That's not how transfer committee works mate, he can't even keep his players if the board says sell. Most of the players leave and he has to start rebuilding all over again.
The invincibles was over by 2007, still managed to put in a quality side in RvP, Cesc, Nasri, Gallas, Arshavin, Walcott and Hleb. He developed all of them, same goes to every player he managed, I don't think he ever bought a proved world class player other than Ozil and you know he is pretty good when he assists 9 goals in 11 games playing behind Giroud.
RvP and Cesc left and he was stuck with a shit team yet he is rebuilding again and again with Ozil, Sanchez, Cech, Bellerin and Cazorla.
Now how good would this team be ?

Doesn't matter.He bought good players but still won nothing.
But again all what he bought were leftovers from clubs...Cech,Ozil,Sanchez...so not much of an achievement since I doubt they would join Arsenal if they played in their former club.

When he kept winning the league with Arsenal he bought alot of players. They had by far the best side in the league. They still keep spending money, their net spend was almost equal to chelseas in the last 4 years and he still didn't manage to win the league. Players leave the Club because they know they won't ever win anything important with whinger.

Truth about Arsenal's spendings is really hard to discern while I agree Wenger is very frugal in his purchase which is think is great but I have always had my doubt about their war chest or transfer budget, I really think owners don't want to spend much Juventus, Bilbao, Lyon all built stadiums but never moaned as much as Arsenal did. It's owner's and Wenger's unwillingness to take risk which prevents them from spending.XD

What a load of crap. Mou was successful at every club he went too and where others failed miserably. He brought success to inter, he brought success to chelsea and he won the champions League with a shit team like porto. Whinger and Klopp don't even come close to that kind of success.
