How far are you in Rain? Also, exxplain to me what Rain is, and it's uses etc. etc. I will add, if needed,.

Rain is liquid water in the form of droplets that have condensed from atmospheric water vapor and then precipitated that is, become heavy enough by manipulation the already excited water vapor inside the clouds using the user's chakra to fall under gravity.Rain is weak against Earth due to being harder than it and it's strong against fire as it has the same liquid abilities.Rain could be used to sense the movement of the opponent by molding the user's chakra with it using Rain Tiger technique and also it's very effective when using lightning beforehand as the rain would make the opponent's body wet thus it would be deadly if the lightning touches him.

I learned the first D-ranked rain training and I explained Rain of glue technique but my Crow after that didn't reply because of personal issues.

*Uses Rain Tiger technique to make it rain.*
*While it's raining I gather up a good amount of my pure chakra then I focus my chakra into the rain drops , molding my chakra with the rain drops causing it's properties and compounds to change from being in a regular liquid form to be in a sticky from,causing anything to be binding upon touching these rain drops.*
*Just after the rain in a sticky form I perform Earth Release : Earth Corridor technique to create a dome around me without any opening protecting me from the rain drops.*
Question : After infusing my chakra with the rain drops that is created by Rain Tiger At Will Technique does the rain still give me the ability to sense anything that is touched by the rain or the sensing proprieties is gone ?

Technically, yes. However I always just said, the water that hits my opponent, and the water that's one the floor allows me to detect them. However if, they cover themselves with let's say an umbrella over their head, I don't really count as I can detect them. But technically yeah, I suppose so. O_O

Manipulating the water in such a way, cause a reflection of yourself to appear in the rain, such as a mirror. It micmics every of your move, however not being able to attack, and only serves as a distraction.
Does it only reflect my image , doesn't it reflect any item I throw for example If I threw a kunai towards my opponent , does it reflect my image only or does it reflect my image and the kunai image? o.o
*While the clouds are in a raining arc I gather a decent amount of my pure chakra,afterwards I mold my chakra into the rain drops by focusing my chakra into them,causing the rain drops to reflect my movements causing a great distraction to my opponent.*

The next is a dynamic form of Henge no Jutsu. Using the normal hand sign for henge no jutsu cause your body to conceal itself with the rain, micmic the rain that falls down, making it seem like you just dissappered into nothingness.

While the clouds are raining I perform Dog → Boar → Ram hand seals,afterwards I channel all of my body's chakra from my body and molds it into the rain drops,causing my body to be molded with the rain drops causing my opponent to think I am disappearing.
Question ; Could I then re appear in any location on the battle field that the rain drops falls in?

It's not a teleportation or transfer technique. It's merely a dynamic henge no jutsu, meaning that you just change your look. Obviously for him, if you decide to exit the form, it for your opponent may have looked like you teleported yourself, I suppose.

I want you to merely solidfy a couple of raindroplets and form them into that form of a blade, which falls directly down upon your target. The blade falls in a straight line, meaning that you iwll have to create it above him, to do any damage.
I gather good amount of my pure chakra,then I mold my chakra that I have gathered with the rain drops that is falling on my opponent,using my chakra that I molded with the rain drops to change the drops appearance and properties to shape it into a blade-like shape that falls on my opponent inflicting damage to him.

Send your chakra into several raindroplets whereafter you make them, upon hitting the ground, turn into small spikes which protudes out of the water pools and pierce your enemy leg area, feet.
I gather good amount of my pure chakra while having the field raining,then I start to mold my chakra within the rain drops,and just as it hit the ground I turn the rain drops using my chakra that is inside it to shape it into a spikes made of water which harms my opponent's feet upon touching them.

For the next I want you, as you did before forming a blade, however this time form a spear, which falls down upon your target, striking them.
I gather a decent amount of my pure chakra while the clouds still raining,then I mold my chakra that I have gathered within the rain drops changing the rain drops ,which is falling upon my opponent,properties causing it to be very sharp and changing it's appearance forming the rain drops into a spear-looking drops which harms my opponent upon touching their skin.

For the next simply make the the opponent work as an attractor causing the raindrops near him to stick onto him, putting so much weight on him that he collapses to the ground. Lightning jutsus such as nagashi would electrify him if a decent amount of water is stuck on him.

Cause the raindroplets that are falling to form into clones of yourself. They will work as a distraction, if you can manage it correctly. However once they make impact with the ground and whatnot, it will cause them to splash out, into a normal puddle of water.
