Gai does it again and again until the seal on her forehead wears off. She can only heal a finite number of times before her seal disappears as displayed against Madara.

Too bad Guy wouldn't be able to do that for three reasons:

1. This never happened in the manga. IC Guy would NEVER do such a thing.
2. Tsunade can grab his hand and break it. With her reaction time this shouldn't be a problem.
3. I don't see Guy touching her easily taking into consideration her summon and the AoE of her kicks/punches.

2. Tsunade can grab his hand and break it. With her reaction time this shouldn't be a problem.
3. I don't see Guy touching her easily taking into consideration her summon and the AoE of her kicks/punches.

-Lol, IC Gai wouldn't ever go up against Tsunade because they're comrades, so your point is? He has no problem killing as shown against Kisame.
-As soon as her neck's snapped, she's instantly paralyzed. I doubt she'd even be able to heal from a snapped neck considering her brain would instantly start to suffocate, stopping her from thinking properly.
-And Katsuyu's going to do what? Her kicks/punches only have an AoE when they actually hit something and Tsunade isn't ever going to land a hit on Gai.

Yes it does.
Spitting acid is not a factor against Asakujaku either since tech had no problem with getting through the dissolving gas of 6 tails.

She had the breath knocked out of her. She still isn't going to hit Gai back the second after he deals something fatal. Just because she can heal doesn't mean she can ignore pain.
Katsuyu is a giant slug. Slugs are mainly made out of water. All Gai has to do is use Asa Kujaku to draw the water out of her causing dehydration and then death. Y'know what's not IC? Tsunade using Katsuyu in a 1v1 battle where her opponent does not use summons.
