Fair enough. Nothing of this changes that Hebi Sasuke's speed>>Base Gai's speed, and no one on this thread can refute this. Hence why they went off topic.

I'm loving the logic. This is more like blind faith, you want him to be faster so you claim he is because of less screen time. Shunshin seems to be based off of chakra control, Sasuke has superior chakra control, so Gai would have to make up for that with physical speed alone. Gai doesn't compare to Hebi Sasuke's speed feats imo, nothing will change that.
