That attack may not be as big as Juubi but it is definitely bigger than quarter of the Juubi's full size.

Except Bee = Gamabunta in size and Killer Bee has tails so your calculations are wrong. Full Killer Bee = 2x the Juubi's mouth. Jiraiya's Katon = more than half of the Juubi's size. Still an impressive feat.

morning peacock will be blocked by Tsunade just like what she did to Madara's katon,
hirudora is no match for Tsunade's durability,
Gai is faster but the moment he makes contact to her, he's dead.
