Dude, just speed O_O you cant exactly generate lightning chakra faster in the 7th gates, you're thunder palm strike would still be at same speed when you create it, even if the palm is faster....it wasnt just a normal taijutsu, it was elemental >_>

lightning mode does that and my speed in general is faster so the strike is faster
