Gai vs Tsunade

Interesting fight, I'm more inclined to go with Tsunade. Base Gai isn't even close to running away with this. This is an interesting matchup.

Tsunade wins mid diff. She can survive getting cut in half in her base form. Add in her Yin Seal and all she does it outlast Guy and smash him.

She can't heal THAT rapidly and she can in NO WAY keep up with Gate gai.

So Tsunade can heal from three Yasaka Magatamas and the Susanoo sword completely piercing her in seconds, meaning she regenerated blood cells, skin, spine, liver, kidney, small intestine, stomach, and large intestine. Furthermore, Tsunade tanked Madara's katon that is much stronger than Morning Peacock Gai's third strongest technique.

Base Gai's taijutsu and nunchaku is enough to outlast Tsunade.

To only real threat Tsunade has is Katsuyu.

Tsunade would eat Gai's hits from breakfast in base, she took the Yasaka Magatamas like a champ.

Sure! If Tsunade manages to tag Gai, he's done for. But what makes you think that Tsunade even remotely stands a chance of coming into physical contact with Gai? Even looking past speed, Gai's taijutsu expertise alone enables him to effortlessly dodge Tsunade's sluggish, predictable attacks. And to anyone who thinks Creation Rebirth lasts longer than the gates, then you may want to revisit the manga. Gai has been fighting for a VERY LONG time switching the gates on and off at his own discretion. Tsunade does not have that luxury with Creation Rebirth. Gai can very well indeed "outlast" Tsunade.

Well considering that she was able to visually keep up with A and she has pretty good reaction feats and durability. And Tsunade has far more impressive chakra feats than Gai. That is unless Gai can refill three kages level shinobi's chakras. Outlast my butt.

Byakugou also shortens her natural lifespan. Once she activates it, Guy simply dances around her until she kills herself. Unlike the Magatama's, the damage that Morning Peacock inflicts, occurs in rapid succession. Gai's multiple punches with Morning Peacock seem fast enough to overcome her rapid regeneration. But again, that is speculation.

When debating you assume Tsunade is at the best we've seen her which means she would run out of chakra before she would die. No. His morning peacock does not have the strength to take Tsunade out. Not to mention her aptitude to take pain and act within it. During Morning Peacock he is a sitting duck. Tsunade can easily jump up to him. OR Summon Katsuyu and have her attack the sitting duck.

Why do people assume Guy will go gates right off the bat? His Base is faster and stronger than Tsunade (Tsunade's strength comes from chakra enhanced strength). Guy can beat the tar out of her till he gets tired, then go 1st gate, beat her up, 2nd gate beat her, etc. He has not even shown his 8th gate which is stated to put him above kage level.

Guy > Tsunade.

Base won't even hurt Tsunade. She'll break his nunchucks. Low diff if he pulls them out in base. And as soon as he tries to hit her in base she counters. He tries to block and he breaks bones.
And know she has incredible Base Strength and enhanced Strength
Tsunade has proven that she is physically the strongest character in Naruto. She accomplishes this in two ways. She uses medical ninjutsu to create chakra explosions.

and due to the explanation given of the medical ninjutsu strength we can reason that lifting, maneuvering and pulling attacks we were shown were accomplished through natural strength.

Gai hits with rappid attacks, i'm not sure Tsunade's body will be able to endure all that damage

All what damage? The damage that barely incapacitated an unhealing Kisame. And let's talk about what Afternoon Tiger is. It is a punch that generates a lot of air pressure. Not Tsunade can obviously withstand the air pressure as she withstood the air pressure pushing against her at the speed of light. Moving at the speed of light>Wind Pressure of Afternoon Tiger. Now the actual punch is obviously strong. Though easy to counter as it's linear and comes from a long distance.
