Yeah he wrote it. It was in the manga during the marineford arc when Oda was writing what was going on and the introduction of who's who and who's doing what.
It's the page right after the front cover.
They do this after every volume. Only the fan translated manga cut this page out.

Dude. A scuffle means a struggle brawl or fight between two people. I may not know what it's about, but none the less their was a short brawl between the two. Regardless if you want to believe it or not I really don't care.

What I really want to know is that do you really believe that 3 yonkous will fight each other? Do you know how much power the world govt will have if the yonkous whipped each other out? Luffy is not gonna persuade Linlin to fight Kaidou and the last thing luffy wants to do is to get help to beat up the guy that took out his father and captured Ace.

As long as it isn't shown, it didn't happen. So you can look up all the meanings of the world scuffle in all the dictionary's you want. But that doesn't explain what happened on that ship.

I never said a fight between 3 yonkou's I always said that I think Big Mom will chase Luffy into Wano and will fight Kaidou to regain Ceasar.

And again you show how little you understand about the series by saying that you think the world government will benefit from a 2 yonkou power void, because the World Government has the yonkou to balance the 3 world powers. They're not after World domination, maybe they find it very convenient how the New World is very clearly split into 4 factions. Like it was said before You're either with a yonkou in the New World or you're against them (Which means death in most cases).

Also just think about what if the World Government gave both Kaidou and Big Mom their Road Poneglyph as a gift. That way they almost asure that no one ever becomes Pirate King again, because who holds the power to defeat 2 yonkou ?

And you clearly don't read my posts because I never said anything about Luffy persuading Big Mom, There is a conflict over Caesar Clown. Why else would such a non character be relevant after 3 arcs ? Big Mom needs him for her giantification process to become the strongest and Kaidou needs him to make smile fruits to create his Zoan army.

Yeah the last thing the WG would want is a another power vaccum that'll bring the NW into chaos....again. If anything, they'd try & stop a yonko from falling but the marines would still show up in Wano. They have things to gain from this.
