Range and Terrain: Five meters apart. The center of Avalon. There are four bridges connected to the battlefield, via the four cardinal directions and each one overlooks a bottomless chasm. Ten meters to the right is river passing through the Citadel and an adjoining waterfall feeding into it. Surrounding the fighters on every other side are shining white towers constructed of prana-infused earth. Closer to Galahad and Amara are twin rows of statues facing opposite each other, depicting the greatest Radiants of the Surgebinder order and the most notorious of the Fallen.

Description: After making at least a single absorption, the user will focus their chakra into one of their replica dark marks. They will do this in order to mold the chakra for any Meiton technique and have it pre-set within the chosen dark mark. The dark mark will effectively ‘contain’ the technique until the user wishes to release it. This is somewhat akin to the use of scrolls to seal elemental techniques within. Whenever the user wishes to, they can release the technique from the mark at the cost of a move. It's release and initiation will be as fast as a standard chakraless Taijutsu technique as the preparation component is voided and therefore will capable of intercepting of targets who are much faster than the user. If the mark is contact with the user, the chakra contained within can be leaked on to/into their body for the use of Dark techniques which work internally (e.g. to transform the body). The dark mark must be in contact with the floor for techniques which are released into or created underground. While a dark mark is ‘storing’ a technique, it cannot be used to perform other techniques, whether they are absorption or release-type. The jutsu utilized along this technique must be posted for reference alongside Runes of Heresy when it is first prepared, though collectively they will only take up a single move and slot in the timeframe. The user cannot use another technique at the same time as the Dark technique's release. It can only happen directly after if they're fast enough (e.g. jutsu used in the same timeframe, passive jutsu, chakraless Taijutsu.)

(Meiton: Mikoto no Yabun) – Dark Release: Lords of the Outer Night

Description: The user will focus their chakra into the mark on their hand to release their dark chakra from within it. It will pour out and momentarily coat their body before fusing into it. The purpose of this is for the user’s body to undergo an elemental conversion, namely a transformation into dark chakra. The dark chakra will be condensed to the point it behaves as “solid” similar to techniques like Water Release: Sword of Draining and so they will be susceptible to attack from solid elements such as Earth Release. The violet-coloured form they assume will possess all of the traits and attributes of Meiton such as the ability to absorb chakra and certain elemental techniques. They will be capable of absorbing attacks following Dark’s elemental S/W (B-Ranks for weaknesses, A-Ranks for neutrals and S-Ranks for strengths). If the user is struck by an attack that exceeds this such as A-Rank water, they will be forced out of their transformation and sustain the full damage of the technique which struck them. Even solid elements such as Earth or Steel will be capable of interacting with and harming them in this form due to it’s previously mentioned tangibility. Upon contact with living beings, the user will be capable of siphoning chakra from their body (20 per strike). The real utility of this form is exhibited when certain conditions are met. For each technique absorbed while this is active, all of the user’s techniques gain +5 damage per absorption and the duration of this transformation is extended by two turns. While this is active, the user can only use Dark, the elements which compose it, any CE based on them and non-elemental abilities.

(Meiton: Waikyoku no Fumetsu) - Dark Release: Torment of the Undying

Description: The user will place one of their dark marks in contact with solid matter and begin focusing their meiton chakra onto it. This will coat the exterior of the entity in a layer of dark chakra, which will appear deep purple colour. This shroud will of course possess Meiton's chakra absorption properties and will be capable of absorbing techniques following Dark's elemental S/W. This translates to the ability to absorb any number of neutral techniques of the same rank (S-Ranks for elements weak to dark; B-Ranks for elements strong to it). This layer of dark chakra can also be applied to living beings (including the user, allies and summons) though contact with it will leech 10 chakra per turn from them. When this technique is applied to armour or the user's clothes/attire, it will only coat the exterior (the visible portion) of them and so the affected person will not suffer from the aforementioned chakra drain. This shroud can also be applied to techniques and will adapt to the target's size, shape and frame.

When this armour of dark chakra has absorbed any chakra or at least one technique, the user can convert it into purple flames which move forward, away from the entity it's coating, and towards the enemy/opponent or outwards in every direction. It should be noted that the latter means it moves outwards omnidirectionally and so it will not backlash or collide with the entity it was coating. Through a single handseal, the flames can be shaped into any form the user so desires (e.g. a tornado of purple flames or a wall of violet fire).

Restrictions

- This technique in itself has no Fuuinjutsu component and does not create Dark Marks. It also cannot be used with the replica dark marks created through Mark of the Outsider.
(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.
(Koton: Saya no Buryoutougen) – Steel Release: Scabbard of Avalon (on Lord Vile)

Description: The user will infuse additional chakra into an existing sentient steel technique, either when it’s already on the field or upon it’s creation, to enhance it’s defense. What this essentially does is bring their level of durability to equal Steel Release: Glory of Galahad. It will do this by hardening and compressing the steel to equal the toughness of the aforementioned technique. This will also enable it to use techniques which can only be used during Glory of Galahad provided it possess the ability to utilize techniques in the first place. If applied to a steel technique on creation, this jutsu can be used in the same time frame as it's predecessor technique. In short, this technique gives a S rank defense of steel to the jutsu it's applied to (following elemental strengths and weaknesses), this does not increase the power of any attacks only effects what it takes to destroy said steel technique.

Amara, combined with Avenger and Hamura Otsutsuki, enables the use of Prana, Explosion Release, and Six Paths Senjutsu. She gains the Byakugan, Tenseigan, the abilities conferred upon her by Shikotsumyaku, including a passive regeneration. Her damage is passively strengthened by 30. The Mark of Cain is located on her upper forearm, which is used in calling forth the First Blade. She also wields the Twin Evils, although they are hidden away on her person.

(Tsuinaku) – The Twin Evils

Description: The Twin Evils are a pair of reverse grip weapons fashioned from ancient crimson and black metals in the shape of a mix between a beast’s fang and claws. The Twin Evils, as they are more commonly known, are appropriately named Tawich, the Left Fang Grinder, and Zarich, the Right Fang Grinder. Tawich and Zarich’s origins remain in obscurity. Likely the pair was forged during a long forgotten era of brutality and savagery – where war and slaughter were the norm and peace was a rarity. Traditionally the pair is used as sword-breakers acting to stop and catch an opponent’s blade in close quarters combat and to swiftly rend flesh in response. Alternatively the Twin Evils can be used as simple throwing weapons akin to daggers whipped at opponents at high speeds to pierce and rend flesh from a distance. Beyond their basic ability to act as freeform weapons both of the twins possess a certain innate ability – camouflage. Both Zarich and Tawrich act to protect themselves from unwanted attention. Because of their crimson and black metal nature the combination of the two acts to blend perfectly with Avenger’s typical clothing and body tattoos. As such, passively, when sheathed against Avenger’s body both will become concealed from sight and appear as a simple continuation of the tattoos and glyphs which litter Avenger. Users with advanced eyesight, such as Doujutsu, are able to easily perceive the minute differences of the blades against the user’s body. Additionally, both blades possess and offer their own unique skills; one to empower the user’s Explosions with hatred and one to preserve them. Given the nature of the Twin Evils, only Avenger, Angra Mainyu, may wield this unique weapon.

Tawrich, the Left Fang Grinder; Tawrich’s ability revolves around the principle of focusing the user’s emotions, more specifically their hatred. It is an inherently passive ability in its nature acting as a second dimension of manipulation to all of the user’s Explosion Release techniques by infusing them with the user’s overwhelming hatred. As such, the user’s Bakuton chakra teems with pure hatred directed toward the world and allows for far more violent and malefic explosions. Tawrich in essence produces explosions which are inherently brutally crimson and far more malevolent in their nature. Their potential to burn and produce concussive damage becomes far greater with this increase. Tawrich’s Hatred Enhancement comes with the ability to increase the power of all of the user’s Explosion Release techniques, up to and including A-Rank, by one rank. S-Rank and above techniques gain the added benefit of being increased by 10 damage.

Zarich, the Right Fang Grinder; Zarich’s ability revolves around the principle of chain reactions and explosions. Zarich enables the user to manipulate existing and ongoing explosions by infusing their Bakuton chakra within them. The infused chakra acts to initiate much smaller explosions within the body of the initial triggering a sequence of reactions and producing a positive feedback mechanism within the initial explosion, allowing for multiple small explosions to occur. The smaller explosions produced aim to replace the expended energy of the main initial explosion. This in essence allows techniques which it is applied to require being overpowered entirely to be destroyed allowing for a sort of pseudo explosive regenerative process. Because the smaller explosions simply replace the expended energy Zarich’s ability does not enhance the power, size, or shape of the explosion at all. It simply acts to maintain the explosion in its produced state of power requiring that it be overpowered entirely to be destroyed, allowing it to last until the infusion is voided. Zarich’s ability passively siphons the user’s chakra at the rate of 15 chakra per turn in order to sustain the chain reaction. Zarich’s abilities can only be applied to a single explosion, requiring one of the user's three moves, on the battlefield at a time and requires the user reuse this ability to apply it to a different explosion. It can be used a maximum of three times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns.
(Senzō Kigen) – The First Blade

Description: The First Blade is a long tripled-edged dagger with a triangle shaped cross-section. The hilt of the blade is composed of a pure silver-colored metal while the blade itself is composed of Mawscape, a metallic substance capable of absorbing all light and radiation giving it an appearance of pure darkness. When the blade was forged it was infused with Mystic Fire chakra granting it properties of Shiraton. The blade is paired with the Mark of Cain; created through Fūinjutsu the Mark acts as the vessel for the First Blade, based on the Lightning Blade Creation technique. The Mark of Cain is located on the user’s upper forearm. The Mark of Cain is bound to the user entirely; this prevents it from being removed in any way from the user’s body. The Mark of Cain constitutes the first basic ability of the First Blade; by default the First Blade in a sealed state within the Mark. Through a mental command the user can passively unseal the First Blade from the Mark allowing it to appear in a light black mist in their hand. Likewise the Mark of Cain can passively seal the First Blade, enabling one to recall the Blade in order to protect it or return it to its sealed state regardless of location. The second basic ability is endowed by its composition as a weapon of Mawscape. It passively absorbs all light and radiation, including the natural light of the surroundings in even the darkest locations. It then seals this light and radaiation within it. The energy increases the temperature of the blade increasing its cutting potential; although remaining inert to the user. The sealed light and radiation empowers the user’s Mystic Fire and Fūinjutsu by unsealing the energy into the user’s techniques. Mystic Fire’s sealed heat energy increases. The user’s Fūinjutsu techniques are also passively infused with this energy and Mystic Fire chakra; this empowers them and passively changes their coloration to fit Mystic Fire Release. This increased potency translates to an increase of one rank in strength, or twenty damage, up to and including A-Rank. S-Rank and above techniques gain an increase of twenty additional damage. This is not without restriction; Fūinjutsu which restrict an opponent’s ability to use a certain rank and/or type of techniques are not empowered by this passive skill.

Angelic Smiting (Tenshi Utsu): Angelic Smiting is the first active ability and is used in two distinct applications. Both revolve around the First Blade’s ability to absorb light and use the luminescent energy to power the blade. The first application, largely cosmetic, is performed when the user nonlethally cuts or slices their target. When slicing through flesh the First Blade releases painful, but nonlethal, bright white Mystic Fire. This Mystic Fire momentarily fills the wound which the blade creates and burns it from within. This first application is typically used as a means of torture to inflict significant pain in small and insignificant wounds created by the blade. The second application, following the same principle, is used when performing deep piercing blows against the target. Once struck the First Blade releases a pulse of bright white Mystic Fire and immolates a target from within, a devastating and lethal blow. Because of the intensity of the pulse the targets’ eyes will rupture and burn with the flames. Both applications can only be applied to living targets. The first application is passive and largely cosmetic. The second application is considered an A-Rank pulse of Mystic Fire.

Luminescence Absorption (Hakkō Kyūshū): Luminescence Absorption is the second active ability of the First Blade; it is based on the blade’s ability to consume light and radiation and seal it within. This ability constitutes an empowered variant of the aforementioned skill and opens a figurative ‘gate’ within the First Blade allowing for a greater rate of absorption. This absorption allows the user to seal energy-based techniques respecting Mawscape’s strengths and weaknesses. This technique is capable of absorbing and sealing S-Rank energy-based elements that Mawscape is strong to and A-Ranks for neutrals. Visually the energy will be funneled into the top and sides of the blade as it is sealed. This counts as an A-Rank technique. Chakra absorbed from these techniques is sealed within the blade and then granted to the user’s reserves. Luminescence Absorption can be used once every four turns.

Whispers in the Dark (Sasayaki Kurayami): This is the third active ability of the First Blade. This is based on the Multiple Infinite Embraces and uses its ability to manifest itself on its target to exert influence. Using the Embraces’s ability to exert pressure to restrict movement, Whispers uses pressure to restrict movement while also pushing targets. Whispers, unlike the Embraces’s, create flat barriers which are composed of Mystic Fire chakra allowing for a wide range of coloration. These can exert pressure in a near infinite number of ways depending on their positioning and angle. One can create a barrier in front of a target and push them in the opposite direction or against another surface, like a wall. Or one can create a barrier above a target and push them toward the ground, appearing as if the target is bowing. Barriers can be used to throw matter-based targets, including techniques, off course. Should an opponent charge at the user they can be thrown off to the side by a barrier created adjacent to them. Whispers are not absolute; while it restrains free movement and pushes targets it can be resisted and broken. The strength is directly related to its created rank, between C and S-Rank. The pressure can be resisted through physical enhanced strength or the barriers can be shattered with equal or higher ranked Ninjutsu. C-Rank barriers can exert minimal pressure; being used to pin targets against a surface or having them bow. B-Rank barriers exert moderate strength pushing targets linearly by five meters in the opposite direction. A-Rank barriers exert potent strength throwing targets in a linear direction by ten meters. S-Rank barriers exert extreme pressure and can launch targets up to twenty meters from its position. The pressure does not hold any potential damage alone; thus even when pinned by the S-Rank barrier it does not break bones or crush targets to death. The barriers, sustained by the user passively, allow the user to perform other tasks simultaneously but only one can be active at any given time. These barriers can be dispelled at the user’s volition. C and B-Rank applications can be used an infinite number of times but require a three turn cooldown between applications. A-Rank applications can be used thrice per battle with a two turn application between usages. S-Rank applications can be used twice per battle with a four turn application between usages. [Fuuinjutsu: Sukuripucha Shussekenteki Kishi] - Sealing Technique: Scripture of the Templars

Description: This is a passive ability that is applied to all of the user's seals that are always active or lie dormant on the user's body prior to a battle (essentially seals stated in one's biography). The sealing script of the Fuuinjutsu seals will be infused with one of the basic five elemental chakras to reinforce, strengthen and enhance them so to make their destruction or corruption more difficult. The seals will now respect elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element and will possess the strength of the chosen element up to their own rank. They will also be infused with 15 more chakra than normal and this chakra cost will be expended whenever the seals triggered or are activated. This technique doesn't make Fuuinjutsu techniques stronger or enhance them in any way, it simply makes the seals on the user's body/clothes/person harder to tamper with or destroy. If the seal's rank is boosted on activation, the strength of the sealing script will now reflect it's new rank.

Alternatively, this technique can be passively applied to seals created in battle rather than those already placed on the user's biography. By infusing one of the five basic elemental chakras into the seal, the user can enhance and fortify the sealing script in the same way as the seals applied to the user's bio. It will now follow elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element and will possess the power of it up to it's own rank. The seal will also be infused with 15 more chakra than normal, which is the cost of applying this jutsu to this technique. This technique doesn't make Fuuinjutsu techniques stronger or enhance them in any way, it simply makes the created seal(s) harder to tamper with or destroy.

In regards to being tampered with it or cancelled, both variants follow the elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element and will require non-elemental techniques (Ninjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, etc) one rank higher than the seal in question for it to be successfully corrupted (e.g. S-Rank Fuuinjutsu required to tamper with an A-Rank elemental seal).

There she stood before him. It was hard to believe it had been over six hundred years. Of course she hadn't aged a day. That suited her somehow. To be ageless. Timeless. Senescence wasn't the only thing she lacked. He had no doubts other more important qualities still eluded her. How could one so venerable be so obtuse, so slow to understand? Perhaps it was his fault. He had kept her imprisoned for six centuries. If you kept a child in the dark for an eternity, with no warmth, no laughter and no light, who would be surprised if a monster was born? "She was a monster before I intervened." Internally, he tries to remind himself. Would she have changed at all if allowed to roam free? No, she'd be dead by now, or you would. Only one of you would have lived all these years. One lifetime...to his mind it was far too short to reform a heart as black as Amara's. If he prevailed today, was he still destined to play out this scene until the end of time? It seemed too tragic somehow. It was virtually guaranteed he'd lose any subsequent rematches. Encased in that abyssal tomb, his twin sister had become obscenely powerful. With nothing to hoard but power, with nothing to nurture but hate, she had outstripped his level of strength a long time ago. It was only by trading away fragments of his soul that he stood a fighting chance on this dreadful occasion.

He lets out a small, mirthless sigh through his nose as he regards his uncharacteristic attire and raises it's sentience to somehow distance himself from it's use. "Black was always your colour. It never did suit me much." He traces a finger along the vertical scar across his left eye, a memento from his battle with Berserker. It was almost identical to the one Lancelot once bore. Was it a twisted token of fatherly love, a spiteful reminder from a bitter enemy or just a random act in this ever-chaotic universe? The movement of his arm replaces the requisite handseal needed to activate an ocular jutsu via an ability of Lord Vile's. Several sealing formulas appear over the same eye, before sinking into it in a painful process he had long since become numb to. With the vision in his left eye in grey-scale, the divide was ironically clearer than ever. He felt like he had fractured into two halves. A Command Seal on his right hand and the Mark of the Outsider on his left. A fitting name for such an isolating symbol. His enhanced eye flits from the glowing seals on her body and person, swiftly identifying their purpose and location before committing it to memory.

"Still using Merlin's seals, Amara? I didn't take you for the sentimental type". He remarks with a bitter smile and a forlorn sideways glance.

(Fuinjutsu: Yami no Chojutsu) - Sealing Technique: Dark Ecriture

Description: Dark Ecriture is a technique that allows the user to detect hidden seals within the users field of vision. The technique activates using a seal of confrontation following which many sealing formula appear around the users left eye. They then begin to sink inside using the lens which itself is a painful process where the user needs to keep his eye open. Once performed the seals inside the eye filter the users vision making everything appear grayscale. All seals however that are hidden or apparent starts to glow, the user is able to see the glow even if the seals are hidden behind objects or clothes. With added focus he is able to read them identifying their purpose.
Note: Usable twice in battle, Lasts 4 turns.

Her invariable nature struck a chord in a man who felt he had changed too much. Centuries of constancy, and in an infinitesimal fraction of the time, he had become this. What separated him from the Black King he slayed on that day? He now wore the same accursed armour, stolen from Berserker's disciple. The gauntlets were requisitioned from his lover and successor, the Dark Queen of Kurogakure. Dressed like this he looked some ultimate champion of Kuro, what a bad joke. He also possessed both of their bloodlines, acquiring them through a Kinjutsu he swore never to use. Despite his transgressions, the colour of his Prana never changed...excepting one singular occasion. The silver hue of his ethereal energy was his unwavering moral compass. According to it, he was still on the right path, that his actions were still just. But was this really justice? To fight with monsters, had he become one himself? Was he no longer an ideal and merely an instrument of retribution? "If there is no one to embody to an ideal, then it doesn't exist". Those familiar words resonate through his mind. "But if I don't do this, there is no one to stop her". And that would mean no ideals. No dreams. No Order. In a way, he was already dead. In a way, Amara had already won. By laying this moral ultimatum at his feet, the old Galahad was doomed to die, either in body or soul. So much for being immortal he muses as a sad smile spreads across his lips. But there were those who would take up his mantle, indeed he had already found one as idealistic as he. Shirou could be trusted to inherit his will. Six hundred years...surely that was enough. It would have to be. For he had already let the darkness in. The light was infallible no more.

(Koton: Guntai no Shiroi Kouhi) – Steel Release: Cavalry of the White Queen

Description: The user will infuse additional chakra into an existing sentient steel technique, either when it’s already on the field or upon it’s creation, to grant it a superior form of ‘sentience’. What this essentially does is bring their level of autonomy to resemble the Knights created in Steel Release: Knights of the Round Table. The sentient steel technique will become capable of using Steel Release techniques up to and including it’s rank sans handseals. This includes techniques which can only be used in Glory of Galahad as the creation is already composed of steel. If applied to a steel technique on creation, this jutsu can be used in the same time frame as it's predecessor technique. For example, applying this to a B-Rank knight will enable it to use B-Rank and below Steel techniques.

Her brother's comments, whether they were intended to goad a response or not, failed to incite a reaction in her. Amara merely stood there and silently observed the Radiant Grandmaster, the one that had sealed her away for so long. Her hatred had led her to this very point; the burning desire to tear down what he loved, to destroy what he had spent and sacrificed most on in his long life. Yet her reaction was the opposite of how many would anticipate it. Rather than anger, she felt nothing. She was like a dog chasing a mouse; once she caught her prey, she would have no idea what to do with it. A life long aspiration that ended in mere confusion, and emptiness. Centuries of focus inside the abysmal seal that Galahad had left her in allowed Amara to develop her skills. Of course, she was not conscious of how much time had passed; an eternal void of darkness left her with no way to tell day from night outside of the seal. So she toiled away within, and in that vast expanse would come to learn the power of darkness itself: the power of the imagination, creation from nothingness. It was a fitting skill for one such as her, one that even Merlin had not indicated he knew of.

The veins surrounding her temples bulged as chakra flowed toward Amara's eyes as she passively activated her Byakugan. With her eyes she examined Galahad, and the armor which he wore. It was clear the change in his behavior was different, but his very physical form was different as well. With the Byakugan she discerns not one, but three different vessels of Galahad's chakra: his own body, the armor, and the gauntlets, which had a distinct design from the armor as a whole. "Brother, you've changed. The six hundred years that have passed were not kind to you." Her hand trailed to the Seal of Darkness on her collarbone, affixed to her long, long ago....

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye (Passive)

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.

Her mind flashed to that fateful night centuries ago, at the church where Percival and Galahad confronted Amara. It was the perfect symbolic Yang against Yin, Life against Death, and Light against Darkness. At a time when Galahad's valiant image was untouchable, a man so honorable, so valorous, and so tempered made him appear as an indomitable force. He was attuned in perfect harmony with his dream; yet the image of him now, not to Amara's surprise, was that of the opposite. The Light had wore on him, as it always does. A goal destined to failure, futile in nature. To Amara, the fateful confrontation at the church was but a mere moments ago in her mind. She relived the final moments of that battle, and its aftermath.

"You see...brother...you are too weak to carry out your futile vision. You fight against the uphill boulder, and run into the downhill stream...." Her words were ragged, burdened by the fatigue of the day-long battle between the Heroic Spirits of the Knights Radiant and the first of the Fallen. Yet it had appeared she would emerge victorious, in part because of Galahad's hesitation in outright killing his sister. There, she held the two in a stasis through her Force Release. The Gravitons wrapped themselves around Percival and Galahad's waists, binding their arms inward as the crushing gravitational force attempted to choke the life out of them. Like Amara, they too were beleaguered. Blood dripped from their foreheads after hours of combat, their breathing was heavy, and their armor worn. It was clear that all combatants were nearing the limits set by their bodies. It was only a matter of time before one caved.

"I never trusted you Amara. Your brother may have erred by inducting you into the Order, but...ahhhhh!" He was cutoff by the constricting Gravitons, further squeezing down on his abdomen as Amara continued to try to squeeze the life out of the pair with all the strength she had left. Following his scream, he coughed up blood; a clear sign that his body had sustained not only external injuries, but internal as well. "...you dream of nothingness. Of a world without freedom, or hope, or dreams!" He shouted at her, prompting her to retort with a smile.

"Percival, you're naivety shows nothing but a childlike fantasy. Weakness will not end the world's struggles, or protect the weak. Human nature-"

AHHHHHH! She was cut off, stunned by that fact that her words seemed to have incited a reaction from Galahad. She could sense a surge in his chakra, a moment of immense strength powering his body one final time to overcome the Gravitons which bound him. She was knocked back, losing all remaining concentration on her technique. With it, Percival too was freed from the bindings and immediately transported himself to the Throne. Sensing his disappearance, Amara tried to pick herself up and take up the defense. But it was all for naught. Nearly immediately Percival returned to the battlefield, appearing behind her in a flash of ocean blue light. He grabbed her arms and pulled them behind her, sensing her weakness and inability to mold further chakra, he relied purely on a surge of physical strength to keep the Fallen bound.

Galahad, now freed, walked before her. Their eyes met. She did not resist any longer; she knew her defeat was imminent. It was just a matter of how her existence would end. But before she could even react, her eyes refocused onto a talisman that bore a unique Kanji. While she did not recognize the Kanji, she understood that it was some form of a seal. Her face contorted to momentary horror, as if someone had done something worse than murder. Her fate would not be of death, but of confinement. Before she could scream, or curse Galahad's failures on final time, her world warped into nothingness. A void and chasm of absolute darkness spanning in all directions. She panicked, "GALAHAD!!!!" She raged into the void, screaming his name in hopes that he would hear her newfound suffering. With her First Blade, she swiped at the dark void, releasing blast after blast of Mystic Flames in hopes that it would somehow tear down the walls of darkness. But there were no walls, merely an vast expanse of void. The blasts travelled on for what was likely infinity, never to return or be seen again. For decades her rage and torment would fuel a futile struggle to free herself from the prison. But in time, that rage would turn to determination and seething hatred. A hatred that would fuel her for the next 600 years to be freed and tear down what Galahad had left.... Little did she know, there was little left at all.

The memories of her final moments ended as swiftly as they begun. Blinking her eyes, she deactivated her Byakugan. "The vision you once had, that vision of true light: of a world where the Knights Radiant could quell the conflicts of the world and bring a political order that was good in nature has worn on you. It is remarkable how in your hour of desperation, as if a final gasp of life in the story that is Galahad, you took on Father's powers. You truly are different." As she spoke, she attached a Cygnus Seal on her waist under her dress.

(Shiraton/Fūinjutsu: Jikai Kairo) – Mystic Fire Release/Sealing Technique: Cygnus Loop

Description: This technique employs a tag seal with the word ‘Repository’ inscribed on it and placed somewhere on the user’s body or on a weapon; in the case of a weapon the weapon must remain in contact with the user at all times. The seal can either be placed on the user’s biography and stated or placed during travel or battle, counting as a move. Cygnus Loop is a technique which utilizes Fūinjutsu’s ability to seal infinite quantities of various objects within a vessel, in this case the Cygnus seal. This acts as an effect chakra storage unit and can store infinite quantities of chakra absorbed and drained from another target through two methods. The first method passively allows the seal to link itself to the user’s absorptive techniques, such as the Multiple Infinite Embraces. Typically the Embraces will drain chakra and immediately deposit it in the user’s body; with the Cygnus seal this chakra is instead deposited in the seal itself. The second method is through the seal’s unique relationship with Mystic Fire Release and Fūinjutsu allowing the user to utilize Ultraviolet Radiance, a technique based on the Cygnus seal. Regardless of the application used when chakra is drained from an opponent or their techniques the chakra will be deposited within the seal. In essence Cygnus Loop acts as a bank and middleman. When chakra is stored in the seal the chakra is ‘purified’ within the seal. This effectively converts stolen chakra back into raw chakra. For example, should the user absorb Fire chakra and store it within the seal it will be converted into stored chakra and made readily available for the user to use for a future technique. Alternatively stored chakra can be freely absorbed into the user’s body to replenish their reserves. The Cygnus seal itself is an A-Rank seal and is fortified as such due to its relationship and infusion of Mystic Fire.

Father's powers? Her remark was designed to be mocking, but it achieved the opposite result. Amara had made what felt to Galahad so profane into something innocuous, natural even. What son didn't inherit from his father? And what a father he was. Not Berserker, no. The two barely knew each other. But Lancelot, the most eminent knight of the round in Galahad's estimation. How he once longed to wield the element of Steel as he watched his father practice in the courtyard. He had memorized every technique, every maneuver. And the two had fought so brilliantly back to back on their excursions outside of Camelot. And suddenly, he was a boy again. Dressing in his father's clothes, pretending he could wield his signature element. His newfound abilities were not a curse but a blessing. As a child it was everything he ever wanted. It just took a few centuries for God to receive the message. He chuckles to himself in amusement, Joan wouldn't have appreciated him taking the Lord's name in vain.

If it wasn't for Lancelot, he never would have tread this path. No knighthood, no Joan and no Order. Amara was too quick to disparage all he had fought for, especially for one who knew so little. Her corruption was the darkest chapter in the Knights Radiant. Defections still occurred, but so few and so seldom, that it didn't merit any consideration. His Order had created the world's greatest heroes - Karna, Achilles and many more. They had suppressed more conflicts than he could remember. They had even saved the world once or twice.

(Fuuin: Houtei no Kami) - Sealing Technique: Gift of the Gods

Description: The user will place a seal with the Kanji for “Rebirth” on a solid technique of any kind. The seal will make a given technique that usually lasts for a limited amount of time (e.g. the Great Stone Golem which goes lifeless after you stop fueling it) last indefinitely or rather until it’s destroyed. This seal can be applied to any solid element or technique as long as physical contact is made. This jutsu doesn't necessarily sustain jutsus without limit or cost. If the technique is destroyed, this will inevitably end and each turn the technique is maintained 10 chakra will be sapped from the user.

Galahad realizes his earlier apprehensions and misgivings over his acquired bloodlines were needless. Almost no bloodline was inherently evil, nor was any intrinsically virtuous. His sister was proof of that. And even if they were, he would reforge them into tools of light. After absorbing his own chakra, he instructs Vile to grow kunai-like protrusions from portions of the armour adorned with the Outsider's mark. He detaches all of them once the marks secrete his chakra and thirteen identical orbs of silver light rise up to surround him in a formation akin to that of the Truth-Seeking Balls - an ancient ability he had only encountered once a few hundred years ago. The dark purple energy that normally coated the steel kunai was discolored by the passive infusion of his prana, emitting a brilliant luminous glow. As for his armour, this macabre chassis that harboured so much lingering malevolence - he could at least scrub some of the taint off this once noble and venerable armour. Even Clarent, Arthur's sword of peace, was used to slay the king who once wielded it. It would be his father's atonement, to help save the world with the very armour that once endangered it.

It wasn't the role he asked for, but he would become the world's champion. The one to vanquish every villain that threatened to envelop it in darkness. For if he would not do it, who would? He shifts his gaze downwards and smiles half in gratitude, half in amusement at this latest iteration of his personal code. For Lancelot. For Joan. For every Radiant, past and future. Until his heart gave out and his bones turned to dust, Galahad would never stop fighting. Not in a thousand, not in ten thousand, not in a million years. The Immortal Knight was far from finished. "Percival...it seems like I will be able to keep my promise to you after all." With this sentiment in mind, he places his right palm over his heart to apply the kanji for 'Rebirth' on his chest plate.

(Meiton: Shuukai no Mahoutsukai) - Dark Release: Coven of Witches

Description: The user will focus their chakra into up to thirteen of their replica dark marks (any marks that aren't on their palms) and will leak a small quantity of meiton chakra from each of them. The violet chakra will surround the entity the mark is applied to (e.g. a kunai) in a sphere-like configuration before levitating it into the air. The orbs are covered in countless spiked protrusions along their body and will appear to shift and move, much like a pulsating heart. The layer of chakra will cover the entity it's coating entirely with the exception of where the dark mark is applied, so to facilitate the absorption and release of techniques from it. For convenience, these orbs will be known collectively as "the Coven". The Coven can be passively controlled through the use of mental commands and will be capable of lasting any given duration so long as the user uses chakra to sustain them. The marks contained with the orbs will be capable of absorbing and releasing techniques much like every other dark mark. This technique's utility stems from the fact that the user can guide the Coven to any position on the field and utilize Dark Release jutsu from those points. If the user so wishes, they can bind the Coven to their physical movements so that they move automatically and in tandem with their body.

(Meiton: Jigyaku Keikō) – Dark Release: Masochistic Tendency (Passive)

Description: Masochistic Tendency is an invention by a Dark user in need to be more resourceful of his Dark Release chakra in certain cases. This is considered a passive technique and does not affect the time frame. The process of this technique unfolds like the following. Borrowing a small portion of his original raw chakra inside his body (exactly 20 chakra points), the user will deliver it into either of his dark marks. The mark will absorb this chakra and automatically convert it into dark chakra, which is then stored inside of the mark, unaffected. The user can alternatively send his chakra into both of his dark marks simultaneously, thus he spends 40 chakra points. The absorption of 20 chakra points will enable the user to perform one dark technique (up to A rank) which requires it and whereas 40 chakra points will allow the user to perform one S rank technique.

Soon after the creation of the celestial orbs and the application of the seal, Lord Vile splits the front of his metallic body down the middle by unwinding the wires which connected the two halves. Upon doing so, Vile took a step back to liberate himself from Galahad, stepped to the side and moves forward to stand alongside his ally. He returns his body to it's original form, sealing the two halves back together and reconstituting both his helmet and gauntlets. "As I taught you once before Amara, against two Knights of the Round, you don't stand a chance." Lancelot and Galahad standing side by side, fighting together for the last time. There was never a more fitting or invincible pair.

"Are you naive enough to believe that if Father were here now, he would fight along side you?" Indeed, she knew of the darkness that Lancelot had fallen to. She distinctly remembered the day he was exiled from Camelot centuries ago. And, most importantly, she had learned of his demise by Galahad's hand. "A replica of Father will not save you from the encroaching darkness. The Knights of the Round Table you create now are nothing more than specters of the past, formed from the product of a cursed bloodline. Now...." With her words, the Byakugan once again activated, this would be the final time.

Her Byakugan could discern the Replica's strength; it was symbolic of Galahad's life. For centuries he relied on and used others to, a sort of beacon of life. He surrounded himself with the Knights of the Round, created the Knights Radiant, and even started a family. It isn't to say that he is a dependent man, but that his choices of surrounding himself with allies, friends, and companions is a symbolic choice of his nature. On the other side of that coin was Amara; one who chose to, and was forced, to isolate herself from all that Galahad had done. As a child she only had her brother and mother, she was not able to join the Knights of the Round Table, and she was sealed away for centuries in solitude from the world.

Amara crossed her arms over her chest and reached for her shoulders. From there, two swords formed from bone would emerge from her body. Taking both blades in each hand, she would draw them from her shoulders. Each was about the length of a traditional long sword, and easily surpassing the cutting power of one. Given that they both are removed at their full strength, each is A-Rank in power. It was an ability Galahad had never seen her display before, not even Merlin knew she had come to possess this power.

She inched forward a single step, feeling the thrill of battle tingling at the bottom of her spine and reaching upwards. The time had come. And, with no doubt in her step, she lunged forward into a full sprint directly toward Galahad in a surprisingly direct assault, resonating with the focus and resolve she possessed. As the gap closed, she slashed at Galahad diagonally with the blade in her right hand and resolved to gift him a second scar to match the one that Father had dealt him.

Using the ability to manipulate bone structure, the user removes a long bone in the form of a sword from their shoulder. Upon witnessing Amara grow twin swords of bone from each of her shoulders, Galahad raises an eyebrow. His sister clearly hadn't been idle in her temporal prison. With the battle officially commenced, he proceeds with the plan he had set in motion from the moment he had laid eyes on her. Raising his left hand before and outstretching it towards his opponent, the Immortal Knight focuses his gaze on the seal with the Kanji for 'Eternal'. Bane of the Immortal...what a fitting name. Without hesitation he initiates an absorption from the mark on his palm as she charges towards him, drawing in the chakra within the seal to render it unusable. The Coven begin to move even before the Black Curtain, clearing the path by taking to the sky ten meters above.

(Meiton: Kuro Tenmaku) – Dark Release: The Black Curtain

Description: Before using this technique, the user must first determine the seals in the opponent's possession. They must be capable of sensing or perceiving them in some capacity and distinguishing between them (e.g. they need to be able to tell these individual seals apart). The user will then perform one handseal before pointing their dark mark towards the opponent to initiate an absorption that targets the chosen seal(s). The absorption vortex will be capable of drawing in the chakra within those seals provided they're within short-range of the dark mark. The chakra infused into those seal(s) will be leeched and they will become useless/unusable. This technique will only target what's in front of the dark mark, meaning the user's seals will be left unaffected. This technique can only target one A-Rank seal or any combination which is equal to or less than an A-Rank (e.g. two B-Rank seals).

Note: If the user has no way of perceiving body seals or those that are concealed, they can only use this on seals which produce visible markings.
Simultaneously, Lord Vile focuses his koton chakra into his right gauntlet to form a replica of Galatine, the sword belonging to Gawain of the Round Table. He throws it towards his new master and Galahad grabs a hold of it with his right hand. He lashes out with a diagonal slash to meet Amara's own when she reaches him to hold her blade at bay, keeping his blade pressed against her's to force a stalemate. Vile, after tossing the sword, takes off at a sprint in a curved leftward path to end up five meters behind the opponent by the time she reaches her brother. Two of the Coven mirror his movement but only descend when he reaches his destination, concealing themselves behind his metallic back.

(Koton: Ato On) – Steel Release: Trace On

Description:
Trace On is the method of giving form and shape to what resides within your mind. It revolves around the user observing the shape and design of any specific structure or weapon utilised in front of their eyes or even a famous object from legends. The point behind this is if your opponent pulls out a sword of their own the user can create a near exact replica of the sword, it’s exact shape, length etc. This technique can also copy an opponents Custom Weapon but it will not retain any of the original weapons abilities. It will simply resemble the same shape and size. The user accomplishes this by observing the weapon being used by the opponent and begins gathering their Koton chakra either into their hand or into the air (to open a portal) and will create thousands of grains of steel that very quickly, take the shape of the weapon and can be used against the opponent. Weaponry released from the portal is capable of being manipulated and controlled either through hand gestures or simple mental commands. By forming this weapon into the user’s hand the weapon will form extremely quickly but if it is formed in the air a portal will open up containing the sword within it which can then be shot from the portal itself at the opponent. Once the user copies an object the user can then create this sword at any given time in the future almost as if they are drawing it from their own memory. In the event that the user let's go of the weapons they hold in their hand, they are capable of manipulating the weapons trajectory similar to how a weapon released from the portal is.

A portal can remain active for a maximum of two turns.
Weapon's created last until they are destroyed or the user releases the chakra.
The power of the weapons is divided by the number made, so 1 = A rank, 2 = B ranks, the will all amount to an A rank jutsu.
Changing the direction of a projectile/projectiles once release will cost of the users 3 jutsu per turn.

With her Byakugan Amara didn't feel the need to turn her head to witness what was going on around her; she watched as the chakra was siphoned from the Bane of the Immortal, and watched as Lord Vile departed from her brother. It was a nigh-omnidirectional visual awareness that gave her acute awareness of the battle. Bringing her sword to bear against Galatine, the two clashed and sent sparks flying in all directions. Her eyes locked with Galahad's; her pale brown eyes, changed by the Byakugan, fixated on his. Holding her stance, she could feel the tension between the two blades invade her body, extending to each nerve ending throughout. It was the thrill of their fated battle, the sensation of excitement that blood was to be drawn. Yet she knew that Galahad's swordsmanship eclipsed her own; Amara had never been the close quarters combatant. She always preferred theoretical ninjutsu skills with Merlin. She would not be able to hold this stance indefinitely.

"Yet another replica of a lost time. Brother, don't you have any new tricks?" While the steel itself was a new skill, her jab at Galahad was directed to the Knights Radiant; she mocked it for its attempt to imitate that glories that were the Knights of the Round Table and Camelot. It was nothing more than a hollow imitation in an eternally radiant light, forever cursed to truly remain within the shadow of King Arthur.

With a surge of force, she shoved her body weight into the sword clash before them; it was an attempt to disrupt their balance and send Galatine upwards, even if only slightly. With her free hand, wielding the second blade created from earlier, she lunges forth now with the forward momentum created and attempts to strike Galahad at various vital points on his chest; lungs, heart, even the stomach were fair targets for the bone sword. Amara knew that this strategy's chance of success was low; it was more to probe her brother's powers, to understand what new skills he had acquired since their fateful fight over 650 years ago.

As his sword is deflected upwards slightly, the Immortal Knight watches Amara intently to gauge the nature of her next attack. When she shifts into a lunge, he immediately develops a method of countering and ensnaring her, all in one. He allows the initial blow to land, triggering the activation of a seal which transforms the portion of his chest struck into a conflagration of silver flames. Due to the nature of a lunge, particularly the extension of the arm, not only would his sister's sword of bone pass through his fiery form and be burnt to a cinder - her forearm would be met with the same fate should she not retract it as quickly as possible. At the very minimum she would sustain light burns for being so foolhardy. The sudden lack of resistance would also contribute to this over-extension as her expectation to be met with a solid target would lead to a surplus of force used. Immediately after, Galahad swings Galatine from it's position in the air in a C-shaped slash that slices into his sister's left abdomen. The idea was to use the pain inflicted by the burns as both a distraction and opening.

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for a specific element and it will lay dormant until the user is physically struck, be it by an attack, weapon or an opponent. Whenever the user is physically interacted with (e.g. punched, stabbed, shot), their body will instantly exhibit all of the properties of the chosen element. This doesn't mean their body merely has the properties of the element but rather when interacted with the targeted part(s) of the body will passively dissipate into storm energy or harden into steel (effect depends on the chosen element). If for example the user is stabbed and they turn into storm energy, the bladed weapon would merely phase through their energy-composed body and leave them unaffected. On the other side of the scale, if the user's body hardens into steel then the attack will simply do them no harm. After the attack or strike has passed through them, their body will automatically revert itself to it's normal appearance. Since this technique usually only applies to specific parts of the body, any unconverted portions of the user's body can still be moved/controlled/used as normal. While in this form, the user can only use the element they transformed into, the element's it's composed of and any combination of the aforementioned element as well as any non-elemental abilities. This technique enables the user to defend against A-Ranks and below of neutral elements (B-Ranks and below for weaknesses, S-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). The only exception to this rule is if the two chosen elements have no sort of interaction with one another (e.g. Fire and Lightning), in which case rank differences will not matter. Regardless of how the user is hit, this can be a full body or partial transformation (depends on the user’s choice). Should they be struck by a physical attack capable of cancelling out their transformation (e.g. a sword streaming nagashi), the sword will remain inside them on reversion and they’ll be impaled by the blade.

During the same timeframe as Logia, Lord Vile initiated a passive ability before creating a crossbow from his metallic arms. The bow is loaded with four bolts, each carrying C-Rank damage. Adopting a two-handed grip, the sentient armour brings the weapon to bear and levies it at his target to adjust his aim carefully. He then fires one of the bolts at a staggering speed, though it disperses into grains of steel the very instant it's released. The grains move forwards and outwards at triple Sage rank speed, dispersed enough that they cannot be seen with the naked eye. The bolt reform two meters away from their target but without losing any speed or momentum, piercing the back of Amara's left shoulder (head of the humeral bone) a mere second later. Knowing his ally's intention from the beginning via mental commands, Galahad pivots on his left foot to turn his body 90 degrees clockwise just before the bolt is fired. The result was that the steel arrow would sail past him if Amara avoided it through teleportation, as his right shoulder would no longer be in line with it's flight path. The evasive maneuver would also remove her arm from the inside of his flaming chest, had she not removed it prior for whatever reason - allowing him to cancel his temporary elemental transformation the moment this occurs.

(Koton: Daraku no Oukoku) - Steel Release: Corruption of the Kingdom

Description: The user will passively activate an ability that takes the breaking down of steel jutsu displayed in Steel Release: Malevolence of Mordred one step further. All of the user's steel techniques for the next five turns will be broken down into millions of minute particles of dust each equivalent in size to a grain of sand. When applied, the user can either choose to have the steel technique retain it's shape and form and essentially behave like a solid (much like Water Release: Sword of Draining) or for it to be used in a formless wave/mass of dust. An example of the latter would creating pillars of steel from the ground but upon emergence they are released as geysers of dust. An example of the former is creating an armour of steel dust from the body but retaining it's shape, form and structure so it doesn't fall to the ground as a formless mass. This means any techniques this ability is applied to will behave as they usually do but with exception that they will be highly abrasive upon contact with the opponent. Steel release techniques which utilize, manipulate or are created from existing steel on the field can be created from this steel dust. When this ability is applied to Koton techniques which transform the body, the user can maintain their shape, form and structure without any kind of concentration. They can also can freely transition between allowing physical attacks to pass through them where they're struck and "condensing" their body to block them instead. They will also gain the option of moving through the air at their current speed by dispersing their body (either fully or partially) into a formless wave of steel dust. This ability will still apply to any active techniques when this jutsu ends but cannot be applied to any new techniques unless it's activated again.

(Koton: Senjin Shippou Kouhi) – Steel Release: Vanguard of the Silver Queen

Description: The user will focus their koton chakra into either of their arms to create a crossbow along the length of it. The bow will be pre-loaded with several meter-long steel rods (up to 8) with sharpened tips that can be fired at targets of the same amount or less. The crossbow bolts can be released on this jutsu’s initial creation or at a later point and they will travel at the speed of an arrow fired from a compound bow. The bolts can be used like “Steel Release: Corruption of the Kingdom”, the celerity will be magnified trine as the moment they’re fired, the bolts will disperse into millions of steel grains that initially scatter outwards in every direction. The grains will then converge on one another once they get within striking distance of the opponent(s) and either congregate to form the original number of created bolts or combine to form one larger, more lethal bolt. Reforming the bolts’ original form will still be audible despite its speed (reformation is instant and takes no time at all) and will sound like pouring sand (like a flipped hourglass). Reforming the bolts will happen without ceasing their forward movement and upon being reformed, they will strike into their target(s) and skewer through them. The user can restock the crossbow with up to the maximum of 8 bolts at the cost of 30 chakra and can only do this once every turn. To reform in time to strike they need to start reforming 2m away from their intended target.

It was of little surprise to her; she could, with the Byakugan, witness the change in Galahad's chest. The fiery chakra flowing through it, stealing away what little balance she retained as she had thrust herself at her brother. Watching as if in slow motion, the bone sword passed through into the silvery flames, itself being roasted in the process. Reacting accordingly, she withdrew her hand and dropped the blade, suffering minor burns in the process as her fair skin turned a bright pink. Continuing the sequence, as Galahad swung Galatine and Vile launched its bolt, Amara would choose to ignore the bolt. With her visual acuity Amara drops the second bone sword on top of Galatine's blunt side, infusing it with Bakuton chakra. As it does so, the bone sword itself shifts in its nature - its very structure turns dark black from the passive infusion of the Pillars of Creation as it turns into raw Explosive chakra. Thus, rather than Galatine's swing completing, it would be thrown off course toward Galahad itself as the former bone sword detonates. The unleashed explosion would be angled entirely toward Galahad, protecting Amara from it.

(Bakuton: Jigokumei) – Explosion Release: Mandate of Hell

Description: This technique is considered the close counterpart of Mandate of Heaven. Like Mandate of Heaven, this technique allows the user to infuse matter purely solid in composition (Earth/Earth CE, weapons not including Custom Weapons, and not including organics) with Explosive chakra within short-range of the user. However, unlike Mandate of Heaven this does not produce a latent bomb. Instead, the object in question will have the entirety of its form converted into dark crimson Explosive chakra essentially converting it into pure Explosive energy after it is produced. For example, should an Earth technique be used the earth technique will emerge from the ground as normal and then immediately be converted by Mandate of Hell. The objects in question can either retain their form or lose their form allowing for a versatile reshaping at the user’s discretion depending on their needs at the time. As such, a kunai converted into raw Explosive chakra will retain its form as a kunai or be reshaped into a small sword or simple sphere of Explosive chakra. The converted object(s) will remain inert until they detonate against opposing object or force. The user can also choose to keep the energy inert when coming in contact with other objects. This requires the user be aware of the interaction, however. When used on multiple objects void of chakra their Explosive power will collectively be equivalent to B-Rank strength. For example, should four kunai be converted by this technique each kunai will assume D-Rank strength, collectively B-Rank. Alternatively, this technique can be applied to the user’s matter-based techniques (listed above). In this case the technique will assume the damage equivalent to its rank, instead of Mandate of Hell. Should a technique which produces multiple objects be converted it will take the same logic as if this technique was applied to multiple objects. Explosions produced will be proportional to the size of the object converted. These explosions are naturally angled away from their user in order to prevent damage and negate recoil. Techniques which possess sentience, like Stone Golems or other familiar type techniques, will be able to retain their sentient abilities after conversion preventing their deactivation. Additionally, Mandate of Hell can be used to convert existing techniques of the opponents, falling under the restrictions of this technique, as long as they are completely overpowered and within range of this technique. As such, Mandate of Hell is able to convert Earth techniques equivalent to its rank or Earth based techniques one rank lower than it. Due to the nature of this technique Mandate of Hell can be used within the same timeframe as the technique to which it is applied to. Mandate of Hell can be used three times per battle and requires a one turn cooldown in between applications. Mandate of Hell cannot be used on anything on the opponent's person (e.g. their clothes, weapons in their grasp, etc).
Yet, it would do nothing to hinder the steel projectile. Whether it was in its dust form or solid form made no difference to her as her eyes could perceive it regardless. Understanding the strength of the technique, she allows the bolt to strike her shoulder. "Tch..." She winces as it strikes, but the nature of Amara's body renders it a painless experience; the bolt would cause blood to briefly spurt from the impact in her shoulder, but it would go no further. Its impact and force becoming helpless against her hardened skeletal structure. She staggers forward, pulling the bolt from her shoulder as the flesh begins to reform. She then passively summons the First Blade forth, surging chakra through the Mark of Cain to do so. In a shroud of black mist it emerges in her hand, its deceptive silvery-metal basking in the light of the Explosion technique. With her free hand she outstretches her empty palm toward Galahad, producing a black barrier before her which emits a pressure not unlike that in the Multiple Infinite Embraces. The barrier thrusts Galahad backwards as the immense pressure, formed at A-Rank, would exert itself on his body. Simultaneously, Amara focuses Explosive chakra in the earth around her, causing a spike of Explosion Release-infused, infused with her Six Paths Senjutsu, matter to bring forth a spike behind her brother as he would be thrown into it.

(Senzō Kigen) – The First Blade (Passive, Reference)

Description: The First Blade is a long tripled-edged dagger with a triangle shaped cross-section. The hilt of the blade is composed of a pure silver-colored metal while the blade itself is composed of Mawscape, a metallic substance capable of absorbing all light and radiation giving it an appearance of pure darkness. When the blade was forged it was infused with Mystic Fire chakra granting it properties of Shiraton. The blade is paired with the Mark of Cain; created through Fūinjutsu the Mark acts as the vessel for the First Blade, based on the Lightning Blade Creation technique. The Mark of Cain is located on the user’s upper forearm. The Mark of Cain is bound to the user entirely; this prevents it from being removed in any way from the user’s body. The Mark of Cain constitutes the first basic ability of the First Blade; by default the First Blade in a sealed state within the Mark. Through a mental command the user can passively unseal the First Blade from the Mark allowing it to appear in a light black mist in their hand. Likewise the Mark of Cain can passively seal the First Blade, enabling one to recall the Blade in order to protect it or return it to its sealed state regardless of location. The second basic ability is endowed by its composition as a weapon of Mawscape. It passively absorbs all light and radiation, including the natural light of the surroundings in even the darkest locations. It then seals this light and radaiation within it. The energy increases the temperature of the blade increasing its cutting potential; although remaining inert to the user. The sealed light and radiation empowers the user’s Mystic Fire and Fūinjutsu by unsealing the energy into the user’s techniques. Mystic Fire’s sealed heat energy increases. The user’s Fūinjutsu techniques are also passively infused with this energy and Mystic Fire chakra; this empowers them and passively changes their coloration to fit Mystic Fire Release. This increased potency translates to an increase of one rank in strength, or twenty damage, up to and including A-Rank. S-Rank and above techniques gain an increase of twenty additional damage. This is not without restriction; Fūinjutsu which restrict an opponent’s ability to use a certain rank and/or type of techniques are not empowered by this passive skill.

Angelic Smiting (Tenshi Utsu): Angelic Smiting is the first active ability and is used in two distinct applications. Both revolve around the First Blade’s ability to absorb light and use the luminescent energy to power the blade. The first application, largely cosmetic, is performed when the user nonlethally cuts or slices their target. When slicing through flesh the First Blade releases painful, but nonlethal, bright white Mystic Fire. This Mystic Fire momentarily fills the wound which the blade creates and burns it from within. This first application is typically used as a means of torture to inflict significant pain in small and insignificant wounds created by the blade. The second application, following the same principle, is used when performing deep piercing blows against the target. Once struck the First Blade releases a pulse of bright white Mystic Fire and immolates a target from within, a devastating and lethal blow. Because of the intensity of the pulse the targets’ eyes will rupture and burn with the flames. Both applications can only be applied to living targets. The first application is passive and largely cosmetic. The second application is considered an A-Rank pulse of Mystic Fire.

Luminescence Absorption (Hakkō Kyūshū): Luminescence Absorption is the second active ability of the First Blade; it is based on the blade’s ability to consume light and radiation and seal it within. This ability constitutes an empowered variant of the aforementioned skill and opens a figurative ‘gate’ within the First Blade allowing for a greater rate of absorption. This absorption allows the user to seal energy-based techniques respecting Mawscape’s strengths and weaknesses. This technique is capable of absorbing and sealing S-Rank energy-based elements that Mawscape is strong to and A-Ranks for neutrals. Visually the energy will be funneled into the top and sides of the blade as it is sealed. This counts as an A-Rank technique. Chakra absorbed from these techniques is sealed within the blade and then granted to the user’s reserves. Luminescence Absorption can be used once every four turns.

Whispers in the Dark (Sasayaki Kurayami): This is the third active ability of the First Blade. This is based on the Multiple Infinite Embraces and uses its ability to manifest itself on its target to exert influence. Using the Embraces’s ability to exert pressure to restrict movement, Whispers uses pressure to restrict movement while also pushing targets. Whispers, unlike the Embraces’s, create flat barriers which are composed of Mystic Fire chakra allowing for a wide range of coloration. These can exert pressure in a near infinite number of ways depending on their positioning and angle. One can create a barrier in front of a target and push them in the opposite direction or against another surface, like a wall. Or one can create a barrier above a target and push them toward the ground, appearing as if the target is bowing. Barriers can be used to throw matter-based targets, including techniques, off course. Should an opponent charge at the user they can be thrown off to the side by a barrier created adjacent to them. Whispers are not absolute; while it restrains free movement and pushes targets it can be resisted and broken. The strength is directly related to its created rank, between C and S-Rank. The pressure can be resisted through physical enhanced strength or the barriers can be shattered with equal or higher ranked Ninjutsu. C-Rank barriers can exert minimal pressure; being used to pin targets against a surface or having them bow. B-Rank barriers exert moderate strength pushing targets linearly by five meters in the opposite direction. A-Rank barriers exert potent strength throwing targets in a linear direction by ten meters. S-Rank barriers exert extreme pressure and can launch targets up to twenty meters from its position. The pressure does not hold any potential damage alone; thus even when pinned by the S-Rank barrier it does not break bones or crush targets to death. The barriers, sustained by the user passively, allow the user to perform other tasks simultaneously but only one can be active at any given time. These barriers can be dispelled at the user’s volition. C and B-Rank applications can be used an infinite number of times but require a three turn cooldown between applications. A-Rank applications can be used thrice per battle with a two turn application between usages. S-Rank applications can be used twice per battle with a four turn application between usages. Description: This technique is considered the sibling technique of Imperial Armament. This technique allows the user to infuse Explosive chakra into a solid surface within short-range of the user’s location. The basis of this technique is similar to Lightning Release: Four-Pillar Bind which uses Lightning chakra to manipulate and shape the earth around the user. This technique will apply Explosive chakra to infuse and shape the earth around the user’s position in accordance to the user’s wishes and needs, within reason. Like all Explosion Release techniques these constructs will detonate when coming in contact with an opposing force or solid matter. Alternatively the user can keep the constructs inert allowing it to interact with matter and forces without detonating. This requires the user to be aware of the interaction though. The explosions produced by Imperial Ordinance can be angled in a direction of the user’s choosing allowing for the negation of damage and recoil. A and S-Rank applications of this technique require the user to use a single Tiger hand seal for both its creation and sustainment, at the cost of ten chakra per turn. S-Rank explosions produced by Ordinance create an explosion spanning mid-range from its impact location while lower ranked applications created short-range sized explosions. The user is also capable of producing multiple constructs through the usage of Imperial Ordinance; their collective strength always being equivalent to the applied rank. S-Rank applications can be used three times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns. When the S-Rank version is used, no S-Rank or above Explosion Release techniques in the user’s next turn.

The collision of the two swords results in a small but powerful detonation, annihilating any trace of the blades and neutralizing the blast in the process. However the residual force still pushes him backwards through the air, creating a few meters distance between the two fighters. Refocusing his gaze to witness how Amara had dealt with the lightning-fast crossbow bolt, he witnesses something unnerving. His sister casually removing the rod of steel without any sign of finding it painful. Worse still is the wounded flesh that reforms as soon as the serrated weapon is removed. His gaze reflexively flits to the burns on her forearm to gauge the extent of her regenerative abilities. To his profound relief, the pinkish burns still adorned her wrist like ghoulish jewelry. Suddenly a black mist brings forth an accursed weapon into her grasp that Galahad hoped he would never have to see again - the First Blade. With it she creates a hemispherical barrier of black energy in front of her body and the Immortal Knight is forced backwards by the pressure it exerts on his body.

Description: This technique encompasses the basic applications of the Surge of Evocation. The Surge of Evocation is the usage of Prana in its raw and unrefined form; whatever this Prana touches is transformed into ethereal energy and transported to the Throne. Prana will neutralize and be neutralized by techniques that possess the same amount of chakra. Similarly it will be useless against attacks of greater chakra and will not be weakened by techniques of lower chakra. However when used on living targets this ambient energy will feel extremely frigid to the touch and induce cold burns on contact or even freeze a target solid for higher ranked applications. D to B-Rank uses will inflict cold burns as well as all of the effects of frostbite. A-Rank uses will cause necrosis of the afflicted parts of the body, making them appear dark purple and bruised to signify the death of cells. Affected appendages and organs will cease to function, becoming completely immobile in the case of limbs. S rank uses will freeze the struck targets solid. In the case of Surgebinders, who are immune to all of the above effects, they will be transported to the Throne when struck by the prana of another member of their clan. Era of Gods can be split into three separate applications, all based on the same principle: constructs, armors, and familiars made of prana energy.

Pride of Gilgamesh – Gates of Babylon
The Pride of Gilgamesh allows the user to produce Prana either from the user’s body or on the battlefield. The Prana can only be manifested within short-range of the opponent if the user is also within that range, in which it must be created a minimum of one meter away. This restriction does not apply if the user chooses to release the Prana from their body, rather than manifest it away from themselves. The energy can be released from the body via various hand signs depending on the user's rank in the clan. This can be done to generate constructs bound only by the rank of technique used and one’s imagination; alternatively the user can simplify the application by creating streams, waves, and constructs of Prana. Manifested Prana is capable of taking solid form, granting tangibility at the user’s volition. Non-projectile uses of this technique are capable of levitating and can be governed through mental commands and a sustained chakra cost. B-Ranks and below are sustained through 5 chakra per turn, A-Ranks and above require 10 chakra per turn. Created constructs will last three turns per usage unless they are prematurely cancelled. S-Rank applications can only be used once every three turns and no Prana in the user’s next turn.
Flying through the air, Galahad flips his right hand so that the palm faces upwards, he clenches his fist before pulling the same arm backwards. He then pushes it forwards again while twisting it and splaying his fingers, emitting a sliver beam of prana from center of his hand. The blast of silver energy streaks through the air before clashing with the barrier, unaffected by it's pressure due to being energetic in nature. The black shield is absorbed in it's entirety and is sent to the Throne, while the silver beam continues at full power towards Amara.

(Koton: Toshigoro no Hyousetsu) – Steel Release: The Golden Age of Piracy

Description: The user will perform two handseals and focus their koton chakra into the ground or any source of steel to release a multitude of steel cannonballs from within it (up to 5). These cannonballs can be as small as bullets or as large as boulders and will shoot out from the ground at the same speed as the shards in the canon technique Steel Release: Bullet Swarm. The vibrations they generate on forming will be proportional to their size e.g. boulders will be very easy to feel/hear while bullets will be imperceptible. Upon colliding with anything, including each other, these cannonballs will erupt into an explosion of steel bullets that span short-range around the epicenter of their detonation. These steel balls can be fired from any point on the ground and they can be angled in any way (e.g. straight upwards to attack airborne opponents or fired at very slight angles which make their movement almost horizontal).

Unconcerned with how she deals with it, Galahad launches into his next attack sequence. Working in tandem with Lord Vile, the latter focuses his koton chakra into the earth behind her to let loose a cannonball from the floor three meters behind her. The trajectory is such that it will collide with her upper back and destroy her spine if allowed to hit. Simultaneous to this, after having entered short-range once more, Vile's master returns the energy barrier absorbed earlier to the field, a meter in front of Amara but facing the opposite way. Now she would feel the pressure exerted by her own technique, which unfortunately for her, would propel her body straight into the metallic sphere. The steel explosion that ensues sends bullets flying in every direction, perforating her back and skull, while her body acts as a human shield for the brother she so despised.

Description: This technique encompasses the advanced applications of the Surge of Evocation. Unlike the Era of Gods, which manipulates raw Prana, this technique is used to bring techniques previously transported back onto the field. The two applications of this technique, Conquest and Domination, deal with returning entities within the Throne to the field; thus these two applications require previous absorptions to have already occurred.

Conquest of Alexander – Bastion of Achaemenid
Through this ability, the user will be able to return absorbed objects, techniques, and parts of the terrain to the field. They will be manifested on the field in the form of Prana before becoming corporeal and usable as tangible entities. Upon becoming corporeal, the transported entities will still possess all of the effects and properties they possessed prior to absorption; this is because the Throne places objects within it in a stasis-like state. Objects returned will continue to move with the same speed and momentum that they had. This creates the effect that appears almost as if time had stopped and then later resumed for them, a trait of the Throne. It can be summoned facing a different side and/or in a new location altogether, although it must be outside of five meters of the opponent unless the user is within short-range. Techniques returned through Conquest possess the same damage they did prior to absorption. The technique’s rank applied is directly proportional to the technique rank, size of matter, and complexity; this means returning an A-Rank boulder would require an A-Rank application of Conquest. The S-Rank version of this ability can be used once every four turns and no Prana in the user’s next turn. The Bastion of Achaemenid can only be used four times per battle.

It was no mystery to Amara where the barrier had gone. She knew of Galahad's Prana all too well; its silvery ethereal form vexed her to this very day as she recalled the countless hours of training the two spent in the Order's halls. Rather then wait, she immediately clasped her hands together and formed two hand seals, before Galahad could initiate his following sequence. As this occurred, Amara would infuse additional Yin chakra into the upcoming technique; the result would be a vastly different technique than what would have originally been created. The infusion of Yin chakra empowers it beyond a normal scale, making it the perfect defense against her Order's abilities. Thus, rather than a net of simple water forming, the water produced would be invisible as well as acidic. It would form in such a way that binds both Galahad and Vile, as well as intercepting the Prana. Thus, the beam of Prana would strike the invisible web, and disperse against its vastly superior chakra constitution. The net of water would form around Galahad, finding himself in a position where movement would mean disastrous consequences. The acidic water, already embracing Galahad and Vile, would immediately swell and drown the pair should either move - yet, without movement, their bodies would eventually be burned by the acids anyway. Likewise, Vile's body would be trapped in such a thick grouping of water nets that it would prevent the use of the cannonball technique and its explosions; the empowered net acting as an inherent stopper to projectiles sent toward Amara due to its sheer thickness.

With her Byakugan, and the web's inherent nature in allowing the user to traverse them safely, she is easily able to navigate her way toward her trapped brother. She takes each step slowly, maintaining about 2 meters distance from Galahad. "I remember being in a similar stance when you and Percival had defeated me. I thought you would give your own sister a quick death for my treachery; yet instead, you trapped me away for centuries.... How does it feel burning against your flesh?" She asked, taunting Galahad.

Description: The user performs two handseals, manipulating the moisture in the air and ground so as to create a gigantic web made of wire thin threads comprised of water. The web envelops the area mid range around the user, being exceptionally inconspicuous due to the thin size of the threads and the translucency of the water. The threads have an exceptionally sticky like quality, as well as being rather elastic and having a solid like property. Should the opponent move, they would find themselves running into one of the threads, when they do so the vibrations of the threads movement would be sent directly back to the user, who is connected to the web via use of a single thread that attaches to the users chest. This effectively allows the user to detect the movement of any objects within the webs range of influence lest they find a way to avoid the webs entirely. This single web attached to the users chest is optional, and is not a requirement, leaving it up to the user whether he/she'd want it, as it'd be more or less useless if the user and his opponent have a clear view of each other. Also, when an object comes in contact with a thread, the web clings to them as it begins to expand and propagate, fully consuming the opponent in a sticky mass of water in an attempt to drown them or fully cease the objects movements. The user is capable of traversing through the web with ease, without being hindered. The user is also capable of removing the webs attachment from their chest, so as to prevent attacks conducting through the web and directly into them. Alternatively the user can perform an extra handseal upon the opponent being ensnared, this causes the web to abruptly snap in on the targeted object, trapping them within its wired embrace as it consumes them in an exceptionally large and exceptionally strong sticky bubble of imprisonment.

Upon the sudden disappearance of his prana, Galahad outstretches his left arm in preparation of summoning a Noble phantasm, only to find the part of his cloak draped over his arm corroding before his very eyes. Had his chakra sensing fooled him? The nature of Amara's technique was supposedly suiton, fused incompletely with a vast quantity of chakra an unknown nature. They did not blend in the way advanced natures normally did, but more akin to an infusion of some kind. Acting with expedience, he focuses his chakra throughout his body to transform it into steel before superheating the metal to scorching temperatures. He cloaks this transformation, which normally manifested itself as a visible conversion, by channeling chakra across his entire body. As a result the chemical burns on his upper arm vanish from his skin and he instead he finds himself surrounded by the wisps of steam rising from his body. Finally he activates a seal which grants him access to the elements normally restricted by his transformation. "I don't know anything about burning flesh, but if you mean the fire in my heart or the smouldering in my chest, look no further than the heat of my blood." He looks meaningfully at the steam rising from his skin as he utters the last few words.

Description: This technique is often seen as a close counterpart to Steel Release: Impervious Armour. The user will channel and release their koton chakra from every chakra point on their body to turn their entire body (not just their skin) into black steel, making themselves invulnerable to virtually all types of basic weapons and physical taijutsu attacks (up to and including S-Ranks). While in this state the user is immune (remains completely undamaged like the Third Raikage) to A-Rank and below techniques of neutral elements/abilities (S-Rank and below of elements weak to Steel, B-Rank and below for elements strong to steel). This technique transforms everything on the user’s body or person into steel including their clothes, weapons and seals. Seals remain usable, the sealing script simply becomes as hard as the user’s body in this state. Even when the user merges with techniques via abilities like Kindess of Kay or Arrogance of Agravain, the seals will not be disturbed or compromised. They will also “rise” to the skin/surface of the user’s new/merged body to retain their usability. Due to transforming into steel, for the duration of this technique the user loses all of the disadvantages associated with a biological body (e.g. paralysis, poisons and feeling pain). They will still be capable of moving, performing handseals, placing seals on their transformed body and molding chakra/using techniques as well as anything they were capable of before the transformation. However while this technique is active, the user can only use Steel, Fire, Earth, any KG/CE combination of the aforementioned elements and non-elemental abilities.

Description: A technique requiring the user to channel chakra across the targeted area of their body or the entirety of it. This technique is used after performing a jutsu which alters the state of the user's body through any form of Ninjutsu, allowing the user to channel chakra to the affected area & conceal it's appearance while still maintaining the traits of the original technique. This is a passive technique performed within the same timeframe as the original, timed so the opponent is left unaware of any transition made to the body. Applied to techniques that coat the user's body or merge with their skin with chakra, a prime example of this in effect is when performing "Earth Spear" which hardens the skin while also becoming much darker in colour, Leviathan's Deception retains the physical trait of the steel-like skin while concealing the change in colour, thus leaving the hardened skin to go unnoticed. Another usage allows the user to perform Leviathan's Deception when transitioning their entire body to a state of chakra that combines with it usually causing the user to lose their Solidity, this technique however allows the body to retain it's solid form & the user's original appearance while still being made up of pure chakra & keeping the traits of it i.e, the user manipulates their chakra across the body to convert it into pure fire, Leviathan's Deception retains the user's original form & anything that comes in contact with the user would simply "phase" through them while being burned, as such is fire's nature. The targeted area of the body after would simply "grow" back until complete. Strengths & Weaknesses of the original jutsu still apply while this is active.

Description: The user will have a seal that look like one of the symbols below (see spoiler) on either of their hands that will lie dormant until passively activated. The seal only works on jutsu that transform or are donned on the user's body and can only be activated whenever one of these techniques are in use. On activation of the seal, the seal become linked to any jutsu present on the user's body and serve as link between it and the user thus making the seal be the one sustaining the jutsu for as long as the seal remains un-destroyed. This does not however add any power to the jutsu in question as the jutsu can still be negated like normal. The only work of the seal is to make the jutsu remain if not destroyed though as long as the user is able to sacrifice his chakra sustaining the seal itself. The seal passively leeches 20% chakra per turn of the jutsu it is sustaining from the user, meaning if the seal is sustaining an A-rank earth armor, then the seal leeches 20% of 30 chakra per turn to keep sustaining the armor. The seal does not work on basic weapons or body armor, but can work on techniques that forms or mimics them. Works well with techniques like the hardening technique, lightning plasma ball, chakra cloak, etc. Also since the fuin is now the one sustaining the jutsu, the user now have access to use another jutsu/element if the jutsu in question restricts it beforehand. In escence this seal allows the user to keep the armor and focus on other chakras for the duration.

Description: The user activates an ability that will serve to strengthen their next steel release technique used. This technique is essentially based on the idea of “tempering”, using high levels of heat to strengthen a metal beyond it’s normal limits. The infused katon chakra will serve to raise the temperature of any steel technique this is applied to for two distinct purposes. The first and foremost use is to increase it’s toughness to extent supplementary and/or defensive techniques will become capable of defending against 1 rank higher than normal (S-Rank and above techniques can defend against 20 more damage points). Aesthetically, this technique darkens the user’s steel to a pitch black colour with localized areas of red light (signifying the heat of the metal). Steam will also rise off of the body of any techniques this ability is applied to, providing yet another tell that the technique has been enhanced beyond it’s natural limits. This technique happens in the same-timeframe as the steel jutsu it's applied to. When created from the user's body, this superheated steel will not harm the user (similar to how Fire Release is released from the body). The user will not be burned if he's in contact with the tempered steel after creation as long as it originated from his body (and not the ground). This means this technique can be applied to weapons, tools and armours formed (and kept) on the user's person without being harmed.

Simultaneously, Lord Vile had initiated a technique of his own. Countless stakes erupt from the ground beneath Amara, which then birth further stakes from the main body of the larger ones. Kazikli Bey impales her while tearing the fragile net of adhesive water apart, detonating into projectiles in a succession of haphazard explosions. Any stakes that happen to reach Vile or his creator are sufficiently weakened by the clash with the net and therefore deflect uselessly off their metallic forms.

Description:
After performing a series of three handseals, the user will activate Kazikli Bey. Kazikli Bey can be used in one of two ways. The first, is it's primary offensive capability and it's most versatile usage. The user focuses their Koton chakra into the ground or any pre-existing source of steel to create countless large steel stakes to protrude out of the ground. The user can control how many stakes are created and where they occur. But these stakes don't just stop once they are created. As they grow from the ground they expand outwards upon mental command, almost like growing out more stakes from itself as they increase in size. The rupture of the stakes is not a slow process, neither is the extension of the stakes. Simply rupturing out of the ground isn't the only thing that the stakes of Kazikli Bey can do. Once the stakes come into contact with something or through mental command, the stake/s touching said object will detonate almost immediately. They will detonate into normal sized steel stakes that will tear apart and impale what they come into contact with. Now the second ability of Kazikli Bey is almost opposite of it's previous capabilities. This regards around protecting the user instead of focusing on attacking a target. The user will manipulate their Koton chakra into a source of steel on their body (Armour, body etc.) and several steel stakes consisting of fine steel wires (Unnoticeable to the naked eye) will protrude out of said steel. These steel wires weigh virtually nothing and will not impede on the speed of the user at all. The stakes are about 30cm - 1m in length to begin with but can be extended or shortened after the use of a hand sign with a max extension of five meters. (Needs to be stated when used, and also where they appear, also counts as a move in the user's three per turn). The stakes not only serve as a great offense to the user when it comes to physical attacks, it also provides a great defense against enemy attacks since, at the use of a hand sign, the user can manipulate the steel stakes to converge onto one another to form almost like an automated defense from attacks (Counts towards the user's three moves per turn). Should this defense mechanism be engaged, if an attack insignificant in destroying it occurs, the stakes will proceed to regenerate due to the wires, layer after layer replacing itself (Costs 15 chakra and can only be used once.). Due to the connection the steel on the user's body has with the user, Kazikli Bey in this form will last the same duration as the technique is applied too. So if used on the user while under the effects of Glory of Galahad, and Glory of Galahad has three turns remaining, Kazikli Bey will remain active for three turns aswell.

With Byakugan and Force sensory, Amara detects the emergence of the steel from the ground as well as the transformation her brother had undergone. Her eyes widened momentarily, understanding that she had little time to react. Outstretching her arms in both directions, she unleashes an omnidirectional golden wave of energy outward toward Galahad, in his steel state, Vile, and the stakes of steel below. The energy, laden with Gravitons, arrests the kinetic energy in all the solid matter within mid-range and holds it in suspended animation. It had seemed Galahad's will, which had been remarkably weaker in the beginning of their engagement, had begun to show signs of life; it seemed that, at least to some extent, the Immortal Knight of the Sun was still alive and well underneath the facade of darkness and fatigue that had overcome him in his centuries of life.

With Galahad captured, Amara scans the area with her telescopic vision, her eyes slowly moving back and forth across the battlefield of Avalon. "You evacuated the Order, I see." Overcast plagued the skies, leaving what was normally a radiant city a specter of its former self. "It matters little, brother. Each pillar and stone here, no matter how big or small, will be torn down after you fall. Ironic. A city held up by a vast number of pillars and structures; yet, in reality, it is only held by one: you." She dropped her arms to her sides, smirking slightly. "I remember this as if it was almost yesterday, brother. What a familiar sight."

Force Release: Surrounding Heaven (Graviton: Amanogawa)

Description: Surrounding Heaven, named after the Milky Way galaxy, encompasses the basic applications of Force Release: the manipulations of the three forces of gravity. This technique produces masses of Gravitons; these masses are generally released as linear beams from the user’s body or a source of the user’s chakra. However, Gravitons can be further shaped to fit the user’s needs at any given time. The configurations they can take on are limited to basic geometric shapes. All Gravitons produced create light; this light can vary in coloration. By default the beams appear a golden-yellowish color. With the addition of heat or electricity the beams can shift in color becoming either red or blue, respectively. All applications of this technique derive their primary source of damage from the powerful gravitational force generated by this technique. Should the user desire one can utilize an alternate application allowing the beams to produce no damage and simply pull, push, or nullify a target. Masses of Gravitons can be split in order to strike multiple targets, following normal splitting rules. The user is even capable of producing a full body release of these beams, creating a defensive shockwave which can nullify, repel, or even attract depending on what is used. Masses of Gravitons, particularly projectiles, can operate in different methods, all explained below depending on the type of Force used. Beams and masses can be sustained over multiple turns, requiring the user expend chakra in order to do so.

Alcyone (Arushiōne): this application embodies the manipulation of the attractive forces of gravity. The primary source of damage stems from the powerful gravitational force this technique can exert. For example, when a target is attracted it can be crushed, contorted, or destroyed. Masses of Gravitons produced are generally formed in beams which can travel great distances to reach their target. Alternatively these Gravitons can be shaped into projectiles which can be launched as such. When a mass of Gravitons strikes a target it will inflict its gravitational damage in the instance of impact while pulling its target toward the source of the Gravitons. When a target is gripped by a sustained beam of Gravitons it can be thrown in arc-like motions, although ultimately it will be pulled closer to the source regardless.

Polaris (Hokkyokusei): this application embodies the repulsive forces of gravity. The primary source of damage stems from the bone crushing force as well as harmful heat or electricity added to it. Masses of Gravitons produced are generally formed in beams which can travel great distances to reach their target. Alternatively these Gravitons can be shaped into projectiles which can be launched as such. When a mass of Gravitons strikes a target it will inflict its gravitational damage in the instance of impact while pushing its target away from the source of the Gravitons. When a target is gripped by a sustained beam of Gravitons it can be thrown in arc-like motions or placed elsewhere, although ultimately it will be pushed further from the source regardless.

Libertas (Jiyū): this application embodies the nullification forces of gravity. Targets struck by Nullification Gravitons are caught in a suspended animation; this reflects the complete loss of all kinetic energy. The primary source of damage stems from the bone crushing force it is capable of exerting on those captured in its influence. Unique to Libertas is the behavior of the masses of Gravitons produced. Masses of Gravitons produced are generally formed in beams which can travel great distances to reach their target. Alternatively these Gravitons can be shaped into projectiles which can be launched as such. When a mass of Gravitons strikes a target it will inflict its gravitational damage in the instance of impact while catching it in suspended animation. Like Polaris and Alcyone, Libertas is capable of moving those within beams of Gravitons freely and without resistance. Unique to Libertas is the behavior of the capture; sustained beams of Gravitons will hold a target indefinitely. Upon the beam’s release the target will be caught in suspension until a full body surge equivalent to the rank applied is utilized. This is also true for projectile based Graviton attacks. S-Rank applications of this technique (regardless of the type) can only be used three times per battle and no S-Rank or above Force in the user's next turn.
She paused for a few moments, shifting her gaze over the entire city. With her telescopic sight she took in every detail of Avalon, comparing it to the beautiful city of her era. With her eyes she could see each change that had been made over the centuries, every expansion and renovation. After all she knew the city of her time very well, she was one of the original architects."But this time will be different, my dear brother." Finally, her gaze shifted to Galahad's as she stared deep into his eyes. The veins surrounding her eyes relaxed as the blood flow to calmed. Her brown and pale Byakugan morphed into something entirely different, and nearly unrecognizable. A new doujutsu that even her brother had not seen - the Tenseigan. Her black pupils shifted to a magnificent blue, while the surrounding irises altered itself into a white star-like pattern. It was the first time she had activated it since its awakening. Amara was unsure when she awakened the eye, as it had happened within the Seal of Darkness. Time held no meaning within that seal, and thus she had no way of telling how long after her imprisonment did she awaken it. It was a Doujutsu that fed off her spiritual powers, awakening around the same time she obtained the ability to govern the imagination through Yin Release.

( Doujutsu: Tenseigan ) - Eye Technique: Reincarnation Eye

Description: The Tenseigan (転生眼, Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a powerful dōjutsu utilized by the Ōtsutsuki clan. The combination of the Byakugan and the chakra of an Ōtsutsuki clan member can evolve the Byakugan into the Tenseigan, resulting in the loss of the Byakugan's quasi-omnidirectional and distanced vision.The Tenseigan allows the user to control both attractive and repulsive forces, similar to the Rinnegan's Deva Path. The user's eyes are on the same level as the Mangekyou Sharingan in terms of tracking and chakra perception. Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation. Once a user passes the test for Tonrei, ascending their Byakugan to the Tenseigan, it will be his default dojutsu.

"I'm glad that immortal spirit of yours has returned brother.... I would have been so disappointed if I couldn't break that spirit myself." Resting the First Blade alongside her dress, she clasps her hands together. Within her clasped palms a glowing dark cyan blue light formed as Mystic Flames crackled forth, as if it were trying to escape her very hands. It was a highly rebellious nature, with so much volatile energy sealed within it that even she had difficulty establishing constant control over its power. Then, as the volume seemed to reach its maximum, she released her hands from each other and extended them outwards; as she did so, the Mystic Flames were manipulated into a javelin nearly as tall as she was. Yet unique to the javelin was each end; so much energy had been concentrated into its form that the flames flowed off each side, making it appear almost as if it was a large arrow. Taking the spear in her left hand, she looked back toward her brother. "You were right to evacuate the city, such prudence." Then, with seemingly unnerving accuracy and strength, she threw the spear at the furthest spire. Her accuracy was augmented with her Tenseigan, and the knowledge acquired from her Byakugan moments ago. She was careful not to aim near the Order Library, fearing destroying a temple that held vast knowledge.

To the naked eye, the small Mystic Fire javelin would have mostly disappeared from view as it reached the far distances of Avalon. Yet when it reached the spire it would suddenly explode, unleashing a violent eruption of energy that would initially thrust itself upwards and destroy the spire that it had struck. That explosion would then rampage outwards, expanding into other nearby structures in the city, the dark cyan flames engulfing all in its path. Then, moments later, the sound of the explosion would follow; its sudden crackle rupturing the surrounding area as the immense energy stored in the javelin was released. Wind and rubble pervaded the area, scattering themselves all over the battlefield as the massive portion of the city was, in mere moments, incinerated from the face of the planet by the Senjutsu empowered flames.

Description: This technique encompasses the flame-like, wispy, energy base of Mystic Fire Release and allows the user to concentrate chakra in an area, whether it is from their body, through the ground, or even in the air. In the case of the flames being produced from the air they are unable to be created within short-range of the opponent, unless the user is within short-range as well. Flames produced from the ground possess an audible queue giving slight warning to the target should they emerge from beneath them. These flames can be manipulated to a high degree allowing the user to produce a wide variety of constructs and shapes, generally limited by their own imagination. Alternatively Primordial Creation can also be used to create simple streams, fireballs, blasts, and waves of flame. These flames can be, at the user’s volition, concentrated to effectively solidify allowing them to punch through physical obstacles and cause explosive damage. The flames of Mystic Fire by default adhere to the violet spectrum but can be manipulated to fit any color in the visible light spectrum. Alternatively they can seal their light entirely causing them to appear akin to the black flames of Amaterasu. Applications above A-Rank require a single hand seal. Sustaining this technique requires the user expend ten chakra per turn. S-Rank can be used four times per battle and cannot be used in consecutive turns.

In the wake of his sister's technique, Galahad suddenly finds himself caught within a blast of golden energy that arrests his movement. While in suspended animation, he decides to absorb from his body into dark marks on each of his palms twice to prepare for his next two jutsu. Instead of acting immediately, he formulates a plan while Amara pontificates; looking from her to Lord Vile to confirm the scope of her Graviton technique. Just before he was captured, he managed to clench his right hand into a fist in preparation for his method of release. He listens to her speak until she reveals yet another ability he had never encountered. An ocular jutsu that vaguely resembled the Byakugan, a sea of blue adorned with white stars. An evolution of the former perhaps? That seemed obvious, but what abilities it held he could only speculate. A long past encounter with the Mangekyou Sharingan had made him wary of advanced doijutsu, for the sole reason that it managed to surmount his previously invincible immunity to illusions. He keeps this possibility at the back of his mind, choosing that moment to act. It would be unwise to keep himself bound with an unknown factor at play. Focusing his dark chakra into the fist he clenched earlier, Galahad releases it in the form of a shroud of silver light that envelops his gauntlet. He embeds this coating with dark marks and boost it's potency with part of the chakra accumulated by Darquesse.

Description: The user will place one of their dark marks in contact with solid matter and begin focusing their meiton chakra onto it. This will coat the exterior of the entity in a layer of dark chakra, which will appear deep purple colour. This shroud will of course possess Meiton's chakra absorption properties and will be capable of absorbing techniques following Dark's elemental S/W. This translates to the ability to absorb any number of neutral techniques of the same rank (S-Ranks for elements weak to dark; B-Ranks for elements strong to it). This layer of dark chakra can also be applied to living beings (including the user, allies and summons) though contact with it will leech 10 chakra per turn from them. When this technique is applied to armour or the user's clothes/attire, it will only coat the exterior (the visible portion) of them and so the affected person will not suffer from the aforementioned chakra drain. This shroud can also be applied to techniques and will adapt to the target's size, shape and frame.

When this armour of dark chakra has absorbed any chakra or at least one technique, the user can convert it into purple flames which move forward, away from the entity it's coating, and towards the enemy/opponent or outwards in every direction. It should be noted that the latter means it moves outwards omnidirectionally and so it will not backlash or collide with the entity it was coating. Through a single handseal, the flames can be shaped into any form the user so desires (e.g. a tornado of purple flames or a wall of violet fire).

Borrowing a small portion of his original raw chakra inside his body (exactly 20 chakra points), the user will deliver it into either of his dark marks. The mark will absorb this chakra and automatically convert it into dark chakra, which is then stored inside of the mark, unaffected. The user can alternatively send his chakra into both of his dark marks simultaneously, thus he spends 40 chakra points. The absorption of 20 chakra points will enable the user to perform one dark technique (up to A rank) which requires it and whereas 40 chakra points will allow the user to perform one S rank technique.

Description: This jutsu builds on Darquesse’s second ability to create dark marks within the user’s Meiton techniques. These replica seals will mirror those created in Mark of the Outsider and will capable of residing in the body of those jutsu without being absorbed or destroyed. The purpose of embedding seals within their techniques varies depending on the type of jutsu it is applied to. The user cannot use techniques from these dark marks.

When applied to Dark chakra techniques that already possess the ability to absorb, those marks will instead become the medium of absorption. The dark marks will siphon and absorb the chakra of techniques possessed of foreign chakra that come within short-range of them. After coming within range and before they clash, the marks will draw in the chakra of jutsu provided it is a technique it can already absorb (e.g. A-Rank Dark can absorb S-Rank Fire). Since it draws in chakra, energy and wind-based techniques will be safely absorbed into the mark similar to Inhaling Maw. In the case of matter-based techniques such as Earth and Water, the physical element will not be drawn in but it will become devoid of chakra the moment it comes within the Dark jutsu's vicinity thus neutralizing it’s damage/power. It should be noted that embedding seals in this manner will not change the power of what the technique can absorb, they simply serve the purpose of storing the absorbed chakra for later use (each technique absorbed enables the use of one Meiton jutsu). These marks are embedded passively and simultaneous to the Dark technique's creation rather than immediately after. These dark marks will be considered an inherent part of the jutsus they’re applied to and any boosts applied will also affect these marks.

In regards to techniques with no absorption capabilities, these embedded seals will bestow them with that property. This will allow them to absorb certain techniques that come within short-range of the jutsu. After coming within range and before they clash, the dark marks will siphon and absorb the chakra of the opposing jutsu into itself. This will render the opponent's technique devoid of chakra, thus neutralizing their damage/power. The absorbed chakra will then be released back into the user’s technique in order to empower it. This will count as an active boost and the damage gained will be equivalent to half of the chakra absorbed (e.g. +20 damage after absorbing a standard S-Rank). In regards to what the embedded marks can absorb, it will follow the rank of the technique it is applied to. The dark marks will be capable of absorbing neutral jutsus of the same rank (one rank above for elements weak to Dark, one rank below for elements strong to it). Unlike the first use, this use must be actively applied and will cost a move (though still happens in the same timeframe). This ability cannot be applied to Forbidden Ranks or techniques which have had their damage boosted. It can also only be used four times per battle.
This allows it to draw in and absorb chakra within mid-range, dissipating the Force energy and freeing the two knights from suspended animation. Galahad flexes his fingers as he revels in the pleasure of movement, but this small joy is short-lived. Amara had conjured a javelin of cyan flames, a darkened variant of Mystic Fire's natural hue - an energetic nature highly resistant to absorption. One only needed to look to his silver shroud's inability to absorb the flames upon formation. She then hurls it across Avalon and his eyes trace it's trajectory across the sky, even as his hands form the seals necessary for his next offensive. He releases the chakra from the mark on his left sole, injecting it into the ground to unleash an inferno of silver flames with a mid-range radial reach. They extend only one meter into the air, submerging only the lower bodies of the three fighters. Amara's legs would be scorched to dust in this incandescent sea of fire, similar to those who choose to frolic in the River Styx. This occurs moments after the explosion of Mystic Fire, almost as the second installment in this symphony of immolation and blazing destruction. "You tried to destroy my Order once before and in six hundred years, you've learned nothing new. Buildings can be rebuilt. Swords can be reforged. Even spirits can be reborn. Any victory you claim here today will be a hollow one. What you seek to destroy can never be undone. It was born once, and so it will be born again. What I carry inside me, you could never hope to understand."

(Koton: Roiyaru no Bukiko) – Steel Release: The Royal Armoury

Description: The user will slam their hands on the ground and focus on the sky to open up a portal above the battlefield (similar to Sticky Earth Drop). From the portal, thousands of steel weapons of all types (e.g. kunai, shuriken, swords, etc) will rain down from within it at the speed of a fired arrow. The weapons are infused with the user’s koton chakra and when they strike the ground, they will “explode” into countless bullets that will move outwards omndirectionally from the point of impact in the same manner as Steel Release: Malevolence of Mordred. The portal can be created to span a limited area or the entire battlefield but in the case of the latter, the user will need to defend themselves suitably throughout this technique’s duration.

Meanwhile Lord Vile had chosen to initiate an offensive of his own by slamming his palms against the Citadel's hallowed ground. A colossal tear is clawed open in the sky and from it the entire armoury of Avalon rains down: swords, spears, arrows, scythes and a thousand other types. Unphased by the flames which would soon surround his feet, Galahad charges headlong towards his sister. Just as he reaches her, a single sword falls in between the two siblings. The mirror-like blade shows each of them their reflections, of what they had become. With a knowing smirk, Galahad strikes the blade with his left gauntlet and it explodes into bullets which zip in every direction. He didn't need a mirror to stare into the depths of his soul, the Immortal Knight already knew he was. He always had.

(Meiton: Kurayami no Inferno) - Dark Release: Inferno of the Dark Ones

Description: After having absorbed chakra beforehand through any means, the user will perform two handseals and channel his dark chakra equally inside the medium range radial reach by touching the surface with one of his dark marks. This means that it can be applied to the ground, walls, solid structures, bodies or even water at some point. Then, a massive amount of purple flames will come out from the "Release" mark of any of user's dark marks which will fill the whole medium range very quickly. The flames adapt to the frame of a body if they're applied to something specific such as the body of the target or an opposing technique. The lethality of these amplified flames is that they can cause 3rd degree burns to anyone caught in between them and can easily evaporate B-rank or lower water quantities in an instant. At the user's desire, he can freely increase and decrease the volume of the flames, making them reach up to 5m in height and burn almost anyone fully. Alternatively, the user can only apply these flames in selected parts of the battlefield, in order to deal damage to individual targets or objects. The size and volume is up to the user as long as they are within the medium range reach.

While advancing the Byakugan to Tenseigan shed its quasi-omnidirectional vision, it retained the ability to see chakra; an invaluable asset when combating her brother's newly acquired powers. She suddenly found herself surrounded by Dark chakra throughout the surface beneath her, an ironic twist given their battle in Avalon. The wondrous grounds of Avalon infused by such a tainted power. A power that had been wielded by the one who had rescued her from the Seal of Darkness. Her brother, too, had transcended the limits of time and obtained powers antithetical to his existence. But he was not alone; she glanced down at her right hand as she surged chakra through her body, viewing the marks of the Six Paths Yin and Yang powers. In a way, her ascension was much like Galahad's; her very existence was transcendental. Possessing the powers of Darkness, she now also possessed the powers of Light. With that thought, her very form transformed with the surge of chakra as the silver flames emerge beneath her. Suddenly her body would ripple with a bright crimson energy, but would almost immediately transform yet again into a dark violet. The Vestments form, which manifested symbolically as Light shifted to her natural state - the power of Darkness. But the form itself, infused with Mystic Flames and Six Paths Senjutsu, retained all of its inherent and enhanced abilities. In every sense of the word, she has manifested the powers of the cosmos. Like the javelin of Mystic Flames moments before, her body now held within it the power to devastate Avalon.

Thus the silvery flames merely brushed up against her legs, helplessly trying to penetrate the vastly superior form she had assumed. Meanwhile, Vile's bullets would also be helplessly repelled; each strike from the shattered blade simply erupted into a small violet inferno as it struck Amara's body, dropping to the ground as a useless smoldering mass and then being burned away from the transient flames. As if egging her brother on, she returned his smirk. No matter his resolve, no matter his effort, she would continue to render his tactics useless.

(Bakuton: Kami Teikoku no Saifuku) – Explosion Release: Vestments of Divine Imperials

Description: The user focuses and channels copious amounts of Bakuton chakra throughout their entire body causing the user’s very form to manifest the properties of pure Bakuton chakra. The result is the user’s body, not simply their skin, will turn into raw explosive energy. The explosive energy manifests itself as a dark bloody crimson expanding throughout the user. This technique, in essence, causes the user to transform into a living bomb. Vestments of Divine Imperials provides inherent natural defenses through this transformation. However, despite what this technique suggests, this does not cause the user to become a suicide bomb. The basic defenses provided by Vestments of Divine Imperials is essentially a reactive armor taking on the properties of an explosion while also allowing the user, because of the very nature of their body, to become immune to their own explosions. The reactive defense provided by Vestments causes opposing techniques, within elemental weaknesses and strengths, to strike the user’s body and produce a reactive natural explosion. The explosions produced act as a natural defense enabling the user to neutralize invading forces. These explosions, due to their neutralizing nature, will reflect the size, speed, and power of the invading force. Because of the user’s incredible control enabled by Vestments of Divine Imperials they will be able to decide entirely at their volition whether objects which strike them will be met by an explosion or not. This only applies to objects which the user has awareness of. Objects and forces which strike the user unknowingly will be naturally met by an explosion of the above set proportions whether according to the user’s will or not. Because the user effectively transforms and converts his body into raw explosive energy he sheds certain traits of his biological body. No longer can the user suffer from pain, rendering them unable to use pain to release from illusionary techniques. Additionally, the user can no longer suffer from the biological effects of poisons, yet certain corrosive agents can still harm the user’s explosive form in some ways if not able to be overpowered by the explosion. However, the user is also vulnerable to Lightning Release techniques due to their unique interactions with Explosion Release. In essence Lightning Release is able to diffuse explosions effectively resulting in the paralysis of the user should he or she be struck. This technique enables the user to defend against S-Ranks and below of neutral elements (A-Ranks and below for weaknesses, F-Ranks and below for strengths). If the user is struck by an attack weaker than their transformation, their explosive form will not weaken or decrease in power at all. If the user is struck with an attack that will neutralize their transformation, the two cancel one another out and the user reverts to their original form unharmed. If the user is struck with an attack that overpowers their transformation, the user's body reverts to it's original form and sustains the remaining damage (after the collision of techniques). Aside from this the user’s ability to weave hand seals, mold chakra, and otherwise all abilities prior to their conversion remain normal. However, while Vestments of Divine Imperials is active the user is only able to use Bakuton and the elements which compose it, their primary elemental affinity and any CEs based on these elements as well as non-elemental abilities. Vestments of Divine Imperials lasts for four turns and can be used twice per battle. On the turn this technique expires the user is unable to produce Lightning, Earth, or Explosive techniques above S-Rank in the same turn. Additionally, upon expiration the user’s body is returned back to its normal biological state. Due to the conversion the user’s base speed will be reduced by 2 levels one turn thereafter. Explosions which occur from the user’s body, voluntarily or not, happen passively but cost one of the user’s three moves per turn. Seals and items otherwise on the user's body during their transformation retain their normal abilities. Body seals will become inscribed as explosive energy in their normal positions.
(Shiraton: Sōzō no Hashira) – Mystic Fire Release: Pillars of Creation

Description: Pillars of Creation is considered the ultimate infusion technique utilized in conjunction with energy-based elemental natures (Fire, Lightning, Explosion, etc) as well as barrier Fūinjutsu. As a technique based around the principles of infusion it occurs instantaneously and can be used within the same timeframe as the technique it is applied to. Typically techniques of this category involves an infusion of chakra, in many cases of the same nature, to change numerous aspects of the technique. These can range from a shift in strengths and weaknesses, additional strength, different states and forms, and new and unique effects. This could be compared to ratios and the effects that chakra can have on a technique; the more chakra utilized the greater the changes. As such Pillars of Creation utilizes three separate levels of infusion, each becoming progressively greater. Unique to this technique is that it can be stated in one’s biography to allow for the passive infusion of the user’s energy-based techniques, listed above, causing their coloration to shift in accordance to Mystic Fire’s unique colors. As a passive occurrence this application does not require any chakra and is simply a cosmetic ability of Pillars of Creation. The infusions are as followed:

The First Pillar: This is the B-Rank application of Pillars of Creation and utilizes an infusion of ten chakra. As the simplest infusion this technique causes the effected energy-based technique to gain Mystic Fire’s quality of absolute neutrality. For example, when used on a Fire technique, the applied technique will effectively shed its strengths and weaknesses becoming neutral to all elemental natures. Additionally, this infusion causes the applied technique to gain Mystic Fire’s specialized interactions with sealing/absorptive-based techniques. When an S-Rank Lightning technique is infused with the First Pillar, for example, it will, in addition to gaining the neutrality of Mystic Fire, will also only be able to be sealed or absorbed by a technique of equivalent rank (meaning the rank of the seal or absorbing technique itself, not the rank of what it can seal, must be equivalent). Additionally, the First Pillar cannot be infused on channeling-based energy techniques (e.g. streams of fire).

The Second Pillar: This is the A-Rank application of Pillars of Creation and utilizes an infusion of twenty chakra. The Second Pillar, unlike the first, employs the ability to not only infuse an energy-based technique with Mystic Fire chakra but to convert it to the nature entirely; this effectively converts any energy-based nature, or barrier Fūinjutsu, into Mystic Fire. Because the technique is effectively transformed it will change its inherent color into any color allowed by Mystic Fire Release, namely any color on the visible spectrum while being able to become absolute black, like the flames of Amaterasu. Techniques which radiate heat, like Fire Release, will lose those qualities due to their inherent sealing nature. Additionally, these techniques will gain an additional rank in strength, or twenty additional damage for techniques above S-Rank. The Second Pillar can be used on any number of A-Rank and below techniques but it can only be used four times per battle on S-Rank and above techniques. It also cannot be used in consecutive turns.

The Third Pillar: This is the S-Rank application of Pillars of Creation and utilizes an infusion of forty chakra. Unlike the previous two pillars this Third Pillar only incorporates techniques which employ a partial or fullbody elemental transformation, much like the Hozuki, and must be energy-based in nature. This technique, through an enormous flooding of Mystic Fire chakra, converts any energy-based elemental transformation to become purely Mystic Fire based, while retaining its original abilities and qualities. For example, should a Bakuton based elemental transformation be converted to Mystic Fire it will retain its default explosive qualities while obtaining all qualities of Mystic Fire Release. Additionally, as long as the elemental transformation utilized allows for Fire and Lightning natures to be accessed, the user will still be able to mold chakra for techniques based on the original elemental transformation, even after conversion. The Third Pillar, like the Second, also enhances the applied transformation by an additional rank in strength, or twenty additional damage for techniques above S-Rank. The Third Pillar can be used twice per battle, requiring a two turn cooldown in between uses.
(Fuinjutsu: Kamei no Gokuin) - Sealing Technique: Command Seal (Passive)

Description: The user will have a seal that look like one of the symbols below (see spoiler) on either of their hands that will lie dormant until passively activated. The seal only works on jutsu that transform or are donned on the user's body and can only be activated whenever one of these techniques are in use. On activation of the seal, the seal become linked to any jutsu present on the user's body and serve as link between it and the user thus making the seal be the one sustaining the jutsu for as long as the seal remains un-destroyed. This does not however add any power to the jutsu in question as the jutsu can still be negated like normal. The only work of the seal is to make the jutsu remain if not destroyed though as long as the user is able to sacrifice his chakra sustaining the seal itself. The seal passively leeches 20% chakra per turn of the jutsu it is sustaining from the user, meaning if the seal is sustaining an A-rank earth armor, then the seal leeches 20% of 30 chakra per turn to keep sustaining the armor. The seal does not work on basic weapons or body armor, but can work on techniques that forms or mimics them. Works well with techniques like the hardening technique, lightning plasma ball, chakra cloak, etc. Also since the fuin is now the one sustaining the jutsu, the user now have access to use another jutsu/element if the jutsu in question restricts it beforehand. In escence this seal allows the user to keep the armor and focus on other chakras for the duration.

Yet, despite her taunting, she continued to act after rendering her brother's assault useless. Immediately following the transformation she focused chakra around Lord Vile's position. In a mere instant a torrent of energy manifested around the hollow metal knight's position. The energy, passively infused by the Pillars of Creation, appeared black in color. Crackling around Vile, they would instantly infuse themselves in the armored knight and, with their ability derived from the Mandate of Heaven, arrest its control from her brother. Suddenly Vile's form would become electrified, surging with the black aura produced by the Heaven's Luminary. Given Vile's nature, the Luminary would possess it indefinitely. Much like an Edo Tensei which had released itself from the control of the individual who had formed a contract with it, Lord Vile would become a suit of armor now bound to Amara. The display was the pinnacle of her power over Light - to use the celestial mandates to dominate the physical world.

Description: The user will focus their Bakuton chakra within short-range of their location creating a familiar mirroring the user’s stature, appearance, and size. The familiar is composed purely of Explosive chakra being crimson, yellow, or orange in color. Although this coloration is largely cosmetic and can be changed through the use of other external techniques which affect the coloration of Explosion Release techniques. The familiar is powered by passively siphoning the user’s chakra and is granted a limited form of sentience; this allows the familiar to sustain independence from the user’s concentration. Because of its composition of pure Explosive chakra the familiar is highly volatile and naturally explosive. As such, interactions with the familiar, either from physical matter or opposing technique, an explosion will occur which can have its directionality controlled. The explosion will mimic the size and speed of the invading force. The explosion happens passively but requires one of the user’s three moves per turn. Aside from this, the Luminary’s energetic composition cannot be weakened and as such can regenerate from damage which does not destroy it entirely within elemental strengths and weaknesses.

Aside from its basic abilities the Luminary is capable of diffusing itself into solid matter based techniques (Earth/Earth CE). This is much like the Mandate of Heaven which infuses solid-matter with the user’s Explosive chakra to produce a latent bomb. However, unlike the Mandate of Heaven this ability varies slightly. This enhancement causes the infused technique to gain the abilities of the Heaven’s Luminary. Additionally, the Luminary’s duration will become bound to the technique it is infused into while also gaining the sustained chakra cost of the Luminary. Because of the nature of the Luminary’s reactive defense the infused matter will gain an electrified aura much like the one found in Explosion Release: Hell’s Dignitary. However, unlike the Dignitary who’s aura is inert to the touch the Luminary’s will possess a highly volatile aura mimicking the damage of the original Explosive chakra, S-Rank. For example, should the Heaven’s Luminary be diffused into Earth Release: Stone Golem it will gain the limited sentience of the Luminary freeing it from the user’s concentration while also becoming able to use S-Rank and below Explosion Release techniques. Like Mandate of Heaven, the Heaven’s Luminary can only be diffused into techniques which are created within short-range of the user. However, this does not mean that the Luminary must be within short-range. The Luminary can be present anywhere on the battlefield and diffused into the solid-based technique as long as that technique is created within short-range of the user.

Heaven’s Luminary can be used once per battle lasting four turns. Upon deactivation the user will be unable to use Explosion, Earth, or Lightning techniques above A-Rank for a single turn.
