being a B-rank ninja; not only can u learn more jutsu, your chakra and control are much stronger so making a stronger version of cutting whirlwind is pretty much simples, just put more effort into it

*i gather a large amount of fuuton chakra in my lungs and then i perform the handseals and simulataneously release a more strong and large gust of wind towards a general direction of a tree slashing it into pieces*

Using senpuuken as a blueprint, use the same technique style to thrust this claw forward while keeping it attached to your hand

*focussing my chakra into the claw to keep it attached to my hand i thrust the claw forward towards a tree 10 metres ahead of me too slash and crash the tree *
