other and then i close my eyes and clear my thoughts and begin meditating for few hours

i begin to slowly standing up whilst keeping my mind clear and my eyes closed and then i

start releasing my chakra and slowly manifesting multiple hands around me and then i open

my eyes and thrust them forwards infront of me

i begin building my chakra up again whilst my eyes are closed and i manifest more hands of

chakra and increase their power and open my eyes and thrust them forwads again.

i clear my thoughts with my eyes closed and collect and build up my chakra then start

manifesting into multiple hands with strong concentrations of chakra and then i send them

striking in front of me.

i sit back down and begin to clear my thoughts and close my eyes and begin meditating for

a further 3 hours to and gradually build up a mass of chakra.

Gently get up and open your palms, while keeping your eyes closed and direct them around you as if you were using them to look around, focus your thoughts on your 'inner-sight'

Using this properly, you can get images from all around you

i begin to gently stand up and raise my palms infront of me whilst keeping a clear mind and

my eyes closed andthen i slowly direct the palms of chakra around me which slowly de-pics

the surrounding environment in my mind and after a while i begin to slowly see within my

mind a clear image of you and the surrounding area

i begin using one palm to move out slightly and try and pick up the motion in the air from

your movement and then i catch a small split second of movement in the air and i begin to

move the other palms to build up a picture of the moving particles to then beable to follow

you clearly in my mind and after a while i start to move the palms to begin following your

movements around me
