I would just gather everyone and try to motivate them somehow. Tell them that they are the champions and that they are the best team in the league. Tell them to do it for the people in the stands and stuff like that. I would take my time of course and come up with something better :lol. I think they currently just lack confidence and self belief.

If you meant tacital stuff, I would try a few things for example I'd let azpi play rb and baba lb. Terry and Cahill at CB. I would drop fabregas and try ruben loftus cheek with matic in midfield. hazard, willian, oscar, and remy up front.
