I just want to say that......
Gai did his Hirudora on 7th gate right?
He destroyed Kisame's Body..... But Kisame himself was still able to do some jutsus after he got trapped before dying....
Gai was already burnt down after ONE ATTACK

By logic, if Kisame was able to do multiple water prison jutsus, summon a shark and then explode..... Then why can't Tsunade just keep her Byakugou on to heal herself with ease? and knowing that Tsunade is a chakra beast?

I would say that Tsunade will get her butt smacked around, but at the end..... Gai will end up burnt and chakra-less..... and Tsunade will just regenerate like nothing happened, consuming some of her chakra..... in the end Tsunade will win... she just has to keep her Byakugou on and she wins with ease....

It is all about outlasting gai....

One does not simply kill Tsunade. One has to kill her constantly and frequently enough for long enough time in order to defeat her. Gai can do severe damage to her absolutely but he can't outlast her.
