Well basically its high speed taijutsu vs high speed taijutsu

Raikage has the armour he can't be touch

so he eventually wins

I would love to see this match. Gai 8 gates would dominate but he'd die, so best he can manage is a tie. Raikage max raiton armour seems on par with 6th or 7th gate and he can keep it up longer so i'm going with Raikage on this one, plus I like Raikage more he doesn't run around wearing spandex acting like a straight up F@g

Raikage wins using body flicker but it would be a great match I love hand to hand fights they look cool instead of just spamming jutsus and shurikans and kunais.
