Fabio Capello and Diego Simeone are good options, imo. Typically Capello is a great character, just like David said.
I don't vouch for Pep and I don't think Chelsea should go for that possession oriented football either. Also, I don't think he will leave Bayern for Chelsea, he is looking good at Bayern.

I don't like Capello to be honest and I didn't like the way he managed England.
I only said Pep because I think he is a valid option since his contact at bayern expires after this season. If they make the right offer he will probably leave, money talks. Personally I would prefer Simeone over Pep though.
