, aint nobody got time for dat
Gonna be even more fire.

Lucky Tottenham ****s.
Eh as neutrals we can buy the beer and enjoy a replay.

Ruben Loftus Cheek will be Chelsea's Lampard if he actually gets chance.

You heard it here first.
Loftus-Cheek is the next general in midfield though, feels like the new Yaya Toure..
