All nice and brightly, but how do I do that? I'll try to let my chakra in my hand mix with the air around it

Alright like you did for raiton no jutsu you'll be focusing lightning chakra around your body, but instead of in one place (such as your fist), you'll be focusing it into an electric field shield that covers your entire body. No blind spots whatsoever, even though its a weak jutsu.
