Football nowadays just ain't the same as it was 10 years ago. All the icons are slowly fading from our clubs and we are left with mercenaires who just don't care. As you said the fans are still passionate but where are the passionate players?
No leaders. You used to have more than 1 leader in the same squad and what's sad is the fact that it's not so long ago, maybe 5-10 years.

Wow
This guy needs some chill pills. I love United a lot, but even I wasn't that much furious when we ended up 7th under Moyes.XD
Isnt it obvious that the players are the ones who "sacked" him, there is simply no way that a team of Chelseas calibre cant win against Bournemouth at home, the matches lost were all done intentionally by the players to sack Mou they did the same thing they did to Andres Villas Boas back then.
^This is so true, tbh. Players sacked Mou is the real truth out there.
Mou has a record of winning the prem 50% of the time while Whinger won nothing in 10 years, this says it all.

On the Mourinho topic:

I love Mou as much as most of the other Chelsea fans do BUT it's fact that something had to be done. We are one point off relegation and this certainly isn't enough for a club like Chelsea. Sacking Mou is the only consequence since Roman can't sack half of the squad right now. Jose has lost the dressing room and this is the worst thing that can happen to a manager. Chelsea now have to look for a good manager or we are ****ed since I'm pretty sure that Mourinho will stay in England and if City get Guadiola it's game over for us! I hope all the players that caused this ****ed up situation get sold in the summer aswell.
Sacking Mou wasn't good decision, imo. Something needed to be done, but that doesn't mean that you have to either sack a manager or let the players go. In fact, if you look at Chelsea's performance, you will observe that some of the matches were unlucky defeats and in few others, mistakes from few players cost them dearly.
Problem with Chelsea higher ups is, they never tried to intervene when things went wrong between Jose and Chelsea players. They were just standing there and watching it getting worse. Remember Keane vs Fergie saga from way back?? Fergie and Gill did cleared up the stuff and sold only that player which caused the problem. Fergie had full support from Gill over the course of years and Fergie in turn never tried to take on 'the entire team'. He maintain his calm and composure unlike Mou.
It is Mou's fault as well, to be honest. His comments like 'I have nothing to say' or the way he blamed referees after every match or his behavior in general, isn't something manager of his caliber or status should do. One can counter that by stating that, it's Mou for you and that's why Chelsea board is the main component at fault here.
When you appoint a manager like Mou and on top of that if he was manager under you for one term before(that too really celebrated one), then you need to have proper ideas and plans.

This is how Chelsea was supposed to play and its how they play with the calibre of their players, the Chelsea until now was filled with players trying to sack their coach in the most classic way players do...
