[Question] Gajeel in dragon force mode?

Can somebody explain.. was gajeel in dragon force mode when he pwned Rogue... or was he just in whoop ass mode.. I never did get the orgin of dragon force mode... until i saw sting and rogue.. never saw natsu dragon force nor gajeel.. somebody please explain

As the others said it was the equivelent of Natsu's Lightning Fire Dragon Mode...it isn't Dragon Force, but it is an extreme power boost allowing him to fuse Shadow with his Iron abilities!

So why the hell people say Gajeel wasn't in Dragon Force Mode when his body looked like he was in Dragon Force Mode ?!

What happen to Gajeel was the exact same experience with Natsu gaining lighting fire dragon mode . Gajeel absorb Rouges shadow magic and enhance Gajeel iron dragon slayer magic with shadow, plus Gajeel turn into a shadow giving him intangibility.

natsu used DF twice. against jellal (tower of heaven arc)
against brain (oracion seis arc)
gajeel's DF should look similar to natsu's.

gajeels dragonforce is where he gains iron scales like natsu get his scales round his eyes and sting gets white scaes on his skin
what we saw in the manga where he beats rogue is like laxus' lightning after natsu ate it , its a power up made by combining elements
