The North is all I care about, what happened in Kingslanding was of no concern of mines but considering what happened the North is going to have some conflicts with the South eventually under Cersei's rule.

Arya Stark killing Walder Frey was a complete shock, I thought his two sons in the pie was the doing have House Manderly. Happy but also disappointment at the same time, happy because Arya is already in the Riverlands and she's already cutting down enemies. Dissapointed because I wanted the complete massacre and extinction of House Frey, and wanted the Tully's to reclaim their castle. I thought the Brotherhood without Banners were going to raid the Frey/Lannister gathering while Jaime and Bron were absent, or the Tully's were gonna return and slaughter all of the Freys when the Lannisters left conveniently which would be terms of agreement between Edmure and Jaime.

Varys bringing Dorne to Danaerys' side, which is insane. She has 100,000 Dothraki, around 6,000 - 7,000 Unsullied left and the 2,000 Second Sons who will remain in Mereen, also however many forces the Greyjoys brought and one of the only armies who didn't participate in the War of Five Kings, the Dornish.

Jon Snow the King in the North and the son of Lyanna Stark, amazing scene. They didn't make it known who Jons father is but I'm sure most of us know who it is. I'm glad the Northern Lords convened and proclaimed Jon their King, you can see Baelish in the background upset because he though Sansa was his ticket to claiming the North. House Stark now has the allegiance of all of the Northern lords and the entirety of the Vale army through Baelish and Sansa, Baelish is tied to the Starks now.

House Stark sigil better be in that opening scene in Winterfell next season.

Lyanna implied Ned had to protect her son from Robert. Why on earth he would need to protect him if he was Robert son. Rhaegar is his father and if Robert knew that he would kill Jon.

killing margeary was ballsy as hell for this show. she was literally one of the best players of the game when you think about it. her death really made me sad and dislike cersei, a character I was mostly indifferent towards before. the way Jamie looked at cersei u could tell he thinks she's gone too far. he's gonna kill her next season alas volanquar(?)

Varys transporting was very jarring and unrealistic. one scene in Dorne then the very next scene on a boat with Dany. Jamie too. one scene looking at the destroyed Twins then very next scene in the throne room. I guess you could say this finale took place over several weeks but still

I'm so curious what Jon's real name is. what Lyanna whispered. how will ever find out? Howland Reed is the only person who knows the truth besides Bran now. Bran will probably be the one to tell Jon the truth. I loved this episode.

The white wolf is cool and all but Sansa is queen in the north. I know no king but the queen whose name is SANSA

I was so scared for a second when I thought Sansa would go along with LF. Dany is coming for that throne and I don't want Sansa there when it happens. Baelish should just give up that dream or propose to Dany or some shit

By rewatching it multiple times and trying to read her lips, his name is most likely Aegon Targaryen.

Those weren't the Twins he was watching at, that was King's Landing and the Sept of Baelor still smoldering. Either way yes they made quite a few time jumps this season, but to be honest that was necessary if you want to keep up the pace. In most cases it's not so much that they travelled fast, but that they cut out the unnecessary parts and immediately went a few days, or even weeks, ahead.

Meh that would really be unoriginal and stupid. Aegon is practically the standard Targaryen name; there have already been too many in the past. Also Rhaegar already had a son named Aegon, which supposedly survived in the books. It would be confusing to have two Aegons running around at the same time. Of course it seems they cut the entire storyline of Rhaegar's son having survived out of the series, however I doubt they would change such a significant detail as Jon's real name for the TV adaptation.

However the majority of the Targaryens have the "ae" syllable in their names, so it's most likely a part of it and thus I'm expecting some Northern name with a Targaryen twist (or vice versa) similar to how Dany named her child Rhaego. Maybe Aeragorn? Sorry that was a bad pun >.>

That's just what i made out of it, i think it definitely had "ae"

That episode was breathtaking. GoT is not just amazing because of its story, but the performances of many actors are simply astounding and then the way how all the scenes are choreographed and the music to set the mood are beyond words.

That Cersei was planning to set Baelor's sept ablaze with Wildfire had been predicted, but I never expected that this would involve the deaths of nearly all the Tyrell's and Lannisters. And then Tommen...many people disliked him because he was timid and weak-willed, but as a result it was quite hard to figure out what he was thinking because he himself doesn't seem to be sure. I was half and half expecting that he finally snapped and would try to kill his own mother (knowing full that she was behind it) and that he accidentally would die int the attempt...but then he suddenly committed suicide. In some weird way I kinda respect him for that as there was zero hesitation. No tears, no crying, no insecure voice...for maybe the first time in his life he was resolute and what harder punishment for Cersei than knowing she made her own child commit suicide?

It was surprising though that Cersei became the queen and sit on the Iron Throne. That possibility never occurred for the simple reason I thought that was plainly impossible as neither her allies nor her enemies would have ever allowed such a thing. There were simply too many people in the way of that, but yeah she blew them all up. I would have never imagined that this is how things would end up.

Ow yeah, Arya has obtained the face-swap trick. I was rather confused about the entire Arya storyline in Bravos as it I didn't get what now the purpose was, however I'm glad she obtained some of the skills of the Faceless Men. I was intrigued about the Twins scenes as I didn't know what to expect exactly. Jamie killing them all? The Brotherhood assaulting them? But when Arya started talking about how Walder' sons where there, it was immediately obvious it was Arya in disguise. This also means that both Bran and Arya are closing in on Winterfell as Bran is just north of the Wall (I assume the tree he was at, is the tree where the men of the Night's Watch who follow the old gods say their vows) and Arya is just south of Moat Cailin.

And FINALLY! Finally the popular theory about Jon's parents has been proven! It was rather expected, but still great to experience it. Yes it hasn't been stated specifically yet, but at this point there really is no doubt anymore. I still got mixed feelings though about everything that happened in the North this episode. I've been pondering for ages now on what Littlefinger's intentions now were, what he was striving for. I'm glad we finally learned it, but that he wants the Iron Throne is meh. I actually can see him succeeding at that, however not without there being many people against it, something he should be very well aware of as no matter how much schemes, betrays and confuses people, there's a limit to how far that works in his favor.

Then seeing Lyanna Mormont shutting all those men up and proclaiming Jon as the White Wolf and King of the North was satisfying, however it was not what I expected. At this point this seems to be a repeat of lord Umber proclaiming Robb Stark as King of the North and we all know how that turned out. I was almost certain that Howland Reed would barge in and tell the truth about Jon's parents for all of them to hear, but it seems they want to let Bran do that. This however provides future issues as I sincerely doubt Dany will accept yet another king in the North. It would have been ideal if Jon's heritage would have come out on that moment as that would almost certainly have led to him supporting Dany. I was not surprised that Dorne would aid Dany, but I thought the North would be first and that Dorne would immediately follow. Considering the connection between the North, the Vale and the Riverlands, it would be only a matter of time before the two latter would follow suit. So you only have the Tyrells and the Lannisters remaining, but because of Cersei now even the Tyrell's are going to support Dany's claim.

What disturbed me the most however was Littlefinger's attempt to drive a wedge between Sansa and Jon. When Sansa and Littlefinger were watching each other when Jon became king I first thought Sansa was giving him a victorious smile, but afterwards I wasn't so sure anymore. It took hell of a lot of effort to get the Starks back together and now that all the ones that are still alive are close, the last thing I want to see is them falling apart for something like this.

Correct me if am wrong but since Jon is Rhaegar son thats mean he is the heir to the Iron Throne yes ?
Nah... Sansa is genuinely happy about that, its just after looking at Baelish she probably worried that the creep will try to do something to Jon,

i mean Baelish doesn't look happy at all when the northern lords and the vale knights declare for Jon

Nah he is still very well a bastard, but if you are a bastard, you better be the highest bastard you can be. Rhaegar was already married with a Dornish princess, so Jon was conceived outside of wedlock, which makes him a bastard. It's of course possible that Rhaegar made preparations to acknowledge his bastard(s), however if that was the case then someone should have known about Jon. Accepting bastards in a line of succession is rare and Westeros has a bad history in regards to a Targaryen acknowledging all his bastards. So someone would have suspected something if Rhaegar was making preparations for accepting bastards.

Another possibility is of course that Rhaegar married Lyanna. That however would mean he married twice as his wife died after him. Rhaegar died at the Battle of the Trident while his wive died when the Lannisters sacked King's Landing and that happened after that battle. So that would mean he would have had two wives at the same time. This of course is possible as Aegon the Conqueror had two sister-wives, but the only reason Westeros accepted that was because he was Aegon the Conqueror. None of his descendants were allowed to do it. Also who could prove he was married with Lyanna in the first place?

So until further notice Jon is still a bastard, though the bastard of a prince instead of a warden and bastards have no rights to claim an inheritance unless there are no alternatives and even then it's still an unlikely case. Dany is the daughter of the last Targaryen king, so that makes her the first in line even if she is a woman. Of course as the Targaryen's are almost wiped out, anyone with Targaryen blood could put forth a claim, but I really doubt Jon would do that. What is important is that he has Targaryen blood, not what his status is as Dany trumps all either way. The dragon is supposed to have three heads, but as it stands it only has one: Dany.

I think she'd say something like Ned should keep Jon away from Robert, cause if he were to find out, Jon would be killed xD Too bad I can't read lips z,z

Have you heard the theory that Tyrion might be a Targaryen as well? I think that would be pretty cool >,>

She says "His name is....*name* If Robert finds out he'll kill him, you know he will, you have to protect him. Promise me, Ned" those are the exact words.

I know Aegon seems generic, but i've watched it like 20 times.

Rhaegar had 3 of the top KG at that tower he sure did make some preparations for Jon and I do wonder what his name is

Look at the Targaryen family's line not all start with ae but a lot do have ae in there names

Rhaella Rhaenyra rhaeny Daemon baelor maegor maekar etc.

Caliburn if he did marry her ned would know from those maids

Also can't in a way Sansa make jon a stark cause they are calling him king yet they said snow so what his family name is snow

And does this mean jon has to marry someone now ? At least he won't be stupid like his brother Robb and marry someone that will cause major backlash

However based on a rule most likely Rhaegar might have named jon Aemon the name Aemon was special in the family

I recall something of the Mad King supposedly having raped Joanna Lannister (under the guise of the 1st night), though I remember checking the chronology and it really didn't seem to match up with Tyrion's birth. Also if that was the case, Tywin would have killed him as there really was no particular reason to keep a bastard dwarf of the Mad King alive. An alternative possibility is that of course a distant ancestor of his was a Targaryen as I think Lannisters and Targaryens have had several marriages with each other, however that counts for several other houses likewise.

On top of that in the books you have Rhaegar's firstborn son surviving, which would make three Targaryens: Aegon, Jon and Dany. Now we can't disclose the possibility that he is in fact not Rhaegar's son or that he might die or that they made a swap in the series as they haven't used that storyline in the series yet and I don't think they will.

It would be nice for Tyrion and I can understand why people would think this, though to be honest I don't really see how he should be able to ride a dragon.

And who says those maids would know? To be honest those maids are already quite a plothole as if they knew all of this, then there would have been a risk that the secret would be leaked out and Ned wasn't the type of guy to kill people for reasons like that. So that would come down to this: "only Ned and Howland Reed know about the secrets...and two or three maids, but you can ignore those, not important".

Sansa can't, she does not have the authority to do that. In fact it's even questionable Ned himself could have done it because Ramsey became a Bolton by royal decree if I remember.

As lord of Winterfell and King in the North he's obliged to marry to secure his succession. But of course we all know Jon has a complex in regards to marrying and in particular to fathering children. I reckon many of the Northern lords will push for a marriage to secure an alliance/strengthen their position, but knowing Jon he will likely want to focus first and for all on the immediate threat.

It was a great episode, no doubt about that. But it seems to go in a rather well written direction...that probably means that Jon won't stay king in the north and die again. Yeah, that seems fitting. Oh and Arya will rule over winterfell, kek.

What a great season finale. That whole beginning was crazy I felt like Cersei was going to murder everyone and she did lol.

This was the real reason why she didn't want Jamie around because he wouldn't have been cool with this. And I think this will put wedge between them that will never be repaired. And I believe next season Cersei is going to die.

I felt like Tommen wouldn't last much longer and he went out like he's been this whole series.

The Ayra stuff was amazing it's awesome that they did the Frey Pie and it was so amazing to finally see Walder get his.

The Dani and Tyrion scene was great. Tyrion finally getting the respect he's earned and I can't wait to see Cersie's face when she learned Tryion is with Dani.

And Dani finally setting sail for Westeros is great. There has to be some setback for them because right now there is nothing anyone in Westeros can do to stop her.

I've been loving Sansa so I hope she doesn't start listening to Little Finger and start getting jealous and do something stupid because we have much bigger fish to fry.

And we got the Tower of Joy scene you can here Lyanna whisper "His name is Jon" and that transition from baby Jon and current Jon was awesome. I've been waiting 14 years for this and I couldn't be more happy.

Lady Mormont was awesome she's the real MVP and Jon King Of The North just crazy. They basically gave us anything we could have wanted which is awesome and terrifying.

Actually we can't hear what she's whispering. If she just said Jon, there wasn't any reason to make her whisper it as we already know that it's Jon. It wouldn't make much sense either for her to name her child Jon as Jon was Eddard's Stark surrogate father, but had as far as we know no emotional connection whatsoever to Lyanna. Jon is most likely the name Eddard gave Jon while Lyanna was whispering the name she gave him.

Some people say his name might be Jaehaerys.

There is a pretty interesting about it.
