P. Harp high diffs current Akainu, and Blackbeard probably gets caught somewhere in the cross fire. He doesn't have the proper fighting skill to fight in the same league as those 2, he's just a conceited old bastard with the most powerful DF. And half its effectiveness comes from facing OTHER DF users which obvi Garp is not.
garp is underrated by every one these days.Garp can beat these two.
blackbeard can't do anything for garp because his df can only be used to nullify other df's and garp isn't a df user and garps punches can destroy BB.

im pretty sure someone said teach's gura punch was even stronger than wb's. so if thats the case then it doesnt matter how physically stronger the user is.
Im gonna go with Prime Garp. BlackBeard hasnt shown to have any fighting ability that matches a admiral, all he has is the Gura-Gura fruit, which I dont think a Garp in his prime would struggle with. I would imagine that a Garp in his prime is faster than Blackbeard.
Prime Garp should be able to take out Blackbeard with Low to Mid difficulty. Akainu is the only problem I see, yet I still dont think he is stronger than Garp was in his prime. Garp was able to fight Shiki and his entire fleet, and also was strong enought to persue and fight Chinjoa, Roger, and Whitebeard in his youth and survive (stalemate). So im banking that current akainu isnt on prime garps level.
But this is only my opinion. Im giving it to garp.
