Woooot, Arya is coming back! And figured the Waif would end up on the wall. Still I was expecting a little twist like that Yaken was Silvio or that the actress was Yaken and that it was all planned by him (more or less). Still weird though as what was the point now for Arya to be in Bravos, what did she gain? And it was kinda unrealistic how well Arya could move with those wounds. Either way pretty much all the Stark children are returning back to the North, though it's doubtful that either Arya nor Bran will make it in time.

And Dany is back likewise, those slave traders are boned. With Theon and Yara approaching, it seems we're going to get two large battles at the end of this season.

Not the Blackfish T_T kinda pissed that they changed the impression the siege leaves on you from books. There Edmure convinced the Blackfish to give up on Riverrun and in return everyone would be spared, however not before he could led the Blackfish escape. Now it seems that Edmure merely used his position as lord to command the surrender.

Next week's episode trailer:

The long awaited battle for Winterfel. It doesn't look good though for the Starks; those Bolton men seem to be highly disciplined (which makes that them serving Ramsey without questioning not logical). Who will come and save them? The Manderly's? The Vale? The remaining Northern houses?

I'm glad that the "Bastard Bowl" is happening but the buildup has been pretty bad imo.

Also, has Jon lost his will to fight after being revived or is it just me? Sansa has been the leading character on the wall and seems to have more balls than the current Jon. He also looked pretty "weak" infront of Lyanna Mormont. I really hope that he gets a grip in episode 9/10 or else he could've stayed dead.

I really hope he goes crazy after Rickon dies

It wasnt good episode Imo i was excpecting way more actions like:Gregor killing more of those ****s,better fight scenes for sandor, we didnt even see Arya vs waif fight scene(i was w8ing syrio's come back,it probably never happens) i though Blackfish would help starks, but instead he lost everything and is gone now(we didnt see him dead i hope he is alive, but doubt it).....

I hope next episode will be great it seems so too... i was w8ing this fight(revange) since King Robb died... hate boltons and Freys....

I felt this as one of the enjoyable episodes in this season all those talking scenes in the last episodes were meh but this time Jaime forcing Edmure was epic. The whole castle occupying scenes were great. Felt bad for blackfish but it is nice death compared to what has show has done to other great characters where they outright trashed their character and story line.
Cersei choosing violence and Arya telling she is not no one both are all out now. Though it was kind of odd assassins running in street and Bravosi not giving a shit to whatever the crazy shit happening.
The attacking ships in the last reminds of fire nation ships of ATLA. Overall it was great episode in the season.
No more trial by combat, hype is dead? where and what of BwB and Hound is the thing to be wondered.

They removed the Lady Stoneheart storyline from the plot, so there really isn't any particular reason for them to fight for the Starks. I was half and half expecting the Blackfish to take over the LS storyline by escaping from Riverrun with Brienne and Pod and then bump into the Brotherhood. In the books a part of the the Brotherhood supported LS's revenge against the Freys, so the Blackfish would be her replacement in the series. However considering he's dead, well that possibility is out of the window and I don't see how they could have mistaken someone else for the Blackfish.

yes, But isn't there another option? As i remember,i may be wrong, doesn't Melisandre and the brotherhood have some kind of conection? I rememeber that Beric and Melisandre met eachother and they have same god... what if she asks them for help for their god? Says that Jon is promised prince ect..... they are pretty much into this religion...

Things don't look good for the Starks, the Boltons numbers and formation are superior. My guess is that Littlefinger or the other Northern Houses mounted on horseback ride down the Boltons with a flank out of nowhere. This is Game of Thrones based on a Song of Ice and Fire, anything can happen.

Real upset that Edmure surrendered the castle like the whelp he is, it was sad how the Tullys turned on the Blackfish and he died off screen fighting, but I feel like they did him honor in him not surrendering, if he would've ran again his reputation would've been tainted.

I have hope though, I have a feeling that Sandor Clegane the Hound and the Brotherhood are gonna massacre everyone at the Frey castle, both Lannister and Frey alike. I don't see any key characters aside from the ones that must die, like Walder Frey and his sons along with random Lannisters and Freys. I can see Lady Stoneheart walking through the piles of corpses while Walder Frey is kept for last and cut down by her own hands or right before her eyes by the brotherhood. It wouldn't be the first time there was a cut that was put back in the show from the books.

Cleganebowl doesn't seem to be happening, Tommen is a really annoying character. Gregor Clegane ripping that sparrows head off and scaring Lancel was very amusing though.

Danaerys comes back, Drogon is gonna lay waste to the masters ships off screen, her storyline I'm bored of already. She never loses anything, all she does is win and faces rarely any hardships. The closest thing to a loss for her was losing Ser Barristan Selmy, and he isn't even dead in the books.

Arya coming back, let's go House Stark.

well the next coming events are no brainers to the ones who had read the book but to us we can only guess.

Remember when Brianne made a deal with Jamie? that if they can convince the surrender of Riverrun, he will give safe passage to the soldiers to the North to fight for Jon. So my guess that when the time comes and Jon is losing and his armies crushed, The Vale and the Tully will flank the Boltons and retake Winterfell.

Jamie's statement with Edmure, which he expressed strongly, was that he really did not care for the war and everything. Whatever happens, happens. Should Jon retake the North, he could careless. His mission is to retake Riverrun and then he will be back to Kingslanding where he belongs and he will not care what methods he will end up using in order to be back to Cersei again.

We were never shown what really happens to the Tully men. We were only shown that the banners were turned to the Lannisters' banners. Brianne and Pod went away and Jamie acknowledged them. Maybe hinting that he will keep his word to her.

Thoros of Myr and Mellisandre are both followers and priests of R'hllor. The hierarchy of the R'hllor religion has never been made clear, however it's certain that there exists a certain amount of freedom amongst the followers as Mellisandre thought Stannis was the One, now she thinks Jon is the One. Other priests then think Dany is the One and Thoros deems Dondarrion special. They only met once by chance and there isn't any particular reason for het to contact him; not to mention how could she contact him? He's an outlaw.

The problem here is that Brienne failed. She didn't succeed, but Edmure did and Edmure had a different deal with Jaimie. All the soldiers of the castle had to turn in their weapons and with the Blackfish gone, why would they venture north?

I dont see point in Clegane fight since Brienne defeated Hound. Hound lost all respect he had. Brienne in show is really too strong compared to book version. In books she admits that fresh and without chains Jaime would beat her while in show she beat him with mid diff.

Not really good episode 6/10.

The writing has become god awful. D&D are ruining so much stuff. What in the **** was that scene where a BwB outlaw shoves his finger into another guy's *******? It's like some 12 year old wrote that part. Meereen part was also utter shit and a waste of time. Arya's plot was also bad, except her luring the Waif into a dark room. She gets stabbed crazily, and rests for what, maybe some weeks and does crazy parkouring without any problems? So unbelievable. Only liked the Hound and Kings Landing plot. Cersei is gonna go apeshit by blowing up Kings Landing with Wildfire I think. Blackfish basically committed suicide going back to fight the Lannister soldiers in a pointless battle. Smh..he would be more useful taking the Tully army to Winterfell than this shit. The Hound joining the BwB was solid stuff. Overall a terrible episode.
